• L.O.: To choose the font types for our magazine design that are appropriate for
your production's genre and target audience.
Search for appropriate font types for your magazine's masthead, coverlines and body
text (copy)/music artist's logo and music video and website titles and body text, using
the ones installed on the classroom's computer.
• Choose three font types for each.
• Write the name of your magazine/artist, both in capitals and lower case. Below, in a
smaller size, write the name of the font type. Do this for each of your three masthead
font type choices.
• Write a couple of your coverlines/title in capitals and lower case, using your choice of
three font types. Below, in a smaller size, write the name of the font type.
• Decide for a sans serif/serif font type for your body text, which you will use in your
contents page, that it is appropriate for your magazine's genre and target audience
