1. PROFILE
Am a young man who see himself to be an agent of change to stir up development, and capable of
conducting needs assessment to determine skills and knowledge gaps in operations (including project
management). Appropriate trainings and provide technical assistance and support to staff and
communities and teachers and school children to build skills, providing guidance in design and

7. WORKING EXPERIENCE
Currently working for World Vision Zambia as Child Wellbeing Tracking Office -Mbeza Green field.
June 2014 TO DATE.
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To effectively maintain an updated ADP Sponsorship system and related applications by timely and
appropriately capturing data into Single STEP and effectively manage the to-do list in order to
effectively support operations and contribute to the Child Well-being outcomes.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Sponsorship
• Community awareness and education on child sponsorship
• Facilitate registration of children into the sponsorship program
• Facilitate training/capacity building of child monitors or community groups on sponsorship business
processes
• Management of sponsorship Key Performance Indicators
Project / Program
• Coordinate and work together with Community Interest Group and respective technical support staff
working on each project interventions being implemented is regularly reviewed and reported that there is
contribution and impact, with evidence, on the CWBOs.
STEP
• Inputting, updating and processing of child data in SINGLESTEP
• Processing and forwarding child information to Support Office and sponsors
• Generation, quality check, distribution and interpretation of systems reports (Management Reports) to
end-users.
• Creating and maintaining records for systems processes and reports
• Entering into STEP sponsor mails, GNs, queries and other data relating to CWBOs (Monitoring forms,
Participation & support) within one day of receipt.
• Cropping and uploading child Images and Child Videos into Single STEP.
• Effectively managing the “MY TASK ”
Child Well Being
• Oversee monitoring of registered children by child monitors/Community Change Agents or community
groups managing sponsorship and guide them appropriately
• Producing or generating authentic information on the well-being of children to inform programming,
budgeting and management decision making
• Facilitating appropriate action that ensures the well-being of children as enunciated by the partnership

Systems Maintenance/Upkeep
• Working with the MACS Officer to securely maintain all databases and sponsorship equipment.

6. 1 From May 2012-May 2014 worked as Education Focal Person for WVZ ltd-Choongo ADP.
Purpose: Effectively provide overall domain of end-to-end responsibility for progress to
achieve set Objectives and goals of ADP program for the achievement of Child Well-Being
Outcomes.
Other duties included providing: (a) high level project management and (b) assurance of quality
project implementation in the field.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision and Coordination:
 Ensured that project priorities and approaches were in line with community and partners’
capacities, needs, resources and opportunities and in alignment with National strategies and
standards.
 Supported M and E Officers develop monitoring system and technical staff and development
facilitators to track the progress of project implementation, and to capture learning use tools.
 Model a high standard of personal Christian leadership, maturity and integrity as an example to
staff and others, nurturing staff spirituality.
 Established, foster and maintain working relationships with all staff, community members and
partners (both technical and support) to ensure effective implementation of activities in the field.
 Worked closely with the Program Manager to ensure achievement of program targets and
effective budget management and timely reporting.
 Ensured compliance and integration of education activities into child sponsorship with
development programming in accordance with Sponsorship and Transformation Development
Policies, and sponsorship programming guidelines.
 Fully implementation and closer monitoring of the Non Sponsorship Project Funds [PNSF] at
Kambaza School on Construction of 2x1x3 classroom blocks and one staff house.
 Ensured that staff understand and follow the WV child protection policy that efforts are tackled to
respond promptly and appropriately to child protection incidents and that awareness raising for
prevention and reporting of child protection incidents occurs within the program area.
6.2 From 2010-2012 worked as a STEP DATA ENTRY CLERK for Choongo Area Development
Program (ADP) in Monze.
Purpose: To effectively maintain an updated ADP STEP database by timely and appropriately
capturing data into STEP and managing the to-do list in order to support operations and
contribute the Child Well-being outcomes.
As Step Data Entry Clerk, I assisted the SF on the sponsorship database.
My responsibilities included:
 Providing timely and appropriate support to the Sponsorship Facilitator in ensuring accurate
and timely processing of correspondence, special mailings, proper filling of documents and
monitoring of child well being for all children in the program in order to facilitate the
child/sponsorship which is the foundation of maintaining a steady sponsorship funding base
for development in World Vision Zambia.
 Facilitating training of CDWs, child minders and Sponsorship Committee members on
sponsorship operations, standards and systems (STEP).
 Sensitization of communities on sponsorship functions and operations.
 Responsible of the sponsorship database operations.
 Timely running of STEP reports for sponsorship programming.

