 Getting the Requirements from the Managers & Analyze the nature of requirements received.
 Sourcing profiles through job portals, internal reference, within the database, walk-ins or
placing advertisements on job portals with respect to the job specification.
 Conducting preliminary interview through telephone or face-to-face, across various cities of
India.
 Short-listing the candidates according to qualification, experience, attitude etc.
 Coordinating with the Account managers & candidates with respect to interview schedule,
feedback & offer.
 Follow up with the candidates regarding the acceptance of the offer, joining dates & ensure
the candidates join the organization.
 Verifying the documents of new joiner & conducting reference verifications as per company
process guidelines

2.  Co-ordination with HR for issue of appointment letters to the selected candidates
 Making sure the timely delivery of the submissions and resources to the clients and quick TAT
(Turn Around Time) in responding to each requirement.
 Building and maintaining database for future requirements.
 Generating daily, weekly, & monthly reports.
