Highlights : ADCOengagedMatrix as EPC Contractor to replace 6 existingPower Supply Skids at
Water Injection Clusters 40-45 at Bu-Hasa Field. Matrix Construction awarded this
Project to PL Engineering for detail design engineering.

3. Project : FEED for Replacementof Existing Screw Compressors with Centrifugal Compressor
Location : ASAB 1, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Client : GASCO (Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd).
Scope : FEED Engineering.
Highlights : GASCO concluded a Pre-FEED Study for Replacement of Existing Asab-1(3
nos. Screw type air Compressors) with 1 no. Integrally Geared Centrifugal
Compressor through consultant Engineers India Limited (EIL). This study
recommended the following:
 Replacementof existing3nos. Screw air Compressors (167-C-101A/B/C) in ASAB-1
with 1 no Centrifugal air Compressor (267-C-101C) identical to ASAB-2 Air
compressors 267-C-101A/B/S.
 Replacementof existingInstrumentAir Dryer (167-ME-101 A/S) with new air dryer
(267-ME-101B) identical to ASAB-2 Air dryer 267-ME-101A/S.
In view of the above, COMPANY appointed Punj Lloyd Engineering as
CONSULTANT to carry out Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) and
prepare EPC Tender Package.

Highlights : Project includes site verification and redlines mark-up, conversion of As Built
Drawing into Smart Plant.

5. Project : Engineering Studies for Jebel Dhanna Terminal-2014

Highlights : The Project objective is to carry out FEED engineering for the Enhancement of Oil
RecoveryfromClosedDrainSystems,New Waste WaterTreatmentPlant, New Inlet,
Outlet & Prover Headers of the Metering Banks, Stress Analysis Study at Jebel
Dhanna.In view of the above,COMPANY (ADCO) appointed Punj Lloyd Engineering
as CONSULTANT to carry out Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) and prepare
EPC Tender Package.
6. Project : Flow line & Wellhead installation in ADCO fields.
Location : Bu Hasa, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Client : Galfar Engineering & Contracting, Abu Dhabi
Highlights : ADCO appointed Galfar Engineering & Contracting as EPC contractor. The Scope
Of work consists of EPC work of wellhead piping and pipeline from wellheads
to Manifold area. Total 14 no’s of charismas trees are in Work scope which is
sub-divided in six type of wells (Oil Producing, ESP, Water Disposal, Water
Injection, WAG & Gas Lift).

7. Project : Tie-In Works at South East, Abu Dhabi
Location : Asab, Shah & Sahil, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
Client : ADCO (Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations).

Highlights : The Scope of work consists of EPC work of wellhead piping and pipeline from
Wellheads to manifold area. Total 135 no’s of charismas trees are in Work
scope which are sub-divided in six types of wells (Oil Producing, ESP, Water
Disposal, Water Injection, PW Re-injection & Gas Lift).

8. Project : Safe Water Chemicals Upgrade Project
Location : Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
Client : AL Kout Industrial Projects Co.
Highlights : Upgrade of Safe water Chemicals factory from 20 TPD to 40 TPD Sodium
Hydroxide Production that to be constructed for Al Kout Industrial Projects Co.
Located in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD I), UAE. The new Electrolyser
for this project will be provided by Ineous Technologies. PL Engineering is
contracted to provide detail engineering services for this Project. The plant will
produce Sodium hydroxide (NaOH), Hydrochloric Acid (HCL), Sodium Hypo
Chloride (NaOCl).

Scope : EPC – Punj Lloyd Ltd, Detail Engineering – Technip, USA, Engineering Co-Ordinator
– PL Engineering Pte Ltd.
Highlights : Occidental of Oman operate the Mukhaizna field, the operations at

Mukhaizna Comprise drilling, processing and stabilization of well fluids for
Export and steam Generation and steam flooding of the reservoir formations
to maximize the oil Recovery from the field. Phase-ll of the field development
At Mukhaizna is the Expansion of the facilities to incrementally increase the
Water and steam flooding Capacities together with modifications to the Central
Processing Facilities (CPF).
1. Water TreatmentPlant(WTP) (Lots1, 2 & 3) Companyisplanningtoexpand the
Water treatment facilities to treat an additional 390,000 BPD of boiler quality
water required to recover 150,000 BPD of oil from its field through the steam
injection process technology.
2. Central Processing Facilities (CPF) Upgrades Company is planning work on
three Major, discrete areas of the process plant as part of this project. These

10. Project : CONVERSION OF HABSHAN 0 & 1 LEGACY DOCUMENTS TO SPPID AND SPI
Location : Habshan, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Client : GASCO (Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd.)
Scope : Conversionof As-builtP&IDintoIntergraphSmartPlantP&IDSoftware.
Highlights : In order to improve the documentation infrastructure and cope with The As
Built best practices, GASCO intends to convert the existing documentation
from Micro Station to Smart Plant Enterprise. Conversion of drawing &
documents to SPEL, SPPID & SPI. Procurement of software (SPI, SPPID, SPF)
and Hardware (servers) Scope of work under this project conversion of
Habshan 0, 1, 2 & Babb document to Smart Plant P&ID &Instrumentation.
The Project includes development of the data base of these two systems,
SPPID & SPI, Along with their deliverables. Number of Plods to be converted
to SPP&ID – 1400 nos. approx. Number of Instrumentation Drawings to be
converted to SPI- 30,000 nos. approx.

Client : VEBA OIL OPERATIONS
Scope : EPC–Punj Lloyd Ltd, Detail Engineering & Support–PL Engineering Pte Ltd.
Highlights : The Scope of work consists of EPC work of Replacement of 500000US Bbl
Floating Roof above ground storage tank number #7. Rresponsible for the
Entire CAD works Related to the project. Ensured Cad deliverables are in Line
withprojectdrafting Requirements. Had close interaction with all the Discipline
designersandrigorous Co-ordination with discipline leads as Well asEngineering
Manager. Prepared Drawing Templates (A1 & A3 sizes) for the project as per
Client procedures & Standards. Also I prepared SLD for PMCC & MCC, Lighting
calculation, Cable Trench& Tray Layout, Lighting Layout, Power Layout, Earthing
Layout,Hazardous Area Layout, Cable Schedule, Lighting & Power panel schedule.

Support-PL Engineering Pte Ltd.
Highlights : The Scope of work consist of EPC work of 2 nos 36” pipe line from Station-V
(Raslaffan) to Station-S (Mesaieed) through Station-T3. It also Consistof total 4
no’s Section Block Valve station between Station-V to Station-T3 and Total 2
no’s section Block Valve station between Stations – T3 to Station-S. Reviewed,
Checked & Verified Drawings / Documents. Worked with CAD Team from design
office to fix various mistakes/mismatches detected in Design Consultant (NAMA
Mott) drawings& Vendor drawings. Co-ordination between construction team,
Vendors &Consultant (NAMA Mott MacDonald), Engineering Team, Project
Team & otherDisciplines.Helping to the Vendors for fast material delivery at site.
Checking of E &I drawings /documents produced by Consultants/Vendors.
Preparation of Loop Diagram (Instrument, Fire & Gas) with the help of RTU, DCS,
ESD, Fire & Gas wiring Data Base and Cable block diagram, Junction Box Wiring
Diagram & Cable schedule. Piping arrangement Layout, Lighting Calculation, MTO
and drafting for other Disciplines for Proposals as well as Projects. FAT test at
Vendor shop floor for SGTP.
