EXPERIENCE
Total MD 02/01/2014 — Present
Practice Administrator
Administrator of three offices; oversee the daily operations of the three multi-specialty
practices. Identifies problems and develops recommendations for resolution. Serves as the
overall business manager and liaison to the physicians.
Direct experience in all operational aspects of a multi-specialty clinic consisting of MRI,
Lab, Family Medicine, Orthopedic Medicine, Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery, Chiropractic
and Physical Therapy specialties.
Directed billing department of 25 employees to increase revenue for the organization
by 35%
Brought billing department back in-house instead of outsourcing; hiring staff and
building department
Reduced staff errors by 40% and implemented new checks and balance systems to
ensure continued efficiency.
Monitor staff performance and facilitate effective teamwork.
Train existing staff members preparing them for supervisory roles and then moving
them into those roles
Responsible for hiring, performance counseling, and staffing with Practice
Manager/Office Coordinator and Human Resources.
Identified ways to operate practices more efficiently allowing the practices to
increase volume by 50%.
Oversee staff orientation and training and ongoing assessments to ensure that the
staff utilize the system and follow the policies and guidelines for PGA and IASIS. This

Responsible for the development of strategic plans for assigned physician practices
working with CFO, physicians in the practice and Director of Business Development
Manages and reviews scheduling templates of each physician to ensure efficient use
of physician’s time and productivity. Creates new templates for physicians as
requested.
Approve Final Ordering Process for the practice. All purchasing lists and par levels
are set by purchasing.
Reviews call schedules to ensure contract obligations are met by physicians
