10. DECLARATION OF NON-COLLUSION
A form for tenderer to fill up and sign to declare that they are not
under any agreement with any other tenderers or parties to submit
any pre-determined tender amount.
11. FORM OF TENDER
For the tenderer to state the tender amount and proposed completion
time and making it the legal offer by attesting with signature or
company seal.
1. Fixed completion period: 9 months
2. Type of contract: Lump sum contract
3. Offer remains valid and shall not be withdrawn within 60 days from final
date of submission of tender.
12. INSTRUCTION TO TENDERER
• To inform tenderer on the rules and procedures to comply during the
tendering process.
1. Tender bond of RM 5,000 in the form of Bank Guarantee.
2. Tender Document fee of RM 350.
13. CONDITIONS OF TENDERING
Basis of tender
Firm Price Tender. No claims for fluctuation is allowed.
Tender Document Fee
Tenderer shall pay the tender deposit in cash to PAMAWE Associates Sdn Bhd.
Tender rules that governs the tender content, the submission,
evaluation and contract award process.
14. Tender bond
• In the form of Banker’s Draft or unconditional Banker’s Guarantee.
• Shall be retained and remain valid until the expiration of 60 days after closing of
tender.
Tender validity period
Remain valid and open for consideration for 60 days from the final closing date of
the tender submission.

15. FINAL SUMMARY OF TENDER
• It is the summary of the total
amount of every bill in the Bills of
Quantities. The total of all the bills
will be the tender sum.

21. EXTERNAL & INTERNAL WALLS

230mm Thick common bricks in stretcherbond
2. All internal and external walls:
115mm Thick common bricks in stretcherbond
3. Stiffeners allowed to walls that exceeded 3 meter in length.
22. EXTERNAL WALL FINISHES
Plaster and paint:
20mm thick cement and sand (1:6) plastering with one coat of ‘ICI’ primer and two
coats of ‘ICI' weathershield paint finish to ALL the external wall surfaces.
50mm gap x 12mm depth groove line wall finish.
23. INTERNAL WALL FINISHES
1. Plaster and paint:
20mm thick cement and sand (1:6) plastering finish with one coat of 'ICI' primer
and two coats of 'ICI' emulsion paint to all internal walls EXCEPT bathroom and
kitchen walls.
2. Ceramic tiles :
300mmx300mmx7.5mm thick "KIMGRES" glazing ceramic tiles to ALL the walls of
kitchen and bathrooms.
24. EXTERNAL CEILING FINISHES
1. 1200mm x 600mm x 9mm thick 'Plastec' fibrous plaster ceiling board
with 'ICI' weathershield paint finish.
2. 4280mm x 70mm x 23mm deep aluminium strip ceiling or other
