The United States Government
For some people, it is difficult to understand how the United States government is laid out, what the
three branches of the government are, or how they are different from one another. Those people may
not understand how each branch keeps one another in line or how their duties are divided. Each
branch has its own individual set of responsibilities and duties to make sure the government is run
precisely and that the rights of the citizens are respected. Learning about the three branches further
beckons to discuss the separation of powers as well as implied and inherent powers. These powers
may also be difficult or impossible to understand when reading about them in legal terms, or on
government information. This misunderstanding can lead ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The Executive branch, or the President of the United States, has the authority to execute and enforce
the laws approved by congress. He also acts as the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and
appoints the cabinet, the heads of the 15 executive departments. Finally, the Judicial branch includes
the Supreme court and the Federal district courts. Members of this branch are appointed by the
President and approved by the Senate. McClennon goes on to say, Another criticism of divided
government is that it breeds toxic relations between the executive and legislative branches of the
federal government. This seems especially true when one considers the current dynamic between
President Barack Obama and congressional Republicans. But then he goes on to say that this, still, is
very insignificant in regards to actual legislation. For those troubled by relatively unencumbered,
concentrated power of this sort, the Framers commitment to checks and balances provided, and still
provides, an answer, said Jon D. Michaels in his

Automatic Fire Sprinkler System Essay
The automatic fire sprinkler system was one of the earliest sprinkler systems placed into effect. The
origin of the modern day automatic sprinkler system dates back to the early 1800 s. The first
automatic sprinkler system was created in England in the 1806 by John Carey. It consisted of a pipe
with valves held closed by counterweights attached by string. When flames burned through the string
the counterweight dropped to the floor, which opened the valve that released the water and
extinguished the fire. As the 1800 s progressed, the basic pipe system for sprinklers was becoming
more prevalent across England. It began to pop up in textile mills all through out the country. In 1864,
as sprinkler system use grew, Major Stewart Harrison of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Not only does this cool what ever material is heated, but it can pre cool any materials that are not yet
heated or involved in the fire. This helps prevent the spread of that fire through the structure saving
the structure and protecting its contents from further fire and water damage. Although the automatic
sprinkler system is the most widely used type of fire protection system, it does have its limitations and
uses inside certain building types. As previously stated, it is generally used in commercial buildings.
This is because there are usually no special hazardous materials in these buildings, or any large
quantity of materials that would react negatively with the application of water. It is installed in
buildings such as hospitals, schools, and office buildings for life safety first, then building
preservation. Since a proper functioning sprinkler system will reduce the fire size and prevent its
spread, it will allow for more time of evacuation for these buildings. This is especially useful in
hospitals and nursing home settings where there may be a large number of immobile people that
require time to move to a more safe location. The automatic sprinkler system is also used in buildings
such as warehouses. It is used here due to the large amount of combustible material that goes along
with mass storage.

Dental Mouth Guard
Often, Australians grind, clench or gnash their teeth without even knowing it. This problem, known
medically as bruxism, typically occurs during sleep, although some people do while they re awake.
Unfortunately, this is a destructive habit that creates wear and tear on the teeth. The good news is that
it can be treated before further damage is done by simply wearing a mouth guard. If you tend to grind
or clench your teeth, here s how a Hills dental care mouth guard can help you.
Why is a Custom made Mouth Guard the Best Choice for Teeth Grinding?
Besides professional, dental mouth guards, there are also stock guards and boil and bite guards. Stock
mouth guards are found over the counter, are the cheapest and come ready to wear. They re ... Show

Considerations and Warnings
Your mouth guard can be constructed for either your lower or upper teeth.
Teeth grinding can cause you wake up with a headache, besides jaw pain.
A custom made mouth guard should fit comfortably and snug. What s more, it should have a stable arc
and not rock back and forth.
If you have dental bridge work or wear braces, it s particularly critical that your mouth guard fits
properly. This because your mouth guard can give you a protective barrier between your lips, or
cheek, if you suffer from a blow to your face.
Mouth guards should be regularly cleaned, using soapy, cool water after they re used.
Take your mouth guard to every dental appointment so that it can be examined for defects. Also,
inspect your guard, consistently, at home, checking for wear and tear, such as holes. For any questions
regarding night guards, visit our Hills Dental Care clinic. Our Sydney based dental practice is
equipped with all the latest equipment to make your visit a positive experience and we offer a wide
range of dental services. Please contact

Miranda V. Arizona
Miranda v. Arizona American Government This case is one that changed the way the United States
Police forces will work forever. Every human in the world has natural born rights. Even people who
have been arrested have rights, The rights of the accused . These rights are the main point of this court
case. On the third of March in 1963, an eighteen year old girl, Lois Ann Jameson (Sonneborn 6), was
leaving Paramount Theaters in downtown Phoenix (Sonneborn 7). Jameson would always take the bus
home and have to walk a short distance to her home. On this night, she would be walking home and a
car pulled up past her nearly hitting her. She continued walking not realizing that a man had gotten out
and was running towards her. He grabbed her ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Nonetheless, detectives began questioning Miranda, and he signed a confession approximately two
hours later. (Riley 11). Miranda was not completely clear that he had the right to remain silent and also
the right to an attorney even if he couldn t pay for one. That same afternoon, he was taken to jail. And
two days later he was taken to trial. Miranda was being charged with rape and robbery. Since he could
not afford to pay for his own lawyer, one was appointed. The lawyer assigned was Alvin Moore. Most
court appointed attorneys were usually young and paid poorly, but not in this case. Moore was seventy
three years old and had forty years experience practicing law. Moore thought of using an insanity
defense because of Miranda s mental problems. But, because Miranda had been in and out of jail, it
was decided that he knew right from wrong, so that would not work. The trial went on. Moore realized
that he didn t have much to work with. Being that the prosecution had a written confession signed by
Miranda, Moore knew there was not n=much that he could do to convince the jury. On June 19th,
Miranda was on trial for robbery. It took only a few hours for him to be convicted. The next day he
went on trial for the rape of Lois Ann Jameson. The prosecution called four witnesses to testify.

