2. My audience research shows people’s responses on what type of music
they like and why I conducted my results through survey monkey. I
distributed it to my target audience as this will help me get results in
the best possible way. This will allow me to get creative when planning
and making my music video.

People’s responses were varied as
they have different opinions on what
artists they find the best and they all
had different opinions on what
element was good in the videos.

The question asked what people’s least favorite music video
was and why and the majority of people either said that they
didn’t have one or were music artists videos back in the day
like Justin Bieber’s Baby or Nicki Minaj’s Anaconda as they
were presumed to be highly annoying and irritating to watch.
6. Question 4
The image below shows just a few of the respondents answers which
shows that they all have a different preference and like different styles
as all of the artists that are mentioned perform differently and partake
in different musical genres. In my music video, everything will have to
involve an element of each genre.
7. Question 5
This question is based around whether the music video or artists
influences the user and the majority of respondents said that it does
which is very informative as I will have to create a good video that wont
influence my audience in a negative light.

This question asked people whether costumes and props were
important and the vast majority of people said that it was as it creates
the artists persona and shows them how they really are. For example
bright and colourful clothing shown artists to be younger and more hip
hop while darker colours was rock and metal.

that editing was very important
as it shows their artists style
and can allow the viewer to feel
more connected with the artist.
I will proceed to do this when
creating my music video as it
will make it look much more
professional.
