injured if they trip over objects or slip
on spillages.
There may be lots of wires on the
floor which could be a tripping
hazard.
General good housekeeping is carried

team.
As we will be in rooms with expensive
electrical equipment,we should make sure
that no one runs or starts misbehaving to
ensure no one trips and hurts themselves as
well as damaging equipment.

Intruder or
dangerous animal
on the site
There could be somebodyentering
the site withoutpermission and this
could be dangerous for all of the staff.
We are following the schools
lockdown procedure,go into the
nearestroom possible with a staff
member and secure the doors as well
as ensuring thatthe blinds are shut.
We should make sure everybody is wearing
their lanyards so we know who is on site and
can tell who is an intruder or not.

Dehydration/hunger
and lack of energy
of crew and voice
actors
If the team is not hydrated or they are
hungry, they may lack energy and
this could lead to somebodyfeinting
and not being able to work efficiently.
At the momentwe are making sure
that staff members have water bottles
on site that can be refilled at any time.
In order to control the risk, we will ensure that
everybody gets given a bottle of water and
make sure that they have time to fill them up
at any water fountain.

Tiredness/feeling
overworked/mental
fatigue.
If the team are feeling tired or
overworked, they may not physically
be able to stay awake and carry on
doing the job.They also may lose
motivation and not have the will to
want to work.
Currently, we are making sure that
that the team get frequent breaks to
ensure thatthey are not feeling
overworked and are motivated to get
the job done.
In order to control this risk, we could make
sure that staff have a variety of differentjobs
so that they do not get bored or tired of the
same one.This will also be more motivating
for the team as they are not doing the same
repetitive task.

Unsafe electrical
equipment
If the equipmentis faultyit could
potentiallybe dangerous for the team
to use and worstcase scenario it
could harm them.
Making sure that the equipmentis
used correctly so that it won’tbecome
damaged and itwill be safe for the
team to use.
If anything is faulty or unsafe we mustleta
staff member/caretaker know so they can
tackle the problem in a safe manner.We must
not use any electrical equipmentthatmay be
deemed unsafe.

If electrical equipmenthas been
damaged bya spillage,itcould lead
to fires which could be dangerous
If there is a spillage,we mustmake
sure to clean up the spillage as
quickly as possible and make sure
that the team is warned.
Make sure that there are no drinks or liquids
by the electrical equipmentand if somebody
needs a drink, they muststep outside ofthe
room to have one or take a step back from the
computers/electrical equipment.

Ventilation in the
room
If the team gets too hot and startto
overheat they could potentially feel
unwell and pass out.
If it’s a hot day, we mustmake sure to
open windows and use the air
conditioning to keep the team cool.
Ensure everyone has water with them and is
wearing suitable clothing so theydo not get
too hot (but keeping it away from electrical
equipment)

There may be lots of wires on the floor which could be a tripping hazard. General good housekeeping is carried out. All areas well lit,including stairs. No trailing leads or cables. As we will be in rooms with expensive electrical equipment,we should make sure that no one runs or starts misbehaving to ensure no one trips and hurts themselves as well as damaging equipment. We are following the schools lockdown procedure,go into the nearestroom possible with a staff member and secure the doors as well as ensuring thatthe blinds are shut. We should make sure everybody is wearing their lanyards so we know who is on site and can tell who is an intruder or not. All of the staff/team. From now on 03/06/19 03/06/19 05/06/19 Dehydration/hunger and lack of energy of crew and voice actors If the team is not hydrated or they are hungry, they may lack energy and this could lead to somebodyfeinting and not being able to work efficiently. At the momentwe are making sure that staff members have water bottles on site that can be refilled at any time. In order to control the risk, we will ensure that everybody gets given a bottle of water and make sure that they have time to fill them up at any water fountain. All of the staff/team. If the team are feeling tired or overworked, they may not physically be able to stay awake and carry on doing the job.They also may lose motivation and not have the will to want to work. Currently, we are making sure that that the team get frequent breaks to ensure thatthey are not feeling overworked and are motivated to get the job done. In order to control this risk, we could make sure that staff have a variety of differentjobs so that they do not get bored or tired of the same one.This will also be more motivating for the team as they are not doing the same repetitive task. From now on 03/06/19 03/06/19 05/06/19 Unsafe electrical equipment If the equipmentis faultyit could potentiallybe dangerous for the team to use and worstcase scenario it could harm them. Making sure that the equipmentis used correctly so that it won’tbecome damaged and itwill be safe for the team to use. If anything is faulty or unsafe we mustleta staff member/caretaker know so they can tackle the problem in a safe manner.We must not use any electrical equipmentthatmay be deemed unsafe. Make sure that there are no drinks or liquids by the electrical equipmentand if somebody needs a drink, they muststep outside ofthe room to have one or take a step back from the computers/electrical equipment. If it’s a hot day, we mustmake sure to open windows and use the air conditioning to keep the team cool. Ensure everyone has water with them and is wearing suitable clothing so theydo not get too hot (but keeping it away from electrical equipment) All of the staff/team.
