1CLIENT: An Industry Leader with one of the most renowned names in Veterinary and OTC
Pharmaceuticals that Develops, Produces and Distributes a wide range (nearly 1,000 SKU’s) of
Medical: Dermatology, Vitamins, Vaccinations, Supplements and Non-Medical: Grooming,
Nutritional, and Impulse Products for the Companion Animal (Primarily Dogs & Cats) and
Livestock Markets, sold through Major Retailers including: PetSmart, PETCO as well as
Independents and Veterinary Distributors Nationally. With omnipresence in nearly 25 Countries
and a growing structure of nearly 150 Distributor Partners in more than 100 Countries. Our Client

LOCATION: Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Ideal Candidate is responsible for a variety of Support, Sales, and Marketing Projects. While
Reporting Directly to the Business Unit Manager, the Ideal Candidate will manage relationships
with Outside Agencies and Support the Initiatives of the Business Units while Providing
management, tracking, and reporting of the Marketing Budget, Fleet Program, Sales Equipment,
and KPI for the Team. Additionally responsible for Coordinating National and Regional Sales
Meetings, Events, and Tradeshows including Researching and Locating a Venue, Negotiating
Contracts, arranging Accommodations, Travel, overseeing On-site Logistics between the
Company and various Vendors, Tradeshow Set up, Material, and Sponsorships. Provide
communication of all activities including: Policies, Programs, and POAs.
PERSONALITY: Exemplary Candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of Teamwork, working
together toward a Common Vision, and possess the ability to Direct Individual Accomplishments
to Organizational Objectives. Position will require strong Communication, Analytical,
Organizational and Negotiation Skills with the capability to work under Tight Deadlines while
remaining Customer-focused.
EXPERIENCE: Qualified candidates will possess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office including Word,
PowerPoint, and Outlook. Prior experience working with Sales or Marketing teams with a
demonstrated ability to Communicate Effectively and Professionally with Customers and External
Contacts representing the Company in a highly Professional manner. Must be able to maintain
the highest level of Confidentiality, with the ability to handle Sensitive Material concerning the
Organization and the Vet Business Unit Marketing role within the Organization.
COMPENSATION: While no Candidate with the specific required qualifications will be eliminated for compensation
reasons, our Client has targeted this Position in the $45,000-$55,000 (commensurate with
experience) range with Bonus potential. Benefits include: Health, Medical, and Life Insurance,
401K, Paid Holidays and Vacation.
