Responsible for organization and field management of projects and implementing measures to
increase the company’s effectiveness and efficiency. By implementation of the following
 Document control, Review and approval of all contract documents, including RAMs, plans, specifications and
schedule.
 Delivering site inductions to all new contractors daily
 Issuing of daily work permits and registering returned permits into the register (riser access,hot works excreta)
 Implementation of health & safety polices and housekeeping by regular site walks
 Monitor that all tools are PAT tested and materials are in all work areas in a timely manner,
 Re-enforce all team members must exhibit and promote a positive attitude and high morale during the project,
taking corrective action when necessary,
 Ensure safe work practices with all installation methods,
 Ensure that no work is performed outside the scope of the contract without supervisor authorization,
 Fill out daily and weekly site safety and fire safety reports and keep a on line daily log,
 Coordinate work with other trade contractors, consulting with supervisor when shop drawings or RFIs cannot
be obtained,
 Follow supervisor’s scheduled activities,
 Notify supervisor of delays in accomplishing assigned field tasks,
 Plan ahead for miscellaneous material purchases and place orders when necessary
 Check with supervisor before reordering materials
 Unload and store materials in a secure area/compound, completing inventory from the purchase order and
approved submittals,
 Notify supervisor of any damaged or missing items,
 Return all material that does not meet job specifications,
 Return all unused materials and tools
 Conduct weekly safety meetings and record attendees, keeping a record of any comments or problems,
 Fill out injury/incident reports investigate and take statements in a timely manner
 Attend subcontractor foreman meetings with an agenda outlining needs, ensuring all comments are recorded in
meeting minutes,
 Act upon new correspondence and drawings from supervisor only, not the client,
 Daily white board meeting with supervisor to review all problems,
 Update all drawings daily and conform to specifications,
