Supervised the daily operations of the NMPS medical department. Ensured the accurate processing o f
medical requirements for over 9,000 personnel preparing for overseas deployment and those
recently returned from deployment to ensure critical post-deployment medical care is effectively
completed.

development of improved processes, measuring resultant change in performance and recommending
further process adjustments.
Responsible for all command weekly and monthly team assignments and medical reports including
reports to Commander, Navy Installations Command. Developed and delivered the weekly medical