6.3 From 2007 – 2010: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WORKER – WVZ– CHOONGO ADP.
Purpose: To ensure accurate monitoring of child wellbeing, promote child focused programming
and ensure timely processing of sponsor correspondence and proper filing of documents in order to
facilitate the child/sponsorship which is the foundation for maintaining a steady sponsorship funding
base for development in World Vision Zambia.
 Facilitate all community-based child focused development activities in conjunction with the
programme development facilitators
 Ensure that children’s educational and health needs are met
 Conduct monthly child monitoring visits to assess their needs and take appropriate actions to address
them
 Timely attend to all correspondences between sponsors and their sponsored children
 To coordinate development and child sponsorship community training and sensitization
campaigns
 Facilitate mobilization of the community in the implementation of all project activities
 Actively participate in all development planning processes in the community
 Act as an agent of transformational development and link between World Vision and the
community
 Conduct community problem identification and solving using participatory rural appraisal
methodologies and prepare reports thereof.

Feb.2007 worked as a Task Manager under Nteme Milk Marketing
Co-operative Society.
Duties Included:
 Preparation of Annual Operating & Capital Budget for the Co-operative.
 Supervision of the Milk Collection Testing & Delivering of raw milk to customers.
 Monitoring accurate accounting & management of records.
 Preparation of monthly Financial Statements & other management reports.
 Employing all subordinate staff and designing Job descriptions for them.
 Preparation of documents for Annual Audit by the External Auditors.
 To address every day to day business & supervise auxiliary staff.
 Preparation of Farmers payments and workers Salaries.
 Attending Board meetings, to speak and submit propositions.
 To decide on matters regarding procuring the assets for the society.
 Any other duties assigned by the Board, Donors and Stakeholders.

[ANTI-AIDS PROJECT] as a Zonal Co-ordinator in two wards Choongo west and Choongo East.

[CLUSA] as an Area Co-ordinator managing two wards within Chief Choongo.

 Distribution of Farming Inputs to farmer Groups.
 Monitoring farmer’s activities.

 Loan recovery from farmers.
 Training Farmers in Conservation Farming new Methods.

