1. Write My Essay Reviews
Crafting an essay on the subject of "Write My Essay Reviews" poses a unique set of challenges.
Firstly, the topic itself demands a delicate balance between providing an objective evaluation of
essay writing services and maintaining a critical perspective. Navigating through the plethora of
online platforms offering such services requires careful research and discernment to distinguish
genuine reviews from potential biases or promotional content.
Moreover, the task involves a certain level of subjectivity, as individuals may have varied
experiences with essay writing services. Attempting to capture the diverse perspectives while
maintaining a coherent and structured narrative adds another layer of complexity. It is crucial to
present a well-rounded view that acknowledges both positive and negative aspects without
falling into the trap of generalizations.
Furthermore, the essay should be grounded in reliable sources, such as authentic customer
testimonials, expert opinions, and perhaps even personal experiences. Ensuring the credibility of
information becomes a time-consuming process, as the online landscape is rife with
misinformation and conflicting views.
On a more technical note, crafting an engaging and persuasive essay requires a mastery of
language, careful consideration of tone, and an artful use of rhetoric. Striking the right balance
between providing information and keeping the reader's interest is a fine line to tread.
In conclusion, writing an essay on the topic of "Write My Essay Reviews" demands meticulous
research, a nuanced understanding of the subject matter, and proficient writing skills. The
process involves sifting through a multitude of perspectives, distinguishing between reliable and
biased information, and presenting a well-rounded view that informs and engages the reader.

Question 1: A
The incubation period for chicken pox is 2 3 weeks (Bishop,P et al. 2010), this is
the contagious time before the signs and symptoms start showing, which means the
nurse s daughter, was past the infectious period of the disease. The nurse s daughter
could have had the virus for over a week, and exposed her mother to it during this
time. If the nurse developed symptoms a few days after getting Varicella Zoster
Immunoglobin, she had already contracted the virus before immuniglobin injection
had been administered, thus not able to prevent chickenpox in this case.

up the microorganism from attending preschool for the first time, as there was a large
range of new microorganisms causing Timothy to be a susceptible host.
Question 2: D
Impetigo is extremely contagious, and can easily spread to another person if the
fluid from the blisters comes in contact with an open area on their skin (PubMed
Health. 2010). In Timothy s preschool it could be spread from some of the fluid
getting on toys, furniture or even hands, and then coming into contact with another
child. Children like Timothy are more at risk of developing impetigo, especially if
their skin has already been injured y cuts or abrasions, irritated or by having skin
problems like eczema (Department of Health Victoria, 2007).
Question 2: E
Preventing the spread of the infection within the preschool should be their top
priority, and they should be monitoring children who look as if they have any
contagious rashes or sores. Any washcloths used to wash a child who has any type
of lesion on their skin should not be used on any other children, and a new
washcloth should be used each time skin is cleaned (PubMed Health 2010).
Preschool staff should be mindful of doing routine surface cleaning/decontamination
of tables and toys with disinfectant should be done on a daily basis due to risk of
3. How Does Stooddard Reveal The Truth
Tom doesn t say anything because he knows that Stoddard is grounded in his beliefs
and believes that the town can turn around with the help of his ideals
Stoddard doesn t reveal the truth because it would be detrimental to his campaign.
Not only is he not the man that shot vance, which would ruin his clout, but now he is
the man that lied about killing a man, that would now ruin his reputation as a
politician.
This film has an interesting moral complexity to it. Stoddard is inspired to handle
his opposition with Vance in a civil and legal matter, which many people would
consider noble and moral. However, when it comes to protecting his own self
interests (i.e. Haley and the nomination), Stoddard s morals and integrity become
rather flexible.

In the movie, Stoddard repeatedly contridicts himself and therefore perverts
justice.Stoddard contradicts himself and sends mixed signals by accepting a gun
from Peabody, after declaring Tom s advice to carry a gun, is exactly what Liberty

seemingly saying that he is above such things. Stoddard continues his
contradictions in the scene where Tom is showing Stoddard how to shoot, Tom
shoots a paint can and splatters paint all over Stoddards suit. Instead of containing
himself Ransom lashes out and punches Tom. Finally Stoddard s ethics, integrity,
and definition of justice is called into question with the stand off scene with
Liberty. Sotddard shows up to the standoff with guns blazing and is conveniently
devoid of talks of laws and ethics. In this scene Stoddard kills Valance, which under
laws of self defense, is justifiable. However, the arguments for Ransom cease as the
viewer considers that not only has Stoddard gone against his very vocal opposition
to guns, but now is also basing his entire campaign on a lie, that he in fact did not kill

