Letters of Agreement.
Provider Credentialing: Review and submit completed CAQH applications to the Credentialing department; follow up on
application inquires from the Credentialing or Provider Maintenance departments.
Network Maintenance: Review and document demographic or contractual changes before submitting to Provider
Maintenance department; research member complaints and reporting to Complaints and Grievances
department.
Provider Education: Educate providers on company policies and procedures (both medical and administrative); educate
and Communication providers on resources available to them (in print and online); participate in on-site education and
orientation sessions with Network Manager; respond to and document provider inquiries for fee
schedules, panel reassignments claims and appeals status or adjustments.
Special Projects: Educate and engage providers in utilization of their HEDIS report; conduct NCQA bi-annual
surveys and Other Duties to ensure compliance with accreditation standards; participate in
Medicare Advantage plan submission to CMS and consequential contracting, credentialing, and
education necessary for compliance with Medicare policies and standards; backup for Provider
Access Specialist for HealthLink registration and reporting; share knowledge of system programs
with fellow and new co-workers, departmental and interdepartmental.
Provider Relations Administrative Coordinator 2009-2012

Provider Communications: Process and document welcome letters to providers upon approved credentialing, executed provider
