Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for considering my application; my resume (see attached), lists a detailed description of my work experience for the
past 9 years. I also have over 15 years of extensive, experience in administrative support and MS applications.
My most recent experience includes; Supporting a clinical Dialysis unit staff and Manager, by maintaining billing entries, time
and productivity reports, customer files, payroll, supply orders and reimbursements for travel expenses for employees. As well
as maintaining patient files, employee files, and assisting team with training maintenance records. Ensuring office equipment ran
efficiently, and handled any maintenance for such tasks.
My background also focused on clinical informatics and analytical support to upper executives of a major Healthcare
organization here in Hampton Roads. Those responsibilities included designing and maintaining Access databases, Excel
worksheets, run charts, graphs, reports, and Word documents, with many ad-hoc requests. Multi-tasking was an everyday
occurrence and I really enjoyed the crunch!
My education includes an Associate’s Degree in Business Marketing, with some communication courses taken in 2004 for job
advancement purposes. I am seeking a full-time position with an annual salary of $35,000.00.
If my experience is of interest to you, please contact me at (757) 842-8387 (cell). I Look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Amy M Gagliardi