1.0 Introduction Educators are required to interpret students responses to

to examine the step by step approach to answering problems, interrogate the results

Australian Curriculum Assessment Reporting Authority [ACARA], (2012)

the report are question 12, 14, 16, 18, 22 and 23. Each issue is set out in the report

approach towards each question along with the type of mathematics used, the year
level suitable for each question according to the ACARA (2015) and alternative
ideas for solving the six questions. 2.1 Question 12 Reflection Initial thoughts were

That did not mean that kilometre was the answer. I understood that converting the

5. Symptoms And Types Of Neurological Disorders
Neurological disorders such as autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, SPD etc have
behavioral challenges and durations that are unpredictable. As the neurological
disorders progress, the physical, emotional and cognitive needs increase creating an
obligation of family members or others to provide care. This responsibility is often
taken by an immediate familymember such as parents, partner or children.
Neurological disorders take a slow pace towards betterment so it requires family
members to play multiple roles, that of a caregiver also assuming the financial and
household responsibilities. Some neurological disorders progress with time, putting
the caregiver in charge for decades. Care giving help in drawing family members

This can result to care giving burden, which Buhse 2008 defines as a
multidimensional response to physical, psychological, emotional, social and financial
stressors associated with the care giving experience.
Caregivers have responsibilities that are widespread and entail much more rather
than just the care of the recipient. Dealing with all kinds of care needs is not
something that is planned for years or decades into the future. Care giving
responsibilities are far more than physical needs, it also involves proper guidance as
what to do but it is rare to find role models who can help and guide the caregivers
through the challenging journey they are on.
Care giving requires a well thought out plan to manage this reality at the point in
which it occurs, be that while developing as an individual, raising a family or
preparing for retirement but unfortunately care givers do not get enough time to have
it all planned. They also have to face physical, emotional, psychological and financial
challenges without anyone to help them get through. The patient has the caregivers
support but there is no one for the caregiver.
The lifestyle of the caregiver needs to be adjusted in order to help the patient
recover, this leads to drastic changes that is incorporated quickly. Sudden change in
lifestyle can make one feel lonely and socially isolated as the peers and colleagues

7. Greek Women And Roman Women
Goddesses, Whores, Wives, and Slaves: Women in Classical Antiquity by Sarah B.
Pomeroy
The title of this book, Goddesses, Whores, Wives, and Slaves is written in order of
the ranking of women. In classical antiquity, in some aspects, a whore had more
freedom and rights than a married upper class woman. This alone is evidence of
the degree that women in classical antiquity were oppressed. Classical Greek
Athenian women and Roman women had similarities in their life styles and
expectations to become wives and mothers, but Roman women developed minor
freedoms throughout the duration of the empire that Greek Athenian women did
not possess. The only known exception to this are the women of Sparta, who had a
unique level of freedom in the Greek world. Roman and Greek women were both
under the protection of men, with their primary life goal being motherhood. (62, line

their dowry, and a woman was obliged to marry the men selected by her guardian.
(64,line 4) However, in Roman society the women had more say in whom they
married. If the woman deemed the potential husband to be morally unfit, she could
deny the marriage. After their father and potential guardians passed away, a Roman
women could even select her own husband. (157,line 26). Throughout the duration of
marriage, Athenian women were expected to stay within the home, taking care of the
children and spinning her wheel. This seclusion was

Abstract
This paper will delineate the significance and significance of human asset
administration (HRM), human asset arranging, and vital human asset administration,
which are fundamentally vital for an association s viability and must be successfully
overseen. This review utilized the writing survey technique to gain its last outcomes.
The applicable HRM writing survey was done by motivation behind the review. It
utilized the purposive arbitrary example technique for selecting applicable writing.
This review demonstrates the current financial environment in the games business;
the second part of the review fundamentally examines the estimation of the vital
administration of workers for the viable and effective operation of games associations.
It likewise fundamentally assesses human asset arranging and other germane issues as
far as enactment, enlistment, determination, preparing, acceptance, and reward
administration from various worldwide cases in games administration. In the course
of recent decades, expanding rivalry, globalization, and consistent changes in the
market and in innovation have underlined the need to reexamine the administration of
the association and of HR for beating noteworthy difficulties. In this way, supervisors
ought to utilize key human asset administration to defeat huge issues and to frame all

