● Development of annual business plan and budget. Plan/implement and control the cost budget for the facility. Initiate
and steer corrective actions when deviations occur.
● Optimized deployment of human, technical, financial and material resources.
● Participate and Support initiatives to ensure all state and federal safety, health, environmental and quality guidelines
provided by corporate, local regulations and customer requirements are adhered to and maintained including Quality
standards, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), lean manufacturing and employee safety.
● Meet business objectives and goals related to food costs, labor costs, sanitation, quality assurance, customer and
corporate goals.
● Monitor employee relations in each department and ensure compliance with the National Master and Local Addendum
labor agreements.
● Develop standard operating procedures and implementation.
● Develop and review performance of direct reports and management personnel. Conduct annual performance reviews of
direct reports for compliance with corporate initiatives.
● Ensure the security of the facility by monitoring and maintaining existing programs including all TSA, local airport and
corporate requirements.
● Ensure customer requirements/specifications and service requirements on all accounts are in compliance including
production processing, equipment inventory, on time performance, and quality assurance controls.
● Maintain customer communication will all local customer representatives to ensure all requests, investigations, and/or
related communications are concluded to the satisfaction of the customer.
● Strategically plan, organize and manage multiple departments with regards to daily hours, schedules, productivity,
quality and safety.
● Participate in coaching the company PA&P process as well as additional career development activities to enhance the
effectiveness and potential of team members.
