Duties:
 Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis,
appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human
resources departments;
 Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on both the
organisation's and the individual's needs;
 Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping within budgets as assessing
the return on investment of any training or development programme is becoming
increasingly important;
 Working in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an
organisation, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level;

• Arrange all company travel and work with key executives to budget for business travel
throughout the year including air, hotel, and ground transportation, utilizing
preferred vendors to minimize cost.
 Create and/or enhance relationships with preferred travel vendors including but not
limited to air, train, hotel, and car.
 Develop and maintain company travel policies and procedures.
 Complete all functions related to planning, scheduling, and booking approved
employee travel requests.
 Research and provide solutions to unique promotion related travel-related requests.
 Stays abreast of all travel rules and regulations, including airline requirements, tariffs
(domestic), and other travel specifications.
- OPERATIONS MANAGER
Duties:
 Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the
production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
 Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
 Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to
measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost
reduction and program improvement.
 Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures,
conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
 Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee
those personnel processes.
 Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide
needed services while staying within budgetary limits.

 Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations,
maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
- PURCHASER OFFICER
Duties:
 Prepare vendor/supplier evaluation for the approved supplier list.
 Physical Inventory of Stationery, Office Supplies and Papers Stock.
 Monthly Report on stationery/ office supplies, paper usage costs to charge
back to user departments cost centre.
 Preparation of Purchase Orders Communicate with Suppliers.
 Submit recommendations to improve purchasing process and policies by maintaining
filing system for all purchase orders issued.
 Maintains record or new products, catalogues and price lists, and supporting documents.