9. How Does Cassius Use Figurative Language In Julius Caesar
Cassius uses examples of figurative language to convince Brutus to ally with him
against Julius Caesar. The three types of figurative language that he uses are
allusion, simile, and foreshadowing. In the following lines: I, as Aeneas, our great
ancestor / Did from the flames of Troy upon his shoulder / The old Anchises bear,
so from the waves of Tiber / Did I the tired Caesar. (1.2.119 122) Cassius uses
allusion. Allusion is defined as an expression designed to call something to mind
without mentioning it explicitly. Cassius alludes to Aeneas and Anchises, an ancient
story from the Iliad in which Brutus would have been familiar. He relates the two
events because Anchises was an arrogant man who bragged about his intimate
relationship with Aphrodite. She punished him by having Zeus hurl a lightning bolt
at his foot. Thereafter he is lame in that foot, so that Aeneas, his son, has to carry
him from the flames of Troy just as Cassius carried Caesar from the rough waters of
the Tiber river.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In the second line he compares Caesar to Colossus of Rhodes, a statue depicting
the Ancient Greek god of the sun, Helios. The statue was said to be around 33m
/108ft tall. It was destroyed during an earthquake, broke at the knees and collapsed
due to its immense height and weight. Caesar and Colossus relate to each other
because Caesar s great ego is like colossus s great height. Comparing Caesar to
Colossus was also meant to show that Caesar s ego might get to him, causing him to
fall (figuratively) just as his bronze counterpart
10. Horse Soring Issue
In this essay, I will explain the facts, and argue my own views and opinions on
horse soring, a topic that has been booming for horse owners and horse lovers in the
United States and other foreign countries for the past forty years. This issue has not
only been affecting the horse population, but its controversy has spread and became
a huge issue in our government. People use soring to win competitions in a very
cruel way. Nothing about this issue seems very fair to me whatsoever.
The HPA otherwise known as the horseprotection act, passed as a bill by congress
in 1970 to ensure the protection of all horses from soring in shows, sales, auctions,
and practices. The bill in 1970 stated it to be cruel and inhumane to force a horse to

Not too recently a case of soring hit the spotlight in August of this year. A USDA

being sored in a forced way. The person who had gotten caught had rubbed foreign
oil on the horse s legs. The officer who captured this case mentioned in an article,
Its a Competitive World Out There. Unfortunately there are people who make
unethical choices to gain unfair advantages. This shows me, how badly people
want to win, when they do not even consider what pain this does to the horses that
help them win. Even now in 2016 after almost forty years horses seem to still

something to stop it. Multitudes of people capable of turning in a violator of this

of five thousand dollars, disqualification from showing for up to one year or more,
and a $2,200 fine or less for each hose found sored, and the person will also no longer
be able to compete in events, but they will be able to

The impact of NASCAR in the American sports culture and socio economic activities
National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) is an imagined
community that promoted nationalism in the US. Anderson Benedict categorically
presented insightful information about the imagined communities through his

integration, sporting activities among the US people, economic growth and cultural

A few years ago I found myself on a train heading from Amsterdam to Hamburg. I
had just spent several days traveling through the Netherlands and was going to end
my fall break trip in Germany. The cities I picked had been arbitrary. All I knew
was that in the three and a half months I was studying abroad I would see as much
of the world as possible. This often meant frantically searching the internet for cheap
flights, bus tickets, and hostiles, and only getting to spend a day or two in a
magnificent city. This also meant traveling alone. As I relaxed in my seat and
scribbled postcards to my friends and parents, I was at the most peace I had ever
been. It was not without chaos though. I had taken the wrong tram that morning, been

