1CLIENT: A Privately held, well established, (25+ years in business) B2B Designer and Manufacturer of Innovative
and Highly Profitable Storage & Organizational Products for the Kitchen, Bath, & Closets (i.e. Baskets,
Hooks, Racks, and Accessories Products with more than 2,000 SKUs) Products are sold through
Leading Retailers generating Sales of nearly $50 Million Annually. Our Client is known for providing fast
selling, exclusive Merchandise, and holds over 400 Design Patents. Recognized and Respected in the
Industry for Quality, Customer Service, and its well Managed Professional Talents, they are unique in its
offering of no less than 75-80 New Items yearly.
LOCATION: Option to work from Corporate Office / Satellite or Home office residing near Major Hub for International
Travel. (i.e. Chicago, Los Angles, New York, Atlanta, Miami)
RESPONSIBILITIES: This Position will report to the C.O.O. and Coordinate the Operations of the Sales Department in regards
to the Markets of Europe and Asia. The International Sales Manager will work with the Distributors and
Analyze Data to Evaluate Sales Statistics and Customer Satisfaction. Duties Include: Designing and
Recommending Sales and Marketing Programs while setting Short and Long Term Sales Strategies.
Must Be Aware of International Variances in Cultural and Legal Issues Pertaining to Sales. Periodic
Review of Progress Reports, used to determine Sales Potential, Customer Needs and Pricing of
Products and Services to obtain greater Market influence and presence. Travel / 50%.
PERSONALITY: Confident but receptive to input from Staff members with a strong understanding of the importance of
Teamwork and working together toward a common vision. Must possess the ability to be Flexible and
Adaptable. Be Highly Motivated and geared towards constant Accomplishments of Organizational
Objectives. Position will require strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills with the
capability to work under tight deadlines while remaining Customer-focused with a core of Solid Ethics
possessing a multi-tolerance for different Cultures.
EXPERIENCE: Must have experience Selling Housewares or Similar Products Internationally to Retailers and
Distributors with a strong knowledge of the Industry, and its Trends. Able to interact with and empathize
with Clients on a Regular basis, and display strong problem solving skills to enforce the aggressive
growth objectives. Engergetic, Effective, Confidence, Integrity, Analytical, Strong Work Ethics and a
Keen Business Acumen with a sense of urgency dealing with any Business Issues that may arise in
regards to thousands of SKU’S. Previous and Successful Experience in a comparable position working
within an International Consumer Products Company, possessing a history of progressive growth, and
responsibility. Must have a natural ability to engage in Business Relationships with Individuals and
Groups. Bi-Lingual in (Spanish, and/or German) a Plus. College Degree is preferred but will consider
Candidates with successful Equivalent Industry Experience.
COMPENSATION: While no Candidate with the specific required qualifications will be eliminated for compensation reasons,
our Client has targeted this Position to have a competitive Base Salary, (commensurate with
experience), and a generous Bonus Program of an additional 25% - 30%. Excellent Benefits include:
