 Responsible for review the electrical design, power and control requirement.
 Coordination with client and discuss technical issues review drawings and specification,
calculation & submittal approval.
 Responsible for preparation of line diagram of the 13.8 Kv/34.5 KV distribution systems
including the emergency power supply and as built drawings. Responsible for the execution of
electrical works and assistance of commissioning of electrical equipment such as MV & LV
transformers Electrical panels, Motors, MCCs, Grounding, Cable laying and lighting works.
 Preparation of electrical method statements, and as built drawings for electrical works.
 Supervised the Cathodic protection works for the installation of impress current or sacrificial
system start up and preventive maintenance such as additional installation of anode beds
repair defective anode connection, DC rectifier(Oil immersed & Dry type) and bonding boxes,
and assistance in commissioning.
 Prepared purchase requisition for major and minor electrical equipment MV/LV Transformers,

approval of design from SEC along with installation of 34.5 KV Load Break Switches with GE
Relay MIFII type, Installation of 34.5 KV Cables, 34.5KV Switch Gear 34.5KV, 127VDC
battery charger with 8 hr Battery bank, AC Panels, DC Panels, lighting Panels, HVAC , fire
alarm System and to establish the 24V Hard wire communication of HVAC, Fire Alarm, with
Remote I/O Cabinet and the communication of Remote I/O cabinet with DCS through Fiber
Optic Cable.

 Fauji Jordan Fertilizer Co. (Pakistan) – As Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer, the
main responsibility was laying of electrical cables installation (MV, LV), testing of electrical
equipment at the main power house with 2 x 13 MW GE Gas Turbines, HRSG, Waste heat
Boiler’s instrument installation, Fire alarm and paging system and installation of field
instruments at the power house gas turbine, utilities, cooling tower and Bagging area along
with Installation of DCS Panels, work stations commissioning of Elsag Belly Distributed
Control System (DCS) at utilities and Ammonia Plant.
 Fauji Cement Co, Texila (Pakistan) – As Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer, was
responsible for installation of MV motors at Crushers, Cement mill, and the commissioning of
LV switchgears & MCCs at two sub-station and calibration of field instruments and fire alarm
system in side CCR along with the installation of PLC hardware at CCR.
 Lucky Cement Co. D.I. Khan (Pakistan) – Responsible for the installation and
calibration of field instrumentation, installation and commissioning of FoxBoro DCS and fire
alarm system inside the control room
 Kadun Wari Gas Fields (Pakistan) – As Instrumentation Engineer at the Gas-field,
under Foster Wheeler, UK, I was responsible for the installation and testing / calibration of
field instruments for Slug Catcher, Fin-fans and Control room Development.