Long Distance Relationships Pros And Cons
Long Distance Relationships Modern Media LuvDaSun Res/110 August 18, 2010 Christopher
Benedetti Abstract Long distance relationships are no longer a thing of the past. Modern technology
has made it viable for partners to stay constantly in touch during a 24 hour period. A review of five
peer reviewed journals provides a variety of perspectives of long distance relationships. The articles
focus on the positive and negative aspects of Long Distance Relationships. Weaknesses, strengths and
differences in long distance relationships versus geographically close relationships are evident. The
articles represent studies that have been conducted and provide the pros and cons, and the different
affects they have in relationships. Long ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Technology was relied upon to maintain relationships in times of conflict. Technology is a growing
form of communication and has become more available and less expensive. Based on the research on
long distance romantic relationships the participants criteria were to be between the ages of 18 21,
needed to be heterosexual and have currently or have been in a long distance relationship. Generally,
the focus groups believed that to keep communication there must be a form of relationship
maintenance, such as: telephone calls, Instant Messaging (IM), and e mails. The results found that
conflicts arose, and therefore, telephone calls were preferred for better personal expression. Last,
when asked about webcam/video conferencing, people no longer in long distance relationships
thought it would help them stay together. However, the rest didn t agree and thought it would be too
emotionally challenging. Would You Do It Again? Mietzner, S. Many romantic relationships will face
a time when they will separate by distance. This not only affects the people but also the relationship
too. People in long distance relationships (LDRs) have reported both positive and negative aspects.
Negative outcomes of LDRs would include little to no face to face interactions, missed daily
conversations, or a lack of physical intimacy, among other things. The potential positive outcomes are

Normandy Operation Overlord Essay
Operation Overlord and the Normandy landings sparked the assault on Nazi Germany and were a
mandatory part in the Allied victory of World War 2. The operation consisted of capturing five beaches
in Normandy: Britain took Gold and Sword, U.S took Omaha and Utah, and Canada took Juno. Many
tasks were done before the invasion such as giving the Germans false information and the build up of
a military arsenal to fuel the invasion. The two most significant reasons that the Allies were successful
were the landings at Omaha Beach and the U.S and U.K paratroopers. In addition to this, tanks were
also a key factor as they could crush through enemy obstacles and buildings. As a result, these key
factors of Operation Overlord brought the Allies to victory ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Overall, the landings were completed by the 6,000 men of the British 6th Division led by Major
General Windy and Major Howard and the 14,000 men of the U.S. 101st Airborne and the 82nd
Airborne Division s lead by Major Generals Ridgway and William C. Lee. Both divisions had a
general mission to hold their area to supply the troops coming from the five beaches as well as the rest
of the assault on Nazi Germany. Though in a more specific sense both divisions had other goals to
complete. The British had to hold both Pegasus and Ranville (river bridge to the right of Pegasus)
which would stop the Germans at Normandy from reinforcing and now they could use the bridges to
reinforce themselves. In addition to this, the British also had to destroy a gun battery near Pegasus so
the Sword Beach landings would be successful. On the other hand, the U.S had to hold Sainte mere
Eglise and complete their mission of capturing Cherbourg to create a port of supply for the Allies. As a
result, the airborne landings of both Pegasus and Sainte mere Eglise helped fuel the rest of the war and
allowed other beach attacks achieve

The Characteristics Of Rosalind Franklin
2. To what extent did the personalities of each of the three scientists affect the way in which they did
their research? (10)
Rosalind Franklin.
Rosalind Franklin was a very independent woman, and was very stubborn. This led her to be a loner in
her scientific research. She had some close friends in Paris especially, but she did not form the
argumentative relationships and did not benefit from the constructive criticism that James Watson and
Francis Crick could. (Robinson A, 2012)
Franklin was intelligent, assertive, and directly confrontational, which made it difficult for her to work
with other scientists should they make mistakes or be slower than her in finding solutions. This was
one of the reasons why her relationship with Maurice Wilkins deteriorated at King s she was highly
critical and he was shy and submissive. (Elkin L, 2009)

How did the structure of DNA identified by Watson and Crick differ from the model previously? Do
you think Rosalind Franklin received enough acknowledgement for her work from Watson and Crick?
Give reasons for your answer. (5)
Linus Pauling proposed a structure of DNA before Watson and Crick, in 1952. He suggested that the
structure of DNA was a three chain helix, bonded with hydrogen bonds. His model had placed the
sugar and phosphate components of the nucleotide in the centre of the triple helix. He also believed
that the nitrogenous bases were facing out of the helix and not inside. (Paulingblog.wordpress.com,
2009) The problem with this model however, was that it was impossible to have so many negatively
charged phosphates in the centre of the helix without it blowing itself apart.
(Paulingblog,wordpress.com, 2009)
The Watson and Crick model of the structure of DNA differed from this in the sense that it was a
double helix, the nitrogenous bases were on the inside of the helix and the phosphate and sugar groups
were on the outside of the helix. These were all bonded with hydrogen bonds. (Biography.com,

Secondly, Toole had detailed information concerning the crime scene that would only be known by the
killer. Thirdly, scores of eyewitnesses identified Toole as the killer.
The book outlines the tireless work done by the bereaved parents in search for justice on behalf of
other missing children. The main attraction of the book is the investigation of the Hollywood Police
Department that exposes the bulging of the investigators that had previously worked on the case.
Standiford and Matthews carefully builds the case against the police. They provide details that contain
numerous leads that were disregarded during the initial investigation. These included some obvious
questions that were never asked, a number of crucial witnesses that were ignored, and details
concerning incomplete or falsified reports. In addition, the fresh investigation of the investigators
exposed evidence that was never examined and a number of vital evidence that got lost.
The book exposes the most damning revelation concerning ignorance of the Hollywood police on
repeated confessions by a serial killer. The killer had detailed information concerning the crime that
was never made public. However, he was never tried for the crime despite confessing to the boy s
murder. The author does not bend facts to show his artistic skills. He details factual information and is
not self consciously literary. The spilling of the narrative follows a

The Big Sleep- the Depiction of Marlowe as a Modern-Day...
The Big Sleep The depiction of Marlowe as a modern day knight
The novel The Big Sleep by Raymond Chandler was published in 1939 during the heart of the Great
Depression. The novel is written in a very sinister, dark and kind of a gangster tone and carries much
of the cynicism of 1930s America. The Big Sleep is a story of intrigue, corruption, delinquency and
obliquity with a rather complex plot which can be very confusing. The main character in the Big Sleep
is the private detective Philip Marlow who is very masculine man with values and a good moral. His
strong moral is often evidenced throughout the novel. Marlowe is the only one in this complex world
who cannot be corrupted because the other characters are all described as sleazy, ... Show more