I had to learn to find and trust my community. That peace and serenity I felt on a
bumpy train ride stayed with me as a constant reminder of the peace possible in the
world. Having dealt with such a mind consuming illness I am often envious of those
that need not be mindful of every moment and event of every day in order to
survive. However, I know that my increased awareness also makes my life that much
brighter. It allows me to see and feel other people s pain. It has allowed me to help
others through the same difficult times I once faced. My recovery was all about
balance and my life continues to be about that same sense of equilibrium. About
working hard and playing hard. About spending time alone, running, meditating,
dancing, or writing and by engaging in conversation, debating, embracing, dancing
(with others), and attending worship. About taking part in extracurricular activities,
academics, and volunteering and still giving myself time to have coffee with a friend
or read alone in the park. Growing up Catholic and attending parochial school from
kindergarten through my senior year of high school meant that religion was constantly
around me. However, in contrast to this academic setting, God was absent from my
daily life. Although they sent me to a Catholic school and insisted I attend mass
every Sunday, my parents never once mentioned God, prayer, or spirituality within
the home. These

Analysis
The scene my partner and I performed was Act 3, Scene 2. In this scene, the audience
learns about Hermia and Helena fighting, this lead from Lysander falling in love with
Helena and not with Hermia anymore, Hermia blames Helena for stealing her love,
however, Helena thinks that Lysander, Demetrius and Hermiaare mocking her and
she gets really mad. They start arguing and insulting each other. This scene is
important to the overall play because it highlights the theme of hatred which is
significant in A Midsummer Night s Dreambecause it makes the story interesting
and has a climax, it also makes the story more realistic because very real friendship
has ups and downs and not perfect. The characters, Hermia and Helena embody the
theme of unrequited love because when they meet in the forest they argue about
their respective love of Lysander and Demetrius. Hermia accuses Helena of trying to
steal her love, Lysander, when she says to Helena You thief of love! Whereas... Show

For example when Hermia says, What, have you come by night and stolen my love
s heart from him? we understand that she is very confused. Also when Helena
says, Have you no modesty, Have you no maiden shame, No touch of bashfulness?
We understand that she is both mad and confused. The technique of rhetorical
questions suggests to us that when Hermia asks, How low am I? she is asking
Helena a question, however, does not want it answered. The language proves that
she is mad and trying to make judgements, however, does not want Helena to
answer it because she wants to be really insulting. This is important because it is
this point in the play where all the drama is, where all the confusion is made and
where the climax is.Therefore it is clear that Hermia and Helena s fighting really
makes an impact on the whole

18. Romeo and Juliet, Tragedy or Romance
Romeo and Juliet, Tragedy or Romance? What determines what a true love story
is? Many events in Romeo and Juliet make the audience question whether or not
they are truly in love or are just blinded by a false or not true version of a not so deep
feeling. Romeo and Juliet is a famous love story but it stands out compared to other
lovestories. Romeo and Juliet continue to be a true love story to this day. They are
married at a young age and differentiate from other love stories, it s still considered
to be true love, though some aspects of the novel are considered to be more tragic
than romantic. Most people in this world will do just about anything for true love
and, given the chance; will go to major lengths to prove that they are in love, even
getting married at a very young age. To begin with, most people will do anything
for true love. According to Definition of Love, Simple infatuation is often called a
crush or puppy love . (Definition of Love, par. 1). This means that some people are
only in love for a small time or not in love very much. People like a teacher, and
uncle or aunt, a friend or family [or] an actor or actress (Definitions of Love, par. 1)
are examples of people we love but not very strong or for a very long time. Simple
infatuation is not true love. It is but a sliver of what true love really feels like a
silly dream that we have. Romeo and Juliet s love was so strong that nothing would

Demetria had studied Carter s room for a few minutes, and after finding nothing in
particular that she could be absolutely sure he wouldn t miss, she moved on. She
figured she would find something else inside the large home to take. There was
plenty there she just wanted something personal. And then she would leave, and
Carter would never know she was there at all. Sighing, Demetria slid softly off the
bed, straightening her skirt and turtleneck before turning and making the bed once
more, making sure it was as perfect and untouched as it had been before she d
entered. Slipping quietly out of the room, she listened for a moment at the bedroom
door, trying to see if there was any sign of Carter being home. Nothing. Silence.

