Introduction Student Page Title Introduction Task Process Evaluation Conclusion Credits [ Teacher Page ] Mr. Fernando has a shoe manufacturing company in Marikina. It is considered one of the oldest businesses in the said town. It started as a small-scale cottage industry that grew because of the quality of their work and loyalty of his workers and designers. Lately Mr. Fernando’s shoe company has experienced an “exodus” of his loyal workers and highly skilled crafts men. Mr. Fernando is wondering why these things are happening despite his company’s financial growth.  He then went to HUMANBE CONSULTING FIRM to consult with his problem. He then contracted HUMANBE CONSULTING FIRM to come up with a program and strategy that would address the problem of fast turnover of highly skilled and loyal workers and crafts men.  He specifically signified that the focus of the said program should be PRODUCTIVITY, MOTIVATION, CREATIVITY, and  LOYALTY.

Use the concepts we got from our discussions on Human Behavior in Organization in all the chapters. You are tasked to create a strategic plan or program or training for Mr. Fernando’s shoe company employees. The strategic plan shall be submitted in a form of a project proposal. The strategic plan should be in line with the assumptions of Human Behavior in Organizations. Title
