• Survey will be distributed to people who work in
pharmaceutical organization where member of PReMA
• Survey questions was developed and segregated in 5
section
• General information collect demographic information;
Gender, Age, Academic level, Experience, Position,
Academic rank and number of subordinate
• Organizational culture questionnaire was translate from
Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) to
Thai language. This Instrument was built base on
Competing Value Framework (CVF) (Quinn, 2006)
• Leadership style questions was adapted from research
questionnaire of Sirirat Chamnannarongsak (2004) who develop
this survey base on CVF concept.

base on Activities that Information system supported
• Balance Scorecards was used as a concept of organization
efficiency measuring. Learning and Growth is a dimension
that focused on questionnaire which adapted from Sirirat ’s
research (2004)
• Paper base questionnaire and online version will be used to
collect information.
• Multiple regression is a statistic method finding relationship
among 3 independence variables and 1 dependence
variable
• PSPP version 0.7.8 is a tool for data processing
