 Ensure Quality Standard of Application is met.
 Coordination for issuances of policies with Central Operations and Central
Underwriting.

them to carry policy by give premium on time.
 Customer Query and Servicing of Customer Request & complaints.
 EOD reconciliation for the business, which has been logged during the day, and for
the month at the branch, which banked with Deutsche Bank and CMS.
 Handling all types of claims which includes Death, Accidental & Medical.
 Recruitments of company Advisors and preparing the Training schedule for
advisors which is giving by Dream Weavers.
 Managing Petty Cash Expenses & Reimbursement and Branch Bill Payment to
Vendor Process.
 Lay down Process for Smooth Functioning of Operation and Maximum Support to

16 Nov 2010 – 14 Sept 2011, ADFC (Sister concern company of HDFC
Bank) as a Phone Banking Officer.
The Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC) was amongst the first to
receive an 'in principle' approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up a bank in the
private sector, as part of RBI's liberalization of the Indian Banking Industry in 1994.
My Responsibilities Includes:
 Work with the various internal departments for all customer grievances.
 Retaining customers after analyzing their actual problem with the help of all
servicing and retention tools by resolving all complaints and all banking issues.
