KJO is operating Al-Khafji Oil field which consists of 79 conventional well jackets and seven
Integrated Well Jackets (IWJ). KJO has initiated a project to support and maintain sustainable
capacity of 300 MBCD Khafji Crude and 50 MBCD Hout Crude by providing two new IWJS at flow
station area Y-3 and Y-2B area as a part of next 5 years Business Plan.
Deliverables has been prepared based on SAUDI ARAMCO standards.
3. QATAR PETROLEUM – FEED for Strategic Petroleum Products storage (SPPS) facilities Phase
-1.
Qatar Petroleum intends to construct Strategic Petroleum Products Storage (SPPS) facilities to meet
the stipulated demand during disruption of normal production from QPR in Mesaieed and other
Refineries in Ras Laffan. The implementation plan to build the required storage tanks and associated
facilities is envisaged in two phases.
GASCO – HABSHAN Direct Depressuring (HDD-1) Project – Engineering and Procurement
(EP) Phase
QATAR PETROLEUM – FEED for NGL-3 AGRU 1 & 2 Amine regenerators and associated
equipment revamp.
Acid Gas Removal Unit is located in NGL-3 Plant at Mesaieed. Scope of work for this project to
replace the existing regeneration columns and other equipment /items of both AGRU 1&2. Consultant
to do the feasibility study and FEED engineering to find the adequacy check of columns and its
associated equipments.
LUKOIL – Construction of 42’’ dia on shore export pipeline & associated works at the West
Qurna field (Phase – II)- IRAQ – Detailed Engineering
The 103 Km long 42” Crude Oil Export Pipeline will be designed to ensure proper transfer of crude oil
from CPF to Tuba Tank Farm area at West Qurna, Southern Iraq region. Six nos. of Actuated Valve
Stations, Bi- directional pig Launcher / Receiver stations at CPF and Tuba Tank Farm, 33KV Over
Head Line from water in-take facility substation to Block valve station-6 (Around 76km) are part of
the scope for export pipeline system.
ADCO – Engineering services for ASAB Unit – 6 & 7 - FEED
ADCO is planning to develop ASAB Unit 6 & 7 (Which is a reservoir in the ASAB field) to deliver 15
MBOPD in Phase-1 as part of ADCO’s objective of increasing sustainable production capacity to 1.8
MMBOD. The ASAB Unit 6 & 7 Phase-1 development facilities will consist of providing Three Multi
Selector Manifolds (MSMs) in RDSs 1, 2 and 6 (One in each RDS), 6 no. of natural flowing Oil
Producer Wells, 6 no. of water injection wells, 2 no. of Water Supply Wells, 2 no. of Water Disposal
Wells and 1 no. of water injection cluster (i.e., WIC-26).
ADCO – FEED for Nitrogen gas injection project – Pure case
Due to the expected increase of nitrogen content in the production fluids, work is also required at the
gas production trunk lines to enable delivery of nitrogen-rich fluid to a dedicated part of the GASCO
Habshan processing facility. This will involve modifications to the existing manifold systems to
enable diversion of the nitrogen-rich flow through existing trunk lines as well as installation of
additional trunk lines to ensure that the design capacity of existing system are not compromised.
GASCO - FEED for Installation of new metering system at GASCO ASR NGL plants
NGL metering facilities at GASCO ASR NGL plants need to be upgraded inline with the JV sites with
principle of measurement enabling component wise mass flow metering using Coriolis mass flow
meters and Gas Chromatographs (GC).
QATAR PETROLEUM – FEED for Automation upgrade at FMDS, FSDS, FNDS, FSP & NFIS.
The Automation upgrade mainly consists of the replacement of the existing DCS with a Foundation
Fieldbus based Control System (FCS), upgrading or replacement of the existing ESD and F&G
systems with a TUV certified SIL3 - based systems and upgrading the existing third party/auxiliary
systems interfacing with the above FCS as per the requirements stated in the various sections of
SOS. As part of this Project Main Distribution board, LV Switchgear and AC UPS are required to be
procured.
4. ADCO – Conceptual study for BAB Habshan-1 Development Project (In house study)
Phase-1 development consist of full field development consisting in total of forty one (41) oil
producers wells and forty (40) water injection wells respectively. The total oil production capacity as
part of Phase-1 development shall be 30-40 MBOPD. Conceptual study shall evaluate the possibility
of accommodating crude oil production from approximately fifteen (15) oil producers within the
existing RDS-1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 and new RDS-7, 8, 9 and 10 and existing water injection clusters and
BCDS. The entire electrical facilities requirement for new RDS, WI’s are to be studied under this
project.
