-This project supports XYZ business objective of keeping a clean/tidy environment.
-Waste as a result of unnecessary motion will be reduced.
-To maintain a safe, accident-free and healthy work environment.
-Workforce productivity will be enhanced resulting in more profit for the company
-Corporate image of the company will be enhanced.
More than 90% of XYZ workforce are not complying with 5s implementation initiative and as a
consequence the environment has been negatively impacted.

-To reverse the workforce 5s nonconformance trend and ensure 90% workforce compliance on first
milestone.
-Reaching 100% overtime with continuous improvement focus
Team members can devote a maximum of 25% of their time to the project. Project must be
completed in 60 days.
