DRGS Project Engineer:
a. As field Engineer coordinated all instrumentation installation and support on the Protection and
Sequencing Control Systems to provide monitoring to a power engine driving a Clark TCV-12
compressor unit #A at Petrobras Argentina S.A. Neuquén. June 2016.
b. As PM completed the installation of a 7.4 MW Hyundai Synchronous Generator and a MURRAY
Steam Turbine single casing, multistage impulse condense type for Tynes Bay Waste & Energy
facility in Bermuda. This project included all instrumentation engineering according to ANSI/ISA
& API standards, their purchasing & installation, all piping 600#, 300# & 150# for Lube Oil,
Steam & Instrumentation air with 65 Mechanical & Control valves. Besides, installation, electrical
wiring and trays, civil works for a Clark Cooling water system (CCW), a Graham Condenser Unit,
a Lube oil lubrication skid, a AB 2100 Motor Control Center MCC, Oil & Water Pumps, a 4.16KV
Hawker Switch Gear, a Turbine Generator Control system (TCS), a 125VDC Emergency Power
Source System & all Electrical Protection for the Hyundai Generator. -Year 2015.
c. As PM completed the installation of a New Steam Turbine -TC56145 at Jamaica Power
Company included all instrumentation & LCP unit with the commissioning of a 4.3 MW / 13.8 KV

d. As Project Team Leader implemented at Pemex Offshore Gas Compressor Platforms the
Engineering and the Installation of all Instrumentation for GE Gas Turbines LM2500 driving a D-
R MTGB 742 & MTGB 733 Centrifugal Compressors, Instrumentation included including
Pressure Transmitters, Thermocouples, Vibration Probes & K-Phasors for the ENVISION
System Application. Potential Hazards to work in this environment were considered, evaluated,
and hazard assessment procedures were implemented. Year 2012 & 2014.
e. As Project leader completed the installation stage for a SAT to start a Steam Turbine and all
Instrumentation to provide advance monitoring to drive a 4.0 MW Synchronous Generator at
YPFB Bolivia Refinery Company. From June to October 2014.
f. As Project leader completed a major overhaul which included all instrumentation & control
system to monitor and provide diagnostic to prevent damage for a K- 1A 4 Cylinders Motor- Gas
Compressor unit at Chevron NGL Terminal Plant Ferndale Washington. All instrumentation and
electrical installation completion certification was provide. Potential Hazards to work in this

implemented. From November 2011 to March 2012.
g. Completed the installation of seven (7) WCPX wall mount 5.0 Ton HVAC type Z pressurizing
units for Gas Compression Modules at PEMEX Offshore Cantarell Gas Compression Modules
(AKALJ & AKALC); included the Control Panel and all electrical connections to MCC. Potential
Hazards to work in this environment were considered, evaluated, and hazard assessment
procedures were implemented. From 2010 to 2014.
h. Completed the installation of two (2) Cuttler-Hammer ATS to MCC with 2 Magnum DS Circuit
Barkers & 2 -10 Distribution System Monitors. This was accomplished at PEMEX ABK-A
Offshore Compression Modules 1 & 2. Potential Hazards to work in this environment were
considered, evaluated, and hazard assessment procedures were implemented. From 2009 to
2010.
i. Completed the installation of five (5) DI-TRONICS Fire & Gas Control Panel System with 24
VDC 825 A-H battery banks to protect a Gas Compression Train, which included DR GT-61
Power Turbine, a GE LM2500 Gas Generator and the D-R MTGB 742 & 733 Centrifugal
Compressors. Included a FM200 Kidde Fire System and CO2 system for a Gas-Turbine Driven
enclosure. Fire, H2S and Gas Combustible detectors were installed. These systems were
installed at PEMEX Offshore Cantarell (3) & ABK-A (2). This project included all instrumentation
engineering and installation according to ANSI/ISA & API standards. Potential Hazards to work
in this environment were considered, evaluated, and hazard assessment procedures were
implemented. From 2009 to 2010.
j. Completed the replacement of the Power Cables for a Shaft Driven Generator of 960 KVA
Power Cables 3F-1 N Bostrig 125 Type P Marine and Offshore Cable SP2KVA(HD)-4/0 and
SP2KV(HD)-313. This project was executed at Pemex Cantarell AKAL-J4 Offshore Compressor
Gas Platforms. Potential Hazards to work in this environment were considered, evaluated, and
hazard assessment procedures were implemented. From 2009 to 2014.
k. Complete the installation hardware Al/0 Modules for Dry seals technology for ABK-A
Compression Modulo 1. .-Completed the Installation of May DL1 Platform -PEMEX Offshore
AILT SCADA III. This project included all instrumentation engineering and installation according
to ANSI/ISA & API standards. `Accomplished Installation Planning SCADA IV and Maintenance
Service for Offshore PEMEX ALT Oil production area on the following platforms: KAX-1, OCH-
TA, OCH-TB, UECH-TB, ENLACE & CITAM-101 during the 90 days assignment. Potential
Hazards to work in this environment were considered, evaluated, and hazard assessment
procedures were implemented. From 2008 to 2009.
l. Other Projects: a) Field Support Engineering of New Control Modules ABK-A 5&6 Permanente

Evaluate various data transmission platforms required to operate and integrate data & control
applications for approximately 200 operational marine vessel units. Selected the Ericson EDACS
/ RDI system.
Operational Engineer PDVSA — Lagunillas, Venezuela 1982-1997
Managed all aspects of operational maintenance and troubleshooting of IT and SCADA field networks for
up to 3,000 users; Primary responsibilities involved technical support for Communication,
Instrumentation and Controls Systems under 7x24 availability. Defined projects scope, cost estimating
and budget administration for projects and operational services requirements. Accountable for
coordinating the execution and integration of Voice, Automation Control and Data Applications from
analog to digital technologies, and provided Operational Support on Natural Gas Field Instrumentation-
Offshore PDVSA Platforms. Designed and implemented network hardware integration for Voice & Data
architecture. Supervised a team of 12 Technicians and Engineers. Key Achievements:
-. Coordinated and Implemented a $3MM PDH Network at Hazardous classified locations (Offshore
Platforms: Lama - Lamar Gas & Lago Gas Compression Complex 11) - PDVSA LAKE PROJECT.
Scope: Telecommunication auto supported towers were constructed. Interconnection was provided to
Offshore Control System facilities. Electrical protection System was provided at platforms plus Fire
Detection & Extinguish Systems.
-. Coordinated the installation and operational services for a point to multipoint SR-500 system, which
interconnected Oil and Gas drilling vessel units at Maracaibo Lake (10.000 square Km covering).
