The Opportunity
We are looking for sales professionals who can find, pitch & develop new business, as well as
develop long term relationships with owners, senior marketers and brand managers.
You’ll be based in either our New York office (Chelsea) or our Los Angeles office (Abbot Kinney,
Venice).
The key to this role is the ability to be curious, listen and fully understand your client’s objectives
for their brand(s), learn about their business and identify opportunities.
Qualifying the client’s brief, you will develop and present concepts while liaising with designers
and production teams to ensure the highest quality results.
This role requires an exceptional individual who can open doors and rapidly build trust and
creditability with senior decision makers. You should be comfortable spending the majority of
your time visiting clients, making new contacts and connections.
Because of the mobile nature of the role and the global nature of our business, you should be
technologically savvy, organized and comfortable working anywhere.
Areas of Responsibilities Include:
New Business Development
• Find & develop new business through connecting and networking
• Develop and grow relationships with senior decision makers
• Manage your pipeline (through Salesforce) to grow your business within a business
• Attend trade shows and be actively involved in industry Associations
Sales & Account Management
• Qualify opportunities
• Clearly communicate sales strategy / Client’s brief to your team
• Efficient utilization of company resources
• Achieve annual sales and profitability targets
• Prepare quotations & negotiate with clients
• Provide superior solutions and customer service to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
• Create long term client relationships to ensure repeat business is generated

Benefits
This is a full-time position with great benefits. Compensation consists of base salary plus unlimited
commissions and bonus. There is no cap on your earning potential in this role.