There is another passage where he is looking down at a chess board saying: I looked down at the chess
board. The move with the knight was wrong. I put it back where I have moved it from. Knights had no
meaning in this game (95). It is clear that he depicts himself as the knight and he is referring to his
cold case and the mistakes he has made so far in solving the crime. The sentence knights had no
meaning in this game refers to his chivalrous behavior and that this has not been helpful so far in
solving the crime and that frustrates him. Furthermore, his behavior has no meaning or value for the
other characters that are included in this crime and he is instantly reminded that he is the only one in
this game who is faithful and morally. However, the description of chivalry is not only portrayed
through the imagery in the novel but moreover through the behavior of Philip Marlowe. For hundreds
of years, the knight is one of the most fascinating figures or motives of the history which has not lost
his symbolic brightness and power. If one is looking for a definition of a knight it always includes
certain terms like strong, noble, chivalrous, morally straight or protector of the weak as well as the
existence of a certain code. According to this code it is the duty of a knight to protect women, children
and to have faithfulness. This is exactly the behavior that Marlowe displays throughout the novel.
Within the novel there are several passages and examples

Ethical Dilemma Of An Article On Local Domestic Violence
Ethical Dilemma A year ago when you were employed by St. Paul s Family center, you served as
social worker of Nicholas Karros, who had been experiencing problems on his job that affect him and
his family. About eight months ago, Nicholas was killed in an altercation at a local bar. Roberta Frei, a
reporter for the local newspaper, approached you yesterday to ask for information about Nicholas
because she heard he had been abusive to his wife and children. Ms. Frei wanted this information as
part of her preparation for an article on local domestic violence. Ethical Dilemma An ethical dilemma
is when a decision has more than one solution and any decision can have positive and negative effects.
In the presented dilemma, the social worker is presented with a dilemma of client confidentiality. The
social workers previous client has passed away in a bar fight and a reporter has approached her about
his past. Since the client is no longer represented by the social worker is it right for her to release
information to someone who is neither a family member nor a colleague. The reporter will more than
likely keep her name private since she is a source however she may be sued if she does not choose the
proper way to handle the dilemma. Ethical Principles In the value of dignity and worth of a person, the
social worker should treat each person in a caring matter; there is no stipulation on whether that client
should be current or past. The value of integrity, the

Battle of Mogadishu In the 1980 s and 1990 s violence in Somalia was getting worse as the days went

This was all made possible by strong centralized control over sources of raw material and labor,
through the office of the vizier.
In order to more efficiently run the nation, some responsibilities had to be decentralized, placing
authority in the hands of local nobles and governors. Some were too tempted by the thought of
holding power, and began to break away from the royal government at Memphis up in the Delta.
Others, like Qar, who served in the 6th Dynasty under King Merenra, recalled that he sailed upstream
to the nome of Edfu as sole companion, nomarch, overseer of Upper Egyptian barley and overseer of
prophets, because I was capable and appreciated in the esteem of his Majesty. I came to be accorded
the office of lord of every leader of all Upper Egypt I gave bread to the hungry and clothing to the
one who went naked in this nome It was I who buried every name in this nome who had no heir, with
linen drawn from my own property. Qar was later deified and a cult for him grew.
After the First Intermediate Period, authority was not given to important regional families, but capable
members of the middle class were appointed to offices, creating a devoted class of civil servants. The
capital was also moved away from the Delta, to Lisht, in Middle Egypt.
The autobiographical text of Vizier Ankhu of the 13th Dynasty refers to other family members who
served as vizier, and indicates that the office was passed from father to son.

Hugo Cabret Essay
Everyone has been broken. Maybe some people still are and maybe others have been put back together
by friends or loved ones. The fact still remains that everyone is or has been broken, and there is no
way to stop that from happening. In Brian Selznick s book, The Invention of Hugo Cabret, he touches
on this topic on nearly every page. Many if not all his characters are broken in some way or another.
Hugo Cabret is broken because he has no parents to care for him, no siblings to share with and no
friends to make him laugh. He steals, lies and tries not to be noticed because if he does, he gets sent to
the orphanage. Throughout the novel The Invention of Hugo Cabret, Hugo finds his purpose in magic.

Appropriate Perception Essay
Dorcas Nzoigba Essay 2 Perception occurs in three different areas located in the brain. These three
streams are covered by the cerebral cortex. The dorsal stream which is also known as the how
pathway. This stream consists of the primary visual cortex (V1) which is located around the calcarine
fissure in the occipital lobe and travels all the way into the parietal lobe. The dorsal stream is
responsible for controlling your movements, mindfulness of spatial layout, recognizing object
locations and unique motion. Then there is the area that is referred to as the what pathway which is
known as the ventral stream. This stream consists of the medial temporal lobe as well as the limbic

This condition results after damage to the ventral stream but the dorsal is still intact. Visual agnosia is

associative agnosia which results in the failure to identify objects with apparent perception knowledge
of them. There are two types of associative agnosia: prosopagnosia which is to the inability to
recognize nor interpret faces. Simultagnosia is the inability to sort or perceive more than one object at
a time. Kluver Bucy Syndrome includes symptoms such as visual agnosia, hyper sexuality, amnesia,
docility and hyperplasia. This results from bilateral damage to the medial temporal lobe. Damage to
the lateral streams would hinder the ability for sensory information to be received from the retina and

The Benefits Of Sign Language
Sounds are vibrations that travel through the air or another medium and can be heard when they reach
a person s or animal s ear. Some people are unable to hear these vibrations, they are either deaf or hard
of hearing. Sign Language is the use of facial expressions, fingerspelling, and gestures that represent
whole phrases or words used to communicate with deaf or hard of hearing people used to
communicate with deaf and hard of hearing citizens (lifeprint). All schools should teach sign language
as a foreign language.
Sign Language is the use of facial expressions, fingerspelling, and gestures that represent whole

growing in use every day, as of 1972, it s used by 250,000 to 500,000 people in the United States. Sign
language is widely used to communicate with infants. Studies show that learning Baby Sign Language
has many developmental benefits including speaking earlier, having a larger vocabulary, a +12 point
IQ advantage over peers, as well as the ability to achieve better grades in school. Being bilingual is
useful in many jobs and careers such as social service agencies, mental health clinics, government

