11. DECLARATION OF
NON-COLLUSION
This is a form for the tenderer to fill in and sign
Aim : To declare that they are not under any
agreement with any other tenderers or parties to
submit any pre-determined tender amount.
12. CONDITION OF CONTRACT
PAM CONTRACT 2006 (WITH QUANTITIES)
With this contract, a contractual relationship between the Employer and the contractor are formed .
Why PAM CONTRACT 2006?
Architects will be the contract administrator and thus will act fairly between the contracting company.
Extension time issue will be granted in a judicious manner as understanding of work programmes and delay
analysis would be beneficial to the Architect.
13. FORM OF TENDER
Tenderer insert his tender amount and proposed
completion time & agreement to validity period
By attesting its signature or company seal to make
this form a legal offer to the Employer
14. INSTRUCTIONS TO
TENDERERS
Inform tenderer on the rules & procedures that they need to comply within the entire tendering process.
Failure to comply may be deemed to be disqualified
1. Tender deposit / tender documentation fees shall be RM 800.00 in the form of cash or Banker’s draft
2. Tender bond/ earnest money shall be submitted together with an amount of RM12,000.00 in a form
of Bank Guarantee or Banker’s draft.
3. Submission of tender shall to be the Employer’s office not later than 12.00 noon
15. CONDITION OF
TENDERING
States the conditions that need to be complied with
by the tenderer in submission of tender.

16. GENERAL SUMMARY
OF TENDER
Collection of all the priced bills for all sections of
the project
The tenderer will then sum up the amount from the
Bill and to come up with a total amount to be filled
into the form of tender.
18. PREAMBLES
Contain clauses that serve to introduce & explain
the provisions in the “Specification” & “Bills of
Quantities” sections & the scope of coverage of the
rates in the BQ. It also stating the workmanship
and the materials to be used.
19. PRELIMINARIES

obligations in carrying out the works
