automotive, insurance, travel, home service and other assistance sectors. Their business
consists of aiding, helping, assisting people whenever they are in an emergency situation
related to their vehicle, their house, travel, their health etc. With their expertise in managing a
network of suitable service providers, who finally assist the client in the emergency situation.
Position offered: Business Development Manager-General insurance.
Position based: Mumbai (India).
Reporting to: Head of Sales & Marketing.
Position Summary:
• Market and sell tailor-made solutions / services to prospective clients.
• Identify and enter new market segments.
• Determine needs and requirements of clients and market
• Keep abreast of market and competition information
• Respond to customer requests, inquiries, complaints and questions.
• Maintain healthy relationship with clients
• Liaise with internal teams for client servicing and product development
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum graduate, preferably with MBA
• Flair for corporate / B2B sales.
• Ability to get access to top management of target clients
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
• Knowledge of current General Insurance industry and after-sales business
• Willingness to travel.
• Target driven, go-getter; ready to take challenge of target linked salary
Basic requirements:
Experience of 6-8 years in automotive sales or similar fields out of which at least 3 years with
General Insurance Marketing in Product development or Bancassurance sales OR corporate
sales(B2B) of 4- 8 years.
Age: 28-32 years.
Education: Preferably with MBA from a reputed institute