Gently setting the padlock and the keys down on a small counter to her right as
she entered, Demetria turned on the lights and looked around. There was
absolutely no reason to have the door locked, unless Carter was afraid of someone
stealing something from his basement. The room seemed nicely furnished, with a
large TV on one wall, a leather couch, and a pool table. The kind of area you d see
in any young man s house, if he could afford it. Spotting a minibar nearby,
Demetria smiled to herself. There was another door leading into what she assumed
was another room nearby. After looking around for a few minutes, she wandered
over to the door, wondering what it could possibly lead to. A bathroom, maybe?
Opening the door, she blinked in the sudden darkness, feeling around the wall for a
light switch. After finally finding it, Demetria flicked the switch, turning on a large
row of florescent lights, the sudden brightness blinding her for a moment. As her
eyes adjusted to the new lighting, she could see this was a workroom of sorts. It was
completely sealed, the windows to the left were nailed shut with boards, no sunlight
streaming in at all. And it was extremely cold inside. Entering, Demetria glanced at
the wall, spotting different tools here and there. At first, nothing really caught her
eye, but on a second glance, she noticed the tools weren t typical working tools.

20. The Doctrine Of The Trinity
The doctrine of the trinity
The doctrine of the trinity is the essence and reality of God in his deepest inner life.
The trinity is the highest thing that the human brain can contemplate. The doctrine of
the trinity is one of the most mysterious theologies in the Christian faith and it is the
heart and soul of its teachings. In the trinity there is one true God but three persons.
The father, son, and holy spirit. There are misconceptions or heresies going against
this belief that there is one God with three masks or modes in which god reveals
himself. In the truth there is one God of the old testament that is in the fullest of
reality.
GOD reveals his name to us as I AM or Yahweh . I AM is the present tense. God is
the current, past, and the future. The unique thing about our God is that he can be
many things. The blessed trinity is our father God, which has three persons God,
Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. God is one in nature . The nature part is his
substance or essence. When God is referred to as one with nature, substance, and
essence this is explaining and expressing the truth that there are not many God s but
only one God in truth. There are two terms describing the blessed trinity what and
who . The term what is the nature of God. There is only one divine nature even if
there are three distinct persons of the Blessed Trinity. The term who refers to who
the trinity is. The trinity is three persons, God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

21. A Leader s Framework For Decision Making
In the article titled, A leader s framework for decision making , the authors David
Snowden and Mary E. Boone discuss the poor policy decisions at the governmental
level and the challenges facing uncompetitive local firms. The article explains how
managers rely on common leadership approaches that work well in one set of
circumstances but fall short of others. In the complex environment of the current
business world, leaders often will be called upon to act against their instincts. They
will need to know when to share power and when to wield it alone, when to look to
the wisdom of the group and when to take their own counsel. A deep understanding
of context, the ability to embrace complexityand paradox, and a willingness to
flexibly change leadershipstyle will be required for leaders who want to make things
happen in a time of increasing uncertainty (Snowden Boone, 2007).

people still use the tethering or hotspot feature of a smartphone to get online during

one can start accessing the Internet the moment when turning it on. This way of

The Medal of Honor is a very prestigious award to receive. The Medal of Honor is
the highest U.S. military decoration for heroism. In Fallen Angels by Walter Dean
Myers, heroism is shown vastly among the characters. Heroism is described as
great bravery. Perry, Peewee, and Lieutenant showed the most heroism in and off of
the field. Richard Perry was a young seventeen year old black boy from Harlem. He
did not have the money at go attend college so he decided to join the military. Perry
played basketball throughout his life which resulted in a knee injury, but that did
not stop him. On the way to Vietnam and at the beginning of his time there, Perry
did not expect the events that were about to happen. We spent another day lying
around. It seemed to be what the war was about. Hours of boredom, seconds of
terror. (Myers 132). Perry and the rest of the men in Vietnam were put into hard
positions and had to go through tough things. Perry had his friend, his leader, and
was put into the hospital twice. Jenkins was the first to die among Perry s friends.
After the death he was hurt, but had to continue of and fight for his country. His
lieutenant was the next of his close friends to die. Everyone was devastated about
the loss of their lieutenant. The war had barely began, everyone had to still fight
their hardest and not leave their guard down for anything. Many questions and
prayers were spoken throughout the time in Vietnam. I really wasn t pissed, because I

Different Forms of Power Presented in My Last Duchess, A Woman to Her Lover
and La Belle Dame Sans Merci
Amongst the three love poems examined in this essay, the theme of male or female
power in relationships pervades throughout. The views of the speakers are
expressed and defined through literary and poetic techniques. This gives the reader
an insight into the speaker s problems and dissatisfaction with a relationship, due to
an imbalance of power. However there are dissimilarities between the poems for
example where in La Belle Dame Sans Merci the female displays supernatural power
and dominance over a knight, the Duke in My Last Duchess desires psychological
power over his Duchess.

