Since 1963, Time Inc. was called IPC Media, International Publishing Corporation. But since it’s
rebranded name in September 2014, it has been known as Time Inc., a single brand for both UK
and US media releases.
Time Inc. connect with many brands including NME, Uncut, What Digital Camera, Now, Marie
Claire and Google. These brand connects generate millions of purchases every year. This
makes Time Inc. one of the most inflectional media publishing company.
Because of the amount of connects they have with different types and genres of magazines, it
allows them to gain a lot of attention and popualrity.
Because of all this, I think this would make a good institution for my magazine my magazine isn’t
like the usual magazine you find in the UK and I think Time Inc. would help it to gain popularity.
Because of the range of brands they have connections with, it shows their ability to gain a wide
audience regardless of the type or genre of the magazine it is.