Meatloaf For My Family Research Paper
I do not cook very much but I have learned to cook meatloaf for my family and they love it!
I make a trip to the store to get the items that I need and once I am back home I begin to prepare my
meatloaf by mixing the main ingredients in a large bowl and that includes: hamburger meat, milk,
bread and/or crackers, and a few eggs. This helps hold the meat together and to keep it moist. I prefer
to crumble up fresh bread pieces myself.
Make sure to get some hamburger meat that has some fat in it so that your meatloaf isn t too dry.
I dice up some onions, carrots and peppers to put in my meatloaf to give it more flavor and to also
help to keep it moist. You can cook them before adding them if you want
I place aluminum foil in a medium Pyrex glass bowl and input my mixture into this and make it into a
loaf. The actual best pans is the pans that are an actual loaf and used only for meatloaf. These pans
usually drain the grease from it too but the glass bowl works just fine too. ... Show more content on

Perfectionism And Procrastination
Procrastination is a common form of self regulatory failure with substantive connections where the
tendency is to put off tasks. (Steel, Farrari, 2013)
Perfectionism is when one sets very high expectations often in an overly critical manner (Frost,
Marten, Lahart, Rosenblate,1990).
There s two types of perfectionism, adaptive and maladaptive where adaptive components are
beneficial to the situational and maladaptive components will be detrimental to the individual. (Piers

Case Study Of Sucarél
1. Analyse the other negotiators and how they might impact on the negotiation.
The goal of this negotiation for Sucarél is to establish a joint venture with five potential partners to
reach the german market. Before the meeting, we are going to analyze them.
On the one hand, both five companies have some things in common. For example: they are from USA,
like us. So, we won t have cultural shocks and our negotiation style will be the same: fast, hard and
direct to the objective. Another point in common is that they have presence in Germany, so they know
the country and can help us to enter in it using their distribution channels. Another common aspect is
that all the companies sell their products in similar channels like us (supermarkets, bars, ... Show more

Each company can help the rest to go the countries where they have presence by sharing their
distribution channels. For instance, Sucarél can help Nevison to conquer the US market and we can
offer our HQ in Lima (Perú) to Chansard to enter in Brazil.
We want to have an employee of Sucarél in the high directive of the joint venture, but we should be
flexible in that ir order to ease the agreement.
To reach an agreement with the time of the joint venture, we can create the joint venture for five years
and analyze the success of the project to decide if we prologue it for 5 more years or not. So, the
company duration can be extended in periods of five years with periodic revisions. In accordance with
the places where we will launch our products, it should be studied in each country to localize the
principal centres of demand for each kind of product. So, the company can be divided in different
lines of products (one for each company), that will be managed in an autonomous way but with central
divisions, like HR, finance

Health Care For Medical Errors
One change in healthcare that is likely to happen is the increasing transition to a more quality and
value based approach. This is in part due to reimbursement model changes regarding patient outcomes
as well as ethical concerns about the large number of preventable errors that continue to occur in our
current system (Sachs, 2015). Between 210,000 and 400,000 deaths happen yearly due to medical
errors in addition to approximately 4,000,000 to 8,000,000 errors that cause serious harm. It is clear
that high costs are not providing excelling results. As our current system continues to shift in this
value based direction, we will likely see even further changes in how and where care and treatments
are provided (Phillips, 2015). For instance, home visits are beginning to be utilized to provide care for
minor and chronic conditions. As in centuries past, basic health care is starting to be delivered in a
patient s home. Hospital care is expensive comparatively, and the risk for complications such as
medical errors, infection, and other hospital acquired conditions increases. The use of urgent care
centers is also growing rapidly as they can provide quicker, cheaper, and equally effective services to
individuals than the emergency room which used to care for these patients very ineffectively. This
trend towards more cost effective, value oriented care can also be seen in the increasing use of lower
cost outpatient surgery centers performing procedures that used to be performed in

Bus Transit And Mass Transit
1 INTRODUCTION
1.1General
In urban areas due to expansion of cities and population growth the major problems which arise are
more travel time and more travel cost. For Developing countries like India, China, Brazil etc. taking
affordability and mobility into account the policy makers induced public transport system for
movements like inter urban or intra urban. Various examples are Bus Transit Mass Transit. Due to
bigger city size and fixed routes of these systems its accessibility varies for different user. These
predefined fixed routes do not take into account the whole catchment area from where the users are
using. Among these users there are some users which use daily bases are known as commuters. Such
commuters access/egress the transit system by a variety of modes such as by walking, bicycle, manual
tricycle, motorized 2 3 wheeler, feeder bus services and cars. Each mode has its utility within certain
distance range (Khistey and Sriraj 1996) . Increase in city size has reflected in the utility of various
modes, utility of motorized vehicles have increased whereas the utility of non motorized have
decreased. From socio economic point, these include loss of employment, slow elimination of
environment friendly modes like bicycles, manual tricycles and walk and increase in population
levels. The mode choice for access and egress varies for various users but for policy makers it is very
important to identify the factors which are influencing these mode

Advantages And Disadvantages Of Virtual Reality
Oxford Dictionary defines virtual reality as The computer generated simulation of a three dimensional
image or environment that can be interacted with in a seemingly real or physical way by a person
using special electronic equipment, such as a helmet with a screen inside or gloves fitted with sensors.
Wikipedia says Virtual Reality (VR), which can be referred to as immersive multimedia or computer
simulated life, replicates an environment that simulates physical presence in places in the real world or
imagined worlds. Virtual reality can recreate sensory experiences, which include virtual taste, sight,
smell, sound, and touch.
As with the definition goes,Virtual Reality (VR) in simple way to define I would say it is the use of
computer technology embedded with many different sensors which mimics the natural environment

Haptic systems that provide physical feedback or allow a fully articulated presence within an
environment are clumsy and can cause problems during use. The type of hardware that even simple
head mounted displays use can break the sense of immersion as adjustments to the device need to be
made and components such as wires and headphones turn into obstacles to natural movement.Socially,
some of the disadvantages of using virtual reality as entertainment have already started to surface,
even without an experience that fully removes a person from his or her surrounding stimuli. One issue
is social isolation, in which the user of virtual reality relies more on interactions that take place in a
virtual world than on experiences in the real world. This lack of true, physical interaction has the
potential to create incorrect associations that are not part of real social settings. The isolation could
eventually cause depression, disassociation and other conditions, if it is severe

