OPTIONS AVAILABLE Option I (The most preferred and recommended option): 3+3+1  Days Part 1: Three days.: Five Modules will be covered: Part 2: Three days after a gap of One/Two months.: Five Modules will be covered Part 3: One Day Session after a gap of One/Two months after Part 2 to assess the progress  of the team. It will be a totally interactive session.   Option II (Second Best Choice): 2+2+2 Days
OPTIONS AVAILABLE -CONTD Option III:  The ten modules will be covered in five days at a stretch.  Option IV:  Fastrack Version: All Ten modules will be covered in Three Days. Option V:  Total Flexibility. Dedicated One or Two or more Modules workshops can be conducted in a day or two as per specific requirements of the customer.
PERSONAL TOUCH Each participant will get exclusive One to One interaction with the trainer over phone/face to face for upto five hours each over a period of Six months after the expiry of Part I of BEP for Option I and Option II.
BEP DETAILS Who Should Attend: Mid level managers to Sr Managers Batch Size: 10 to 25 Venue: Company Conference Room/Hotel/Resort Workshop Kit:  One manual per module,  a pen,  a writing pad and  a carrying pouch or a bag.  A certificate of participation .

Workshop was very interactive and gave the real insights about the areas needed for improvements which we generally don’t realize in day today life. Full of energy, positivity and enthusiasm We liked the practical exercises, we had to practice in the workshop itself what we learnt.
