Conclusions/Justification:
‘We love pop’ magazine came out a few years ago and it
attracts teenagers as it has young artists and young
actors, this makes the fans feel better because they feel
like they have something in common with the artist or the
actors. Niall Horan is the main image in this magazine and
this attracts teenagers as he’s a member of a well know
band (One direction) all around the world. The fact that a
one direction member is on the front cover of the
magazine, more people will buy the magazine because
One direction have fans everywhere. This magazine is
really eye catching which means that someone can spot it
from far.

e.g. America, Canada, England etc.

Psychographic profile: people who enjoy
listening to rap music and RnB music.
Conclusion/justification
Vibe magazine have a range of different types of artists
featured in their magazines, this will increase the amount
of people buying the magazines because there’s more
than one type of music artist in it. Also vibe magazine
attracts females and males because of the front cover
doesn’t look feminine or masculine it looks neutral. Lastly,
there’s also facts/ news about the music artists’ personal
lives as well as about the music industry, this will also
attract more people as they want to know what’s going on
in the lives of these artists.

Conclusions/Justification
Kerrang magazine mainly feature punk and rock artists in
their magazines and this will only attract people that enjoy
listening to thus type of music, this can also mean that less
people buy these magazines as not many people enjoy this
type of music.
Many people will rather listen to pop music than rock or
punk music as it may be a bit intimidating, this can lead to
the Kerrang company not earning as much money as the
others because of the lack of different music genres or
artists featuring their magazines.
