• It is the body's way of signaling the immune system to heal
and repair damaged tissue, as well as defend itself against
foreign invaders, such as viruses and bacteria.

• It’s the basis of every disease and ailment for
your body
• Diseases like cancer arise from inflammation
over a longer period of time

• Acute – In one part of the body
• Chronic – In the entire body
– The whole body and immune system is trying to
fight it

• Chronic: Your immune system is working all
the time when you fight inflammation
• Draining massive amounts of energy because
the priority is your survival

So Why Do We Want Inflammation?
• We don’t.
• But billions of people a day actively choose to
have inflammation

Food is Supposed to be Anti-Inflammatory
• That means food helps your body heal from all
ailments, diseases, and bacteria
• The word is *supposed to be*

But the Industrial Food Complex has ruined food and water
• Water has toxic chemicals like chlorine and
fluoride added
• And food is processed and meats and dairy
have massive amounts of synthetic hormones
in them
• Food is overly processed

• Breads (Gluten)

• Hormone meat

• Your body will constantly be fighting

– We all might have allergies and have no idea
– So everyday we eat something causing us to be
tired and sluggish
– We are so used to being tired and sluggish, we
think that its normal