It was a scorching hot day in July 2013 as Emma Taylor arrived at her office in Peak Sealing

(PST) for six years since earning her MBA. She was the product manager for K2 Tape, the company s

The K2 Tape formulation delivered a higher level of performance versus standard hot melt/BOPP
film3 backing that was used by many K2 Tape competitors. K2 Tape s polyester film backing provided
more durability, holding force, and higher heat/cold resistance than BOPP film and was suited for
more challenging sealing applications. The K2 Tape product value proposition focused on the lowest
overall cost to the end user through superior performance. In house testing provided extensive
comparative data illustrating K2 Tape s exceptional performance under wide ranging conditions.
There were many competitive tape products in the market. Carton sealing tape was available in a
variety of strengths, widths, thickness, adhesives and backing materials. K2 Tape offered the most
advanced adhesive technology, but often competed against inferior, economy grade products like those
produced by Ipack. Ipack tapes were lower quality, BOPP backed products that lacked K2Tape s
strength and consistent performance, but end user pricing was often 25 35% below K2 Tape.

My Experience At My Computer Ppc
The start of the simulation I named my computer PPC which stands for Powerful Personal Computer
because businesses want a computer that is powerful and lightweight to complete the job in a timely
manner. Then I picked Mercedes as my first target market and my only priority because I intend to
target the top end of the market with high end business users. Next, for responsibilities, I made myself
as the President Overall Leadership and VP Sales Management because I will be making the overall
decisions and decide what position the company will ultimately take. Finally, I opened a sales office in
Chicago NORAM for multiple reasons, first that area has the most Mercedes market, second my small
office is also in Chicago which will provide me with greater control, third it seems like a good place to
start because it s not too cheap or too expensive and will churn great profits (right qualities).
Subsequently, in Quarter Two I named my brand Red because the color red is associated with fast and
the Mercedes market is a market where there is little compromises. Thus I designed a powerful
computer with the available technology to satisfy their needs, such as high speed computing power,
high capacity hard drive, standard networking, 19 monitor, and an expanded keyboard. While at the
same time include office, database, engineering, and manufacturing software. After completing my
computer build, the total component cost is $1419, thus I priced my Red computer at $4000 with a

Comparing Sauron s Ring And The Lord Of The Rings
At its core, Manicheans believe that the universe is centrally dominated by two competing forces of
good and evil. The good forces represent the light side while the bad/evil forces are the dark side. By
taking a Manichianist view, we are acknowledging an idea that evil is a real force/presence in its own
right. According to this view, evil is equally as powerful as the good and the two sides are in a state of
eternal war. I think a movie like The Lord of the Rings can arguably represent a Manichean story.
Specifically, I think that Sauron s Ring represents something that is inherently evil. In this case,
Sauron s Ring does not represent something that lacks goodness, but is rather some type of evil force
that has no other purpose besides pure evil. The entirety of the series depicts the struggle between to
forces of good (i.e. the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This view contends that everything that exists is inherently good and thus anything that is viewed as
evil simply means that it s inherent goodness is lacking and/or absent and/or corrupted. Another facet
of this Platonic thought towards this form of the good is that Plato also asserts the claim that the less
perfect that something is, or the less amount of goodness that a person/object contains, the less real
that thing is in the physical world. In this case, evil is simply an illusion instead of some powerful
force that is pitted against the good. Perhaps this is why Christians were so willing to accept it. If all
evil is simply a result of a lack of goodness, then all things are able to be saved if we can find a way to
restore the goodness of an individual or an object through the work of ministry. According to
Rowlands, Plato s thought of the forms also instilled a notion of the non physical existence of a soul
and Christians utilized Plato s ideas of perfect forms to envision what heaven would be

The Importance Of English As An Official Language
Most people assume that english is the official language of the United States, however this is not the
case, as there is no official language in the states. Since the origins of the country, english has
consistently been spoken across the land, however it has never been established as the official
language. America is a melting pot of cultures and the same can be said for it s languages. Citizens in
America speak an array of languages including Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, Gujrati, Urdu and
hundreds more. However, with the amount of languages spoken in America, an official language is the
glue needed to connect citizens The increase in languages spoken in America, is directly proportional
to the increase in Immigration. America has been built on the back of these immigrants, but because
they come from different backgrounds they need to define what it means to be American. Establishing
english as the official language gives all citizens common ground, developing english into not only a
language, but an important aspect of being, American. Several states have already established english
as their official language, and they have seen an increased involvement of their immigrants in not only
their societies, but their economies. Establishing english as the official language across the United
States reaps several financial and social benefits, and is a required step in achieving unity.

The Importance Of Plagiarism In College
In this paper I will be discussing plagiarism in colleges and why college students tend to plagiarize. Is
it because they wait till the last minute, they believe that it s quick and easy or they are unclear on how
to use quotations or paraphrase (Insley, 184). I believe that some students in college tend to plagiarize
because they are lazy, they are confused on what the assignment is asking them to do or because they
are under too much pressure from the work load at hand.
First, some college student tend to plagiarize accidentally because they are unsure as to what forms a
quotation or how to rephrase and how to cite each source accordingly (Insley). Preventive approaches
for managing plagiarism is to include class discussions about the significance and role that plagiarism
has, the purpose and meaning of reciting and paraphrasing, and how to quote citations and paraphrases
accurately. A detailed guideline handout that each student can receive that would include similar
information (Insley, 185).
Second, other students tend to plagiarize because they waited until the last minute to research or write
their essay. In their quickness to complete their assignment they copy what they see in the article or
website without citing the author to give them credit (Insley). A preventative approach for students
that wait until the last minute to do their assignment for their research paper is to have them collect the
information early, because that ensures that the individual won t

The Life of Juan Ponce de Leon
Have you ever heard of Juan Ponce de Leon? Rumor has it he was searching for the mythical fountain
of youth , but historians suggest otherwise. There are no surviving documents saying that Juan Ponce
de Leon was searching for the fountain of youth. It is thought that Gonzalo Fernández de Oviedo y
Valdez disliked Juan, and attempting to make him look foolish, spread the rumor saying that Juan
Ponce de Leon was looking for the fountain of youth. Both Juan Ponce de Leon s birthplace and
birthdate are not known for sure. Based on their research, historians believe Ponce de Leon was born
in either 1460 or 1474. He is thought to be born in Tierra de Campos. Tierra de Campos is a village in
northwestern Spain. He was likely born into a noble family. Noble families sons were sent to work for
famous nobleman. Working for a nobleman would help further his education to become a knight. First,
Ponce de Leon became a page to Pedro Nunez de Guzman. As a page, Juan served meals and went to
several events with Guzman and his wife. As a teenager, Juan s position required more work. Juan
became a squire. As a squire, Ponce de Leon cared for Guzman s armor, and assisted him in battle
against the muslims. Ponce de Leon s career as an explorer began in 1493, on Columbus s second

