Sales Manager has a very unique role in Vector Marketing, as there are only 30-40 in the entire corporation. As a sales
manager, I assisted with all office management duties, as well as organized and supervised sales reps and their daily
operations. Conducted presentations for team meetings, daily motivational calls to all reps through personal daily
interaction (PDI), procurement of all office supplies, and submitting all customer orders for processing. Directed three-day
sales training seminars for new sales reps. During my time as sales manager, our office placed in the top 20
nationally, producing over 1 million dollars of business for the company. The top sales managers in the nation are
awarded the opportunity to run their own office, or take the next promotion called Division Office Manager.
Division Office Manager — Seattle, WA — 2/2/14-6-1/14
Division Office Managers work 1-1 with the Region or Division Manager, becoming their right hand person. They are
in charge of schedules for Assistant Managers, ensuring all events run smoothly, conducting weekly office interviews,
meeting with reps for 1-1 assistance and coaching, and running all training for new reps. The primary reason for taking

aspects required to run a successful business. In 2013, Kitsap County was the #1 Branch office in the Northwest, #7 in