TAKREER – Pre-bid engineering for Inter refinery Pipelines Project-2 (IRP-2)
Having involved in preparation of pre-bid deliverables for inter pipeline project phase – II using
TAKREER design general standard specifications.
ZADCO – Emergency depressuring of propane refrigeration project at Zirku Island
Propane refrigeration unit 430 is located in UZ/UAD plant at Zirku Island, approximately 140 km NW
offshore from Abu Dhabi city as part of the oil processing, storage and offloading facilities. Company
had identified the need for a rapid depressuring of the Propane inventory in the Refrigeration Unit
430.The study shall also consider the suitability of control of ignition sources in the vicinity. The
objective of this project is to prepare a study report to evaluate the presence of existing Transformer
as a source of ignition hazard and study the existing location of the Transformer with respect to
hazardous area classification as per IP 15 rev 3.
SHELL IRAQ – Kaz power plant & Sigup field survey work
South Gas Company (SGC) in Iraq is planning to have its own power generation stations and power
distribution network. The power distribution network will feed power to the new facilities of SGC such
as degassing stations, compressor stations and NGL/LPG plants. For generating electrical power,
there is a proposal to install two (2) x 26 MW General Electric MS5001 Gas Turbine Generator sets
at the KAZ NGL/LPG plant, with the potential to be upgraded to 4 x 26 MW in the future and
preparation of condition report for existing plants.
ZADCO – Zirku facilities - Hazardous area classification project at Zirku Island
Existing Hazardous Area Classification drawings for Upper Zakum Plant are old and were classified
as per API – RP – 500B (1973 edition). The objective of this project is to carry out new hazardous
area classification for Zirku Island Facilities in line with IP code of practice, IP – 15, 3rd Edition, July
2005 (latest edition). The existing layouts were updated for HAC with information, like location of
equipment, deck drain gullies/sumps etc by undertaking the site visits.
QATAR PETROLEUM - Feed and Detail engineering for strategic gas transmission project
(SGTP).
The Project shall comprises of twin sweet gas 36”pipelines from Ras Laffan Industrial City to
Mesaieed Industrial City, work includes detail engineering of seven numbers of section block valve
stations and three gas distribution stations.
DUSUP – Feed and Detail engineering for gas expansion project.
DUSUP owns and operates a Gas Control Station in the Jebel Ali Industrial Area. The GCS receives
natural gas from DEL and supplied to the customers in the Jebel Ali area. In order to increase the
supply of gas to the LP header and ensure sustained, continuous availability of gas to the
consumers, DUSUP has decided to expand the Gas Control Station so that gas from additional
sources can be taken into the facility for supply to the growing consumer and power plant
requirements. In order to do this, it is required to lay additional pipelines to and from the GCS, and
5. provide additional valve stations to interconnect the different pipelines so as to ensure maximum
flexibility and reliability in the gas supply.
ADCO – Plant modification facilities (PMFs)- Detail engineering and preparation of construction
package for installation of 24V and 110V AC explosion proof sockets in BAB - BCDS and all the
RDS areas.
The Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operation (ADCO) is implementing the plant modifications
at Sahil, Asab, Shah and Bab(oil & Gas) fields to improve present operability and safety with existing
system.
The intent of this project is to provide a scope of work and detailed engineering to install 24V and
110V AC explosion sockets in Bab BCDS and all the RDS’s which is used for maintenance.
ADCO – Typical construction package for BAB & ASAB gas producer and injector wells in
Abudhabi
The intent of the package is to provide a common scope of work for all wells and to seek
commonality in their design for both producer and injector wells in their Bab and Asab fields.The
Package will be issued by ADCO to the Contractor at IFC status, together with the specific well and
tie-in details to allow the Contractor to put together a bid for an Engineering & Construct (EC) Type
Contract.
Responsibilities include:
ZADCO – Zakum facilities (North, south, west satellites and central complex) – Hazardous
area classification project – Phase II
Preparation of Hazardous electrical equipment schedule and Drawings for ZADCO Upper Zakum

QATAR PETROLEUM - Detailed Design And Engineering Of Jetties Liquid Product Berths 24 &
25 for Qatar Shell GTL Limited (QSGTL)- Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar (Project Cost: USD$

The project scope covers the design of additional platforms for Metering skid structure, Emergency
shutdown (ESD) valve platforms in Liquid product Berths 24 & 25 and design adequacy check for the
existing Loading arm structure, Metering skid structure and pipe racks.
