brain time to relax

with an increased heart rate, tense muscles and
clammy palms.
• Scientists also warn that constant notifications
can distract you so much that productivity can

– Get rid of:
• Notifications – ALL OF THEM
– I wish I could get rid of call notification
– I just don’t let anyone know my number
• Get rid of your 80% apps
– I’m an extremist with this but you don’t need the majority
of your apps – Messenger, games, utility, references
– Even Islamic apps- You don’t need 8 Prayer times apps

• Increase Cortisol in your body
• For no reason
• Simply turn off all notifications
