CAREER EXPERIENCE (10+ YEARS)
Sales Consultant at NewHorizons-Amman / Training Center oct 2015 – Present
Team Leader at Luminus Group / Training center (VTCDC) Jan 2010 – Oct 2015
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing cold calls and recalls prompting people to register in our announced public enrollment courses.
- Receiving incoming calls & e-mails and do the necessary action to convert them to visitors or registered students.
- Receiving and greeting the walk-in customers.
- Sitting with customers and convince them to register.
- Do a tour to show walk-in customers our training facilities.
- Providing management with daily & weekly reports regarding achievements of work progress
- Working toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales target assigned by VTCDC Manager.
- Issuing certificates and (To Whom It May Concern) letters to trainees.
- Following up trainees complains and solve it coordinating with all designed divisions
- Create and maintain students’ records in the CRM system.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers to insure repeated business.
- Delivering the certificates to the pass trainees.

Responsibilities:
- Provided the management with daily & weekly reports regarding achievements of work progress.

- Followed up students’ academic problems and solved it coordinating with all divisions.
- Academic registration for all students.
- Data entry for all students information’s (marks, status, graduation …etc)
- Prepared all the adjustments for all the students that changes there academic condition coordinating with Al-Balqa university
