Lakeland, I built am additional sales team in Clearwater, FL. It was then that I became a primary investor, incorporating under
my name, as, Castleman Promotional Marketing (C.P.M.).
*In addition to the above experience, I also spent 25 years in the restaurant business. This is where I began to excel in food
and beverage sales, consistently up-selling, utilizing my knowledge of culinary arts and fine wines. I was able to sell myself,
build impulse and close the deal. I enjoyed winning many of the sales contests. In my opinion, it differentiated me between
being an order taker and a professional server or bartender.
