RESEPI PERTAMA : DURIAN PILLOW.. Bahan-bahan : 250g tepung 500ml susu segar ATAU santan 3 biji telur 1/2 sudu teh garam pewarna kuning isi durian secukupnya krim putar secukupnya Cara-cara : 1. Letakkan tepung , telur , susu segar ATAU santan , garam dan beberapa titis pewarna kuning ke dalam mesin pengadun. 2. Adunkan sehingga sebati dan tapis adunan tersebut menggunakan penapis.biarkan 15 minit. 3. Panaskan kuali dan tuangkan satu senduk adunan tadi ke dalam kuali dan ratakannya menjadi bulatan. Masak adunan itu hanya dalam masa beberapa minit. 4. Ulang proses (3) hingga adunan habis. 5. Seterusnya , letakkan sesudu krim putar dan isi durian diatas adunan yang telah di masak itu tadi dan gulungkan ia sehingga kelihatan sepert bantal. (seperti dalam gambar) 6. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
