Our team met with 68 corporates during Dec 2013 – Feb 2014. Based on our indepth interactions with the Corporates and their L&D priorities for the coming year, some of the needs resonated repeatedly. We thought why not share the findings with all of you. Isn’t it what shared learning is all about !
This document is about Top 5 needs which we will share with you . In addition, to these 5 needs, there was an almost common need to make the learning relevant to workplace.
This document is a summation of those needs and also share with you some potential solutions that may help you address these key people development needs.

Payal Gupta is an organization development consultant and executive coach. She works with the intent to help individuals and
organizations setup for success and explore their potential to be future ready. We work with CXOs, Founders, senior managers

As an Organization Development Consultant, Payal, focuses on systemic change management, organizational development,

Om Katare founded Yatri theatre group in 1979. Om has to its credit 60+ productions and 4800+ performances both in India
and abroad over the last 33 years.

performances, facilitated sessions – where a positive outcome is tested by acting out the solutions – to encourage change.

Priyanka Kaul is an alumnus from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi. She has implemented design and
creative initiatives in multiple business organisations. She has had global experience in the textile industry. She has been a
trainer and visiting faculty at NIFT and Wegan & Leigh. Since the last 7 years, she has been associated with the Arts scene in
Mumbai. She has won the META award in 2011 for theatre excellence. She has a passion for performing arts including theatre,
dancing and music. She is also a Reiki Energy Healing practioner (Level 3).
