KEYAREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Ensure timelyandaccurate reporting against the monthlyIPTTs (Indicator Performance Tracking Tables) for
all projects in the governorate, supporting the Field Manager to run IPTT Review Meetings and compile/
follow up on action points.
- Promote accountabilityto beneficiariesbyconducting accountabilityassessments and supportingprogram
staff to develop information sharing materials. As per HAP standards promote beneficiary participation
(adults andchildren) inproject activities and inall M&E activities. Set up complaints, feedback andresponse
mechanism to ensure that the community has a chance to give feedback to SC and partners about the
project.
- Developoutput andoutcome level data collectiontools (as per project M&E plans), roll-out with staff and
partners. Ensure tools are used to collect timelydata for all projects (incoordinationwith areaMEAL and
FO managers)
- Undertake regular visits to fieldsitesto support onmonitoring. Usingqualitychecklists conduct bi-monthly
monitoring visits (with the Area ME&A Officer) to monitor the quality of implementation of SC (and
partners). Enter the results in the database and debrief with program staff.
- Establish and support the implementation of a data management system to inform planning,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Ensure allproject staff andstaffof implementing partners understandthe project logframe, indicators and
targets.
- Oversee the design andexecution ofbaseline studiesandevaluations for FSL projects incollaboration with
FSL Manager.
- Carry out monitoring activities for specific projects, building on routine project monitoring to introduce
quality and outcome monitoring.
- Design M&E plans and IPTTs for all new projects and attend grant opening meetings.
- Be available and willing to support all programme staff on any aspect of ME&A, specifically on baselines,
evaluations, monitoring quality and outcome, and overall assessment of progress against targets.
- Create calendar to track M&E assessments, surveys, and baselines for all programs
- Support with development of TORs for external consultants as needed
- Support the writing of donor reports and ensure reported data is accurate
- Ensure that lessons learned and good practice case studies from reviews and evaluations are recorded,
communicated to the team and taken into account in implementation.
- Any other tasks as requested by the line management.

interventions.
- Carry out regular monitoring visits to address the issuesof beneficiaries selection against selectioncriteria
, monitor fair andefficient distribution ofvouchers/cashtransfer among selected/ registeredbeneficiaries
and report the discrepancies to the programme manager / officer withsuggestions onimprovement
- Facilitate the processof redemption oforiginalvouchers at designatedcommodityshops / suppliers and
ensure that qualityandquantityparameters are adheredwith support from the program staff.
- Establishinformationandcomplaint and response centers for beneficiaryaccountabilities at community
level.
- Compile weeklyandmonthlymonitoring reports for project officer and for the reviewmeetings
- Provide technical support to
Organize and lead the data collectionand monitoringof the project
- Participate in program strategy formulation and project review.
- Carry out food security assessment, data collection and analysis.
- Effective participation in household economy analysis surveys.
- Participate actively in initial training sessions , pilot surveys and debriefing ;