Meditations is a collection of writings consisting of 12 books written by Marc Aurelius in the course
of his life in which by reminding himself he reminds us to be human, to practice empathy, humility,
kindness and to realize that time is short in this world and we should make the best of it.
While reading the book, we discover an emperor who was a simple man and who did put great
importance on his royal status. Instead, he was a man of plain tastes which shows him as being
humble and wise. The theme of the book is mainly focused on the nature of man and his place in the
universe. Marc Aurelius argues that everything comes into existence from nature and when things

The Styl Style Of Anita Desai
Anita Desai undoubtedly holds a prominent position among the Contemporary writers of Indo
Anglican fiction. She is a bold and experimental Novelist with a new sense and vibrant richness.
Much attention is given to the emotional crisis of her protagonists who live in a chaotic society. She
delves deep to find out the factors responsible for such a despair and attempts to suggest solutions to
overcome it. From her novels, it is clear that she, possesses one of the healthiest and psychologically
most balanced minds in the realm of Indo Anglican fiction and the sanity of her tastes and attitudes, is
almost exemplary, a point worth emulation for her fellow religionists in the field of writing. As a
woman writer she does not profess to be a feminist and yet she voices the fears and concerns, the
hopes and aspirations of her characters in her own artistic way. She is deeply fascinated in exploring
the social structure through the central characters in her novels. She is a minute observer of the society
existing around her, perceiving everything minutely and delicately so that the situations can be
presented in a poetic style.

Looking at the advertisement as a whole you can interpret that the main graphic in the image is the
young boy, he is simply standing there with an innocent look on his face being choked. When you
look closer you can see that the hand that is choking him is simply made out of smoke. Which is
where the words across the bottom of the image come into play, Your smoking harms your child
(Smokefree). Smokefree has already gained the viewers attention with the graphic meaning that from
that point on they are thinking about the advertisement and the information showed. Advertisements
have shown to be more effective when there is more of a connection made between the viewer and the
topic. In this case, second hand smoking does harm your child. Although many parents that do smoke
think that as long as their child is a couple feet away that it is fine to smoke but sadly it is not. The
smoke that you are exhaling is going right into the air and being inhaled by your child, practically
choking them. SmokeFree uses a small innocent child to add emotion into the advertisement, if they
were to just put a picture of an adult or even an animal it wouldn t make that much of an impact as it
does seeing an innocent child being choked by the smoke. Seeing a small innocent child being choked
by the smoke is trying to reach out and show parents what is really happening to their small children.

Contrast Of Agile And Waterfall Development Methods
Contrast of Agile and Waterfall Development Methods Application requirements are provided by
stakeholders and users for all development efforts. This is true for both agile and waterfall
development projects. The difference is the amount of requirements that are provided. In the waterfall
approach, all requirements are provided at the beginning of the project (Israr Ur Rehman, 2010, p. 2).
Specifically, for a new application, the expectation is that stakeholders are able to provide all the
requirements for the new application. Stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, users of the
application meet to identify and document the requirements. Detailed application documentation is
created, reviewed and signed off by the appropriate stakeholder (Ove Armbrust, 2011, p. 239).
Following the agile methodology, requirements are defined for the phase to be delivered. The goal is
to break up the application into iterations and define the requirements for the iterations or stories (Ove
Armbrust, 2011, p. 239). In the agile implementations, the requests are stored in a backlog. This is the
list stories remaining to be developed. Requirements documentation generated from a waterfall project
is extensive; in contrast to agile where the documentation is limited to the story or stories to be
developed (Ove Armbrust, 2011, p. 239). In my experience, the requirements documentation has been
stored in a central repository to be referenced during the project.