Also the Duke believes himself to be above the level of common people saying he
would never stoop down to their level. From this we can presume the Duke is
afraid of losing his power, and would rather hold his head up high and suffer for it
rather than stoop . The use of this word indicates that the Duke is in a state of mind
where he sees himself as superior compared to others.
However as we read on we learn that the Duke had limited control over his wife. He
states that She had a heart…to soon made glad , showing that he felt she was
amused easily and distracted away from him perhaps by other men. This is
amplified further when he says She liked whate er she looked on , showing he
believes she undermined his control over her and paid attention to other men . We
can infer from this that the Duke was disturbed about his deficit of restrain over his
wife and is deeply angered at how she thanked men other than himself.
The Duke is outraged at the lack of affection he receives from his Duchess, and
provides the reader with reasons as to why he deserves more. The Duke says She
ranked my gift of a nine hundred years old name with anybody s gift . Here the
Duke explains that his supremacy, which he received from his family name, has
stretched over several centuries and his Duchess should therefore appreciate him for
it. His contenders have a lot less to offer but still
25. Meaning Of Life In Things Fall Apart
The meaning of life. An age old question which many consider the answer to be
unknowable. Yet, it is still the topic of century long discussions. Chinua Achebe
stated in a 1994 interview with Eleanor Wachtel, a Canadian broadcaster, that the
meaning of life, the purpose, was to struggle . So that s my sense of the meaning of
life. That s really how I would put it, that we struggle, and because we struggle, that
struggle has to be told, the story of that struggle has to be conveyed to another
generation. You have struggle and story, and these two are quite enough for me. This
is our life s purpose. To fight, and to survive.
In Achebe s novel Things Fall Apartthe protagonist Okonkwo tried everything in his
power to avoid becoming what his father was in his eyes: weak, cowardly, and
effeminate. Because of this strong desire to show his masculinity, he took actions that
resulted in exile from his village, ruining his reputation and agitating his ego. As
Okonkwo lives out his banishment in his motherland, he discovers Christian
missionaries have gone to his old village and have converted many, including his son
Nwoye. Okonkwo had always seen his son as weak, fearing that he took after his
grandfather. When Nwoye took a Christian name, Isaac, his father viewed it as the
ultimate betrayal, which shows the extent of his hubris. Okonkwo then was unable to
incite an uprising, realizing that the importance of tradition in his tribe had ... Show

Therapy is always the first line of defense. Depression is a physical illness that
affects the mind just like appendicitis affects the body. The social stigma that
surrounds mental health issues is a barrier that keeps patients from treatment and
is something we as a society have to address. If you have a firearm in your home
and you are afraid your family member may be suffering from depression, secure it.
It is of the utmost importance that the person afflicted does not have a means to
harm themselves or others. If you wish to use holistic approaches to combat
depression, they are best used to supplement medicine and therapy. Light therapy
and vitamins are effective supplements. Response: I have a very close friend who
has tried to take his own life after a battle with depression. One thing that I think is
overlooked is the roles anxiety and internalization of emotion play in depression.
Suicidal thoughts and actions are often induced by the desire to escape extreme
anxiety by any means necessary. This is how my friend described it to me. He also
said that he felt like a bother to everyone and that his perpetual existence was only
a burden on his family. These thoughts combined into a perfect storm. Luckily, he
reached out to his parents and was hospitalized for several days. Many of our close
friends and I were shocked to find out about this turn of events. We had no idea he
was going through this deep, dark depression. The amount of friends and family

Respiration is the process that takes place in every living cell to make energy

offseason acquisition of Al Horford, the Celtics are hoping to change their recent
playoff history; the last two seasons have been two one and done, getting swept by
the Cavaliers and losing to the Hawks in six respectively. A big hole that the
previous two Celtics team had was at the center position. Night in and night out,
the center position was among the worst in terms of production. With Al Horford
now on the roster that hole is presumably filled. No longer will Celtics fans have to

