supervision at ACME Bowling, Billiards & Events for over 6 years. During
that period, I have had the great pleasure of watching her excel from our
Sales Manager to Director of Events & Promotions to Director of Sales.
Tasha is a hard-working self-starter who invaluably understands exactly
what superior guest service is all about. Tasha is resourceful, creative and
a solution-oriented person who has frequently been able to come up with
new and innovative ways to build business and increase sales while
overseeing our Events Department. She functions well as a team leader
when required, and also works effectively as a team member.
She is respected, both as a person and a professional, by the ACME Bowl
employees, managers and guests. I have received numerous compliments
from our corporate clients regarding her professionalism and willingness to
go above and beyond. I cannot remember a single time where she received
a complaint from a client. Tasha has superior written and verbal
communication skills which combined with her attention to detail make her a
true powerhouse.
I have always been proud to call Tasha a teammate. She thinks about
things before they happen, solves problems immediately - calmly -
efficiently and most important, in a diplomatic way. She does not call in sick
or show up late and can be counted on to get the job done.
As the Assistant General Manager, I have worked with hundreds of
employees and know that Tasha is a rare find. Her dedication and
determination raises her to the top in all she puts her mind to.
