Present, My main tasks are as below:
-Using the ACCPAC system to monitor the customer's debts on daily
basis till the overdue payments settled on time.
- Solving any outstanding issues with the customers.
- Visit the VIP customers to reply any inquiries and make sure to meet
their satisfactions.
- Commit to meet the payment deadline
- Send dunning letters to notifythe customers to commit to the
payment deadline.
