albums. Therefore I can see the font types they have used and take inspiration in
order to find the right font for my album front cover…

4. Chosen Font – Franklin Gothic Medium
The font I have chosen to use is Franklin Gothic Medium (Italic). I have chosen
this font because it is quite bold and it looks dynamic and sharp. I like this
because it means it would clearly stand out in front of images and if I added
colour to the font it would make it very attracting to the target audience. The
font is also very easy to read and so the text would be distinctive and people
would be able to see the name of the artist and album clearly and quickly. This
font is from Photoshop and was already downloaded. Many grime album covers
use quite a clear bold font for example Skepta on his blacklisted album and
Jaykae on his ‘where have you been?’ album.
