• The role of manager includes working with other departments such as the cash department. The
role of purchasing agent also was included in the daily operations as the coin department
manager. In addition to this expansion of responsibilities it is also required that the coin
department manager has to purchase materials needed for the coin area but other areas as
needed.
• Manager over all aspects of coin department operations. Responsible for overseeing and
monitoring of all incoming shipments from all customers. This included banks, credit unions,
and the Federal Reserve. Manager is responsible for repackaging and verification of all
outbound shipments to member banks and credit unions. The manager position also has a
requirement of training of employees in the department as well.
• Responsible for communication with customers, use of Excel spreadsheets, as well as constant
email and phone interactions. Responsible for maintaining balances, orders, and solving
problems associated with inbound/outbound orders.
