 We handle the critical collections for accounts subject to go outside agency/attorney for
continued non-payment.
 If all else fails we will evaluate consideration for a hardship program.
 We offered settlements until American Express decided the economy improved.

Small Project Sales January 2008
 Trained for sales and did very well but this position did not last long due to the situation
from one of the branches that caused several changes. This impacted most of the
service department that had to merge with Corporate
 They decided to have a Collection Specialist oversea each branch. A trusted party
within the company did something that caused the service side to merge with Corporate
and everything changed.
 My position as Credit Manager was moved to the Corporate Collections for a short time
because I was new in sales so my position was eliminated
 Service moved me to Corporate for a short time but they eliminated that position they
need someone that would oversee the Branch Managers and felt I was not qualified to
manage managers.

 Worked closely with Attorneys dealing with deadlines and legal actions.
 Held monthly meetings with sales to review accounts (subject to go on hold or lien).

credit.
 Wrote payment agreements for accounts that needed an arrangement to avoid a lien.