  • 2. The United States Government For some people, it is difficult to understand how the United States government is laid out, what the three branches of the government are, or how they are different from one another. Those people may not understand how each branch keeps one another in line or how their duties are divided. Each branch has its own individual set of responsibilities and duties to make sure the government is run precisely and that the rights of the citizens are respected. Learning about the three branches further beckons to discuss the separation of powers as well as implied and inherent powers. These powers may also be difficult or impossible to understand when reading about them in legal terms, or on government information. This misunderstanding can lead ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The Executive branch, or the President of the United States, has the authority to execute and enforce the laws approved by congress. He also acts as the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and appoints the cabinet, the heads of the 15 executive departments. Finally, the Judicial branch includes the Supreme court and the Federal district courts. Members of this branch are appointed by the President and approved by the Senate. McClennon goes on to say, Another criticism of divided government is that it breeds toxic relations between the executive and legislative branches of the federal government. This seems especially true when one considers the current dynamic between President Barack Obama and congressional Republicans. But then he goes on to say that this, still, is very insignificant in regards to actual legislation. For those troubled by relatively unencumbered, concentrated power of this sort, the Framers commitment to checks and balances provided, and still provides, an answer, said Jon D. Michaels in his ... • 3. Automatic Fire Sprinkler System Essay The automatic fire sprinkler system was one of the earliest sprinkler systems placed into effect. The origin of the modern day automatic sprinkler system dates back to the early 1800 s. The first automatic sprinkler system was created in England in the 1806 by John Carey. It consisted of a pipe with valves held closed by counterweights attached by string. When flames burned through the string the counterweight dropped to the floor, which opened the valve that released the water and extinguished the fire. As the 1800 s progressed, the basic pipe system for sprinklers was becoming more prevalent across England. It began to pop up in textile mills all through out the country. In 1864, as sprinkler system use grew, Major Stewart Harrison of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Not only does this cool what ever material is heated, but it can pre cool any materials that are not yet heated or involved in the fire. This helps prevent the spread of that fire through the structure saving the structure and protecting its contents from further fire and water damage. Although the automatic sprinkler system is the most widely used type of fire protection system, it does have its limitations and uses inside certain building types. As previously stated, it is generally used in commercial buildings. This is because there are usually no special hazardous materials in these buildings, or any large quantity of materials that would react negatively with the application of water. It is installed in buildings such as hospitals, schools, and office buildings for life safety first, then building preservation. Since a proper functioning sprinkler system will reduce the fire size and prevent its spread, it will allow for more time of evacuation for these buildings. This is especially useful in hospitals and nursing home settings where there may be a large number of immobile people that require time to move to a more safe location. The automatic sprinkler system is also used in buildings such as warehouses. It is used here due to the large amount of combustible material that goes along with mass storage. ... • 4. Dental Mouth Guard Often, Australians grind, clench or gnash their teeth without even knowing it. This problem, known medically as bruxism, typically occurs during sleep, although some people do while they re awake. Unfortunately, this is a destructive habit that creates wear and tear on the teeth. The good news is that it can be treated before further damage is done by simply wearing a mouth guard. If you tend to grind or clench your teeth, here s how a Hills dental care mouth guard can help you. Why is a Custom made Mouth Guard the Best Choice for Teeth Grinding? Besides professional, dental mouth guards, there are also stock guards and boil and bite guards. Stock mouth guards are found over the counter, are the cheapest and come ready to wear. They re ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Considerations and Warnings Your mouth guard can be constructed for either your lower or upper teeth. Teeth grinding can cause you wake up with a headache, besides jaw pain. A custom made mouth guard should fit comfortably and snug. What s more, it should have a stable arc and not rock back and forth. If you have dental bridge work or wear braces, it s particularly critical that your mouth guard fits properly. This because your mouth guard can give you a protective barrier between your lips, or cheek, if you suffer from a blow to your face. Mouth guards should be regularly cleaned, using soapy, cool water after they re used. Take your mouth guard to every dental appointment so that it can be examined for defects. Also, inspect your guard, consistently, at home, checking for wear and tear, such as holes. For any questions regarding night guards, visit our Hills Dental Care clinic. Our Sydney based dental practice is equipped with all the latest equipment to make your visit a positive experience and we offer a wide range of dental services. Please contact ... Nonetheless, detectives began questioning Miranda, and he signed a confession approximately two hours later. (Riley 11). Miranda was not completely clear that he had the right to remain silent and also the right to an attorney even if he couldn t pay for one. That same afternoon, he was taken to jail. And two days later he was taken to trial. Miranda was being charged with rape and robbery. Since he could not afford to pay for his own lawyer, one was appointed. The lawyer assigned was Alvin Moore. Most court appointed attorneys were usually young and paid poorly, but not in this case. Moore was seventy three years old and had forty years experience practicing law. Moore thought of using an insanity defense because of Miranda s mental problems. But, because Miranda had been in and out of jail, it was decided that he knew right from wrong, so that would not work. The trial went on. Moore realized that he didn t have much to work with. Being that the prosecution had a written confession signed by Miranda, Moore knew there was not n=much that he could do to convince the jury. On June 19th, Miranda was on trial for robbery. The operation consisted of capturing five beaches in Normandy: Britain took Gold and Sword, U.S took Omaha and Utah, and Canada took Juno. Many tasks were done before the invasion such as giving the Germans false information and the build up of a military arsenal to fuel the invasion. Rosalind Franklin was a very independent woman, and was very stubborn. This led her to be a loner in her scientific research. She had some close friends in Paris especially, but she did not form the argumentative relationships and did not benefit from the constructive criticism that James Watson and Francis Crick could. (Robinson A, 2012) Franklin was intelligent, assertive, and directly confrontational, which made it difficult for her to work with other scientists should they make mistakes or be slower than her in finding solutions. Do you think Rosalind Franklin received enough acknowledgement for her work from Watson and Crick? Give reasons for your answer. (5) Linus Pauling proposed a structure of DNA before Watson and Crick, in 1952. He suggested that the structure of DNA was a three chain helix, bonded with hydrogen bonds. His model had placed the sugar and phosphate components of the nucleotide in the centre of the triple helix. He also believed that the nitrogenous bases were facing out of the helix and not inside. (Paulingblog.wordpress.com, 2009) The problem with this model however, was that it was impossible to have so many negatively charged phosphates in the centre of the helix without it blowing itself apart. (Paulingblog,wordpress.com, 2009) The Watson and Crick model of the structure of DNA differed from this in the sense that it was a double helix, the nitrogenous bases were on the inside of the helix and the phosphate and sugar groups were on the outside of the helix. • 24. Health Care For Medical Errors One change in healthcare that is likely to happen is the increasing transition to a more quality and value based approach. This is in part due to reimbursement model changes regarding patient outcomes as well as ethical concerns about the large number of preventable errors that continue to occur in our current system (Sachs, 2015). Between 210,000 and 400,000 deaths happen yearly due to medical errors in addition to approximately 4,000,000 to 8,000,000 errors that cause serious harm. It is clear that high costs are not providing excelling results. As our current system continues to shift in this value based direction, we will likely see even further changes in how and where care and treatments are provided (Phillips, 2015). For instance, home visits are beginning to be utilized to provide care for minor and chronic conditions. As in centuries past, basic health care is starting to be delivered in a patient s home. Hospital care is expensive comparatively, and the risk for complications such as medical errors, infection, and other hospital acquired conditions increases. The use of urgent care centers is also growing rapidly as they can provide quicker, cheaper, and equally effective services to individuals than the emergency room which used to care for these patients very ineffectively. This trend towards more cost effective, value oriented care can also be seen in the increasing use of lower cost outpatient surgery centers performing procedures that used to be performed in ... For Developing countries like India, China, Brazil etc. taking affordability and mobility into account the policy makers induced public transport system for movements like inter urban or intra urban. Various examples are Bus Transit Mass Transit. Due to bigger city size and fixed routes of these systems its accessibility varies for different user. These predefined fixed routes do not take into account the whole catchment area from where the users are using. Among these users there are some users which use daily bases are known as commuters. Such commuters access/egress the transit system by a variety of modes such as by walking, bicycle, manual tricycle, motorized 2 3 wheeler, feeder bus services and cars. Advantages And Disadvantages Of Virtual Reality Oxford Dictionary defines virtual reality as The computer generated simulation of a three dimensional image or environment that can be interacted with in a seemingly real or physical way by a person using special electronic equipment, such as a helmet with a screen inside or gloves fitted with sensors. Wikipedia says Virtual Reality (VR), which can be referred to as immersive multimedia or computer simulated life, replicates an environment that simulates physical presence in places in the real world or imagined worlds. Virtual reality can recreate sensory experiences, which include virtual taste, sight, smell, sound, and touch. One issue is social isolation, in which the user of virtual reality relies more on interactions that take place in a virtual world than on experiences in the real world. This lack of true, physical interaction has the potential to create incorrect associations that are not part of real social settings. The isolation could eventually cause depression, disassociation and other conditions, if it is severe ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

