I am a very bright individual with a love for challenges. I tend to take the bull by
the horns in stress full and pressure filled environments, thriving on the
adrenaline rush of meeting targets and achieving high yields of efficiency and
output. I am a talkative person able to communicate on all levels. Dependable,

Position - Process Coordinator (Reporting to the plant Manager)
Responsibilities:
• I supervise a compliment of 60 employees consisting of:

• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly shift reports on plant performance,
variances to budget, new developments so as to ensure that the plant runs at
optimal capacity
• Responsible for subordinates training needs, ensuring we have the right skills in
the right positions.
• Conduct daily process audits to ensure we still meeting standards set for
Quality, Housekeeping, Work instructions and meeting safety standards with a
targeted loss time injury frequency rate of 0.
• I manage required resources and processes to maximise the productivity:
meeting Quality standards, Tons to stock, Budgeted Yields, Costs and lost time.
• I am part of the problem solving and decision-making process, ensuring
production plans are met so as to ensure on time delivery.
• I head the focus improvement (FI) in the department to ensure profitability by
using SAP, customer and quality data, summarizing it for management use, so
as to track trends and conduct gap analyse, using Excel for (worksheets,
graphs), Word (reports) and PowerPoint (proposals and presentations).
• As part of the FI responsibility, I also head DMAIC projects to ensure
continuous improvement.

• I manage the Millwright on shift in order to ensure expeditious rectification
unplanned breakdowns and plan for the implementation of maintenance plans.

quality assurance plans, and legislation such as ISO, Occupational Health and
Safety Act and labour legislation.
• Conduct disciplinary enquiries and consultation sessions to ensure that
subordinates comply with the companies Disciplinary Code.
• Set up and conduct performance measurement reviews, setting S.M.A.R.T.
objectives based on the companies’ scorecard.

Duties and responsibilities:
• I had two process controllers reporting to me, with issues regarding
product non-conformances.
• My duties were to fix these non-conformances and maintain the
machines to its optimum.
• Fixing minor mechanical problems on the line and all glass faults.
• Adhering to H.A.C.C.P standards as well as ISO 9001 standards for best
practices to ensure best quality product to customers.
• Liaise with the quality assurance and control department as to product
specification and non-conformances.
• The quality of product output was my primary responsibility.
