LEARNING OBJECTIVES
To learn about the family members
To practice listening macro-skill through a song.
WARM UP
We will introduce the class by showing the students finger puppets
made by the teachers. Those puppets will be members of the
family.
FIRST ACTIVITY
Type of interaction: Students individually
Macro-skills:
Timing: 15 minutes.
Materials: piece of paper, colours and scissors.
DEVELOPMENT
We will give the students a piece of paper with drawings of the
family members.
The students will have to colour and cut them to create puppets.
2. SECOND ACTIVITY
Type of interaction: Students on their own.
Macro-skills: Listening.
Timing: 15 minutes.
Materials: Piece of paper with the song.
We will play a song about the family members and the students will have
to listen it once in order to get familiar with it.

Then, we will give them a piece of paper with the song printing on it and
the students will have to sing the song all together.

THIRD ACTIVITY
Type of interaction: Students on their own.
Macro-skills: listening and speaking.
Timing: 10 minutes.
Materials: Puppets made by the students and a piece of paper with the song.
We will ask the students to play with the puppets while they listen to the
song, every time in which they hear a member of a family in the song
they will have to show the puppet with the corresponding member.
