Customer has been operating in the graduate colleges and universities space. They had only 
one enterprise customer Wipro whose revenue was stagnant for past two years

PEOPLE PROFILE 
An experienced sales professional with a proven track record of achieving business results. His 
strong communication, presentation and coaching skills inspire individuals and teams to uplift their 
aspirations to realize their true potential. 
He has over 16 years of international and national experience in strategic Account Management, 
field sales and management consulting across multiple geographies (Europe, India and North 
America). He has a proven track record in C-level relationship building, translating customer pain 
into compelling business opportunities. He has demonstrated an ability to work and lead in diverse, 
complex cross-cultural teams and has an exceptional drive for results. 
Until July 2013, Vishal was a Director Sales with Ariba (An SAP Company). Prior to Ariba he had long 
career with Microsoft and Hewlett Packard, wearing multiple hats in field sales, account 
management and program management. Vishal started his career with Avalon Consulting, and ran a 
startup during the dotcom boom period. 
Vishal is an electrical engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur and has 
a management degree from Mumbai University. Vishal also has done a leadership course from 
Indian Institute of Management, Kolkatta and is a certified project management professional.

improvements in the quality of their overall life. She draws from her 15 years of professional experience 
in banking and life insurance verticals specializing in the areas of operations, customer service and 
training. She is an MBA in Finance from Wellingkars, Mumbai University. In addition she is certified as a 
Fellow in Life Insurance from LOMA, USA.