  • 4. CV-PERCIVAL ZMALL MADUBEKO 6. 1 From May 2012-May 2014 worked as Education Focal Person for WVZ ltd-Choongo ADP. Purpose: Effectively provide overall domain of end-to-end responsibility for progress to achieve set Objectives and goals of ADP program for the achievement of Child Well-Being Outcomes. Other duties included providing: (a) high level project management and (b) assurance of quality project implementation in the field. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Supervision and Coordination:  Ensured that project priorities and approaches were in line with community and partners’ capacities, needs, resources and opportunities and in alignment with National strategies and standards.  Supported M and E Officers develop monitoring system and technical staff and development facilitators to track the progress of project implementation, and to capture learning use tools.  Model a high standard of personal Christian leadership, maturity and integrity as an example to staff and others, nurturing staff spirituality.  Established, foster and maintain working relationships with all staff, community members and partners (both technical and support) to ensure effective implementation of activities in the field.  Worked closely with the Program Manager to ensure achievement of program targets and effective budget management and timely reporting.  Ensured compliance and integration of education activities into child sponsorship with development programming in accordance with Sponsorship and Transformation Development Policies, and sponsorship programming guidelines.  Fully implementation and closer monitoring of the Non Sponsorship Project Funds [PNSF] at Kambaza School on Construction of 2x1x3 classroom blocks and one staff house.  Ensured that staff understand and follow the WV child protection policy that efforts are tackled to respond promptly and appropriately to child protection incidents and that awareness raising for prevention and reporting of child protection incidents occurs within the program area. 6.2 From 2010-2012 worked as a STEP DATA ENTRY CLERK for Choongo Area Development Program (ADP) in Monze. Purpose: To effectively maintain an updated ADP STEP database by timely and appropriately capturing data into STEP and managing the to-do list in order to support operations and contribute the Child Well-being outcomes. As Step Data Entry Clerk, I assisted the SF on the sponsorship database. My responsibilities included:  Providing timely and appropriate support to the Sponsorship Facilitator in ensuring accurate and timely processing of correspondence, special mailings, proper filling of documents and monitoring of child well being for all children in the program in order to facilitate the child/sponsorship which is the foundation of maintaining a steady sponsorship funding base for development in World Vision Zambia.  Facilitating training of CDWs, child minders and Sponsorship Committee members on sponsorship operations, standards and systems (STEP).  Sensitization of communities on sponsorship functions and operations.  Responsible of the sponsorship database operations.  Timely running of STEP reports for sponsorship programming. 4

Purpose: To ensure accurate monitoring of child wellbeing, promote child focused programming and ensure timely processing of sponsor correspondence and proper filing of documents in order to facilitate the child/sponsorship which is the foundation for maintaining a steady sponsorship funding base for development in World Vision Zambia.  Facilitate all community-based child focused development activities in conjunction with the programme development facilitators  Ensure that children’s educational and health needs are met  Conduct monthly child monitoring visits to assess their needs and take appropriate actions to address them  Timely attend to all correspondences between sponsors and their sponsored children  To coordinate development and child sponsorship community training and sensitization campaigns  Facilitate mobilization of the community in the implementation of all project activities  Actively participate in all development planning processes in the community  Act as an agent of transformational development and link between World Vision and the community  Conduct community problem identification and solving using participatory rural appraisal methodologies and prepare reports thereof. 6.4 From 1st Feb. 2006-1st Feb.2007 worked as a Task Manager under Nteme Milk Marketing Co-operative Society. Duties Included:  Preparation of Annual Operating & Capital Budget for the Co-operative.  Supervision of the Milk Collection Testing & Delivering of raw milk to customers.  Monitoring accurate accounting & management of records.  Preparation of monthly Financial Statements & other management reports.  Employing all subordinate staff and designing Job descriptions for them.  Preparation of documents for Annual Audit by the External Auditors.  To address every day to day business & supervise auxiliary staff.  Preparation of Farmers payments and workers Salaries.  Attending Board meetings, to speak and submit propositions.  To decide on matters regarding procuring the assets for the society.  Any other duties assigned by the Board, Donors and Stakeholders. 6.5 From 21st November 1995 to 5th January 2003 worked under FAMILY HEALTH TRUST [ANTI-AIDS PROJECT] as a Zonal Co-ordinator in two wards Choongo west and Choongo East. 5

Duties Included:  Distribution of Farming Inputs to farmer Groups.  Monitoring farmer’s activities.  Preparation of Monthly reports.  Loan recovery from farmers.  Training Farmers in Conservation Farming new Methods. 6.7 From 1st January 1995 to December 1995 worked under Development Aid from People to People [DAPP] as a well Contractor within Chief Choongo communities. Duties Included:  Mobilization of communities on digging and construction of Protected Open wells.  Training well Liners.  Distribution of cement and other building equipment materials.  Monitoring of Village wells. 7.0 HOBBIES AND INTERESTS  Reading Newspapers and motivational books.  Listening to radio.  Soccer Fan.  Playing cards and Drafts.  Making friends. 6
