– This doesn’t mean that person is only 3% better than you

• Because the best is never going to be a factor

• Michael Jordan
• There are probably 100 million people who
played basketball
• If life was a school, The 50th million best person
who plays basketball is in the 50th percentile.
• That would mean Michael Jordan is only 50%
better than the 50th million person.

• There are Internal Beliefs and Behaviors that

– 80% of results come from 20% of input
– 64% of results come from 4% of input
• Constantly use 80/20 to your advantage.

– After that everyone else is fighting for crumbs
– Don’t fall into the trap of copying. You will get the