DOLAN HEATHER BECKHAM In a Bind: Peak Sealing Technologies Product Line Extension Dilemma It was a scorching hot day in July 2013 as Emma Taylor arrived at her office in Peak Sealing Technologies Dallas, Texas corporate headquarters. Taylor had been with Peak Sealing Technologies (PST) for six years since earning her MBA. She was the product manager for K2 Tape, the company s premium pressure sensitive carton sealing tape line. The K2 Tape formulation delivered a higher level of performance versus standard hot melt/BOPP film3 backing that was used by many K2 Tape competitors. K2 Tape s polyester film backing provided more durability, holding force, and higher heat/cold resistance than BOPP film and was suited for more challenging sealing applications. The K2 Tape product value proposition focused on the lowest overall cost to the end user through superior performance. In house testing provided extensive comparative data illustrating K2 Tape s exceptional performance under wide ranging conditions. There were many competitive tape products in the market. Carton sealing tape was available in a variety of strengths, widths, thickness, adhesives and backing materials. K2 Tape offered the most advanced adhesive technology, but often competed against inferior, economy grade products like those produced by Ipack. Ipack tapes were lower quality, BOPP backed products that lacked K2Tape s strength and consistent performance, but end user pricing was often 25 35% below K2 Tape. My Experience At My Computer Ppc The start of the simulation I named my computer PPC which stands for Powerful Personal Computer because businesses want a computer that is powerful and lightweight to complete the job in a timely manner. Then I picked Mercedes as my first target market and my only priority because I intend to target the top end of the market with high end business users. Next, for responsibilities, I made myself as the President Overall Leadership and VP Sales Management because I will be making the overall decisions and decide what position the company will ultimately take. Finally, I opened a sales office in Chicago NORAM for multiple reasons, first that area has the most Mercedes market, second my small office is also in Chicago which will provide me with greater control, third it seems like a good place to start because it s not too cheap or too expensive and will churn great profits (right qualities). Subsequently, in Quarter Two I named my brand Red because the color red is associated with fast and the Mercedes market is a market where there is little compromises. Thus I designed a powerful computer with the available technology to satisfy their needs, such as high speed computing power, high capacity hard drive, standard networking, 19 monitor, and an expanded keyboard. While at the same time include office, database, engineering, and manufacturing software. • 32. Comparing Sauron s Ring And The Lord Of The Rings At its core, Manicheans believe that the universe is centrally dominated by two competing forces of good and evil. The good forces represent the light side while the bad/evil forces are the dark side. By taking a Manichianist view, we are acknowledging an idea that evil is a real force/presence in its own right. According to this view, evil is equally as powerful as the good and the two sides are in a state of eternal war. I think a movie like The Lord of the Rings can arguably represent a Manichean story. Specifically, I think that Sauron s Ring represents something that is inherently evil. In this case, Sauron s Ring does not represent something that lacks goodness, but is rather some type of evil force that has no other purpose besides pure evil. The entirety of the series depicts the struggle between to forces of good (i.e. the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This view contends that everything that exists is inherently good and thus anything that is viewed as evil simply means that it s inherent goodness is lacking and/or absent and/or corrupted. Another facet of this Platonic thought towards this form of the good is that Plato also asserts the claim that the less perfect that something is, or the less amount of goodness that a person/object contains, the less real that thing is in the physical world. In this case, evil is simply an illusion instead of some powerful force that is pitted against the good. Perhaps this is why Christians were so willing to accept it. If all evil is simply a result of a lack of goodness, then all things are able to be saved if we can find a way to restore the goodness of an individual or an object through the work of ministry. According to Rowlands, Plato s thought of the forms also instilled a notion of the non physical existence of a soul and Christians utilized Plato s ideas of perfect forms to envision what heaven would be ... • 36. The Importance Of Plagiarism In College In this paper I will be discussing plagiarism in colleges and why college students tend to plagiarize. Is it because they wait till the last minute, they believe that it s quick and easy or they are unclear on how to use quotations or paraphrase (Insley, 184). I believe that some students in college tend to plagiarize because they are lazy, they are confused on what the assignment is asking them to do or because they are under too much pressure from the work load at hand. First, some college student tend to plagiarize accidentally because they are unsure as to what forms a quotation or how to rephrase and how to cite each source accordingly (Insley). Preventive approaches for managing plagiarism is to include class discussions about the significance and role that plagiarism has, the purpose and meaning of reciting and paraphrasing, and how to quote citations and paraphrases accurately. A detailed guideline handout that each student can receive that would include similar information (Insley, 185). Second, other students tend to plagiarize because they waited until the last minute to research or write their essay. In their quickness to complete their assignment they copy what they see in the article or website without citing the author to give them credit (Insley). A preventative approach for students that wait until the last minute to do their assignment for their research paper is to have them collect the information early, because that ensures that the individual won t ... Contrast Of Agile And Waterfall Development Methods Contrast of Agile and Waterfall Development Methods Application requirements are provided by stakeholders and users for all development efforts. This is true for both agile and waterfall development projects. The difference is the amount of requirements that are provided. In the waterfall approach, all requirements are provided at the beginning of the project (Israr Ur Rehman, 2010, p. 2). Specifically, for a new application, the expectation is that stakeholders are able to provide all the requirements for the new application. Stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, users of the application meet to identify and document the requirements. Detailed application documentation is created, reviewed and signed off by the appropriate stakeholder (Ove Armbrust, 2011, p. 239). Following the agile methodology, requirements are defined for the phase to be delivered. The goal is to break up the application into iterations and define the requirements for the iterations or stories (Ove Armbrust, 2011, p. 239). In the agile implementations, the requests are stored in a backlog. This is the list stories remaining to be developed. Requirements documentation generated from a waterfall project is extensive; in contrast to agile where the documentation is limited to the story or stories to be developed (Ove Armbrust, 2011, p. 239). In my experience, the requirements documentation has been stored in a central repository to be referenced during the project. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