A Clash of Kings
Was there ever a war where only one side bled? (118) This perspicuous question was
raised by George R.R. Martin, an epic fantasy writer and author of the New York
Times bestselling novel, A Clash of Kings. I chose this novel because I appreciate
merciless world building novels such as Beowulf or Lord of the Rings. Moreover,
this novel is the second of the legendary book series known as A Song of Ice and Fire.
This story takes place in a medieval setting with potential for an endless amount of
possibilities. The novel predominately focuses on a variety of families that all
share the common goal of sitting on the Iron Throne. The story is presented from
nine separate points of view, eight of them coming from characters with a royal
background. Each character has a remarkable in depth backstory and a unique
reason for their placement in the War of the Five Kings. The majority of the story
occurs in the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, where the Lannisters and the Iron
Throne are located. The other portions of the novel take place in Winterfell with
House Stark, Castle Black with Jon Snow, and Essos with Daenerys Targaryen. The
novel picks up immediately where its predecessor, A Game of Thrones, concluded
with King Robert Baratheon s death and the Lord of Winterfell, Eddard Stark s,
execution. Accompanied by King Baratheon and his Hand s death, the position of
King was unsecure. Subsequently, rulers of different origins rise up in an attempt to
conquer the Seven

Shawl
The Shawl by Cynthia Ozick is short story in which a mother, her child, and her
niece are described as they walk through a concentration camp during the
Holocaust. This work is well known for its prominent use of figurative language.
For a story about the Holocaust, it may seem odd as to why this language was used
instead of a factual style of writing which is common in these types of stories. Ozick
uses figurative language excessively in attempt to describe such a horrific situation.
Some may criticize the author and even take offense to the way the story was written,
but it does not have the same effect when told differently. Most accounts of the
Holocaustare hard to comprehend, even for those who experienced it themselves.

35. Climate Change Causes
Abstract
Climate change in today s world has become of great concern due to its effects in the
environment. Globally, climate change has greatly influenced ecosystems and the
existence of organisms. This is further extending its effects to regional areas such as
Kenya, whose ecosystem is not spared by the changing climate. Despite having
natural causes, anthropogenic factors are widely increasing and causing climate
change undisputed. Therefore, human activities are the main contributors of climate
change leading to stress and ecosystem strain, to continue providing for its services.
In this report I discuss summary of global climate change and regional focus on
causes of climate change in Kenya, its effects in ecosystem especially on the natural
ecosystems, current measures to curb the effects and the perception of the future
ecosystem of the country.
Introduction
Climate change is defined as a change of climate that is attributed directly or
indirectly to human activity that alters the composition of the global atmosphere and
that is in addition to natural climate variability observed over comparable time
periods (UNFCC, 1992). (source(GoK, 2012). Which is understood as the average

their way into the trade because they had to. Canadian T.V. has traditionally not
incorporated prostitution into very many of our programs just due to the sheer nature
of why Canadian T.V. is produced.
CBC, Rogers, and Bell CTV effectively own all national Canadian T.V. channels. The
entertainment based fictional television programs they produce generally appeal to
the widest audience possible. Because of that, lewd or profane subjects and/or
language are generally not included in these presentations.
It is rare to see an exploration of prostitution in any sort of realistic way in Canadian
television however that doesn t mean they aren t incorporated into programs now
and again. When they are however, they are generally played up cute and in a way
where the nature of their trade isn t explicitly defined but rather merely implied.
One example of this is evident in a recent episode of CBC s Murdoch Mysteries
where he enters a brothel to seek information on a train robbing duo suspected to be
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. The ladies here hint and flirt with the detective
present but nothing more is hinted at beyond this.
This isn t the first time that the title character, Detective William Murdoch, has come
into
39. Paper On Tattoos And Culture
Many people now have tattoos since they are so widely accepted throughout many
cultures. Tattoos have been around for a very long time and were used in many
different ways. Montserrat states that tattoos were a part of the cultures in North
America, Europe, Japan, China, Ancient Rome, and Ancient Greece. Many modern
cultures have learned to accept the fact that tattoos do not mean the same things they
used to. In the past, they were used as identifying slaves and criminals (Montserrat).
Tattoos were used to remind people of the journeys they had taken and was used by
members of the military (Montserrat). According to Montserrat, From the late 20th
century, many American and European celebrities had tattoos, as did many members

Tattoos became very popular among upper class people in Europe (Montserrat). In
the 20th century, many people in the public eye had tattoos such as King George V
and Lady Churchill (Montserrat). People get many different types of tattoos from
butterflies to names to symbols because they feel these things describe them. Students
express their individuality in a variety of ways including an assorted display of body
art (Foltz). This demonstrates that tattoos are one of the many ways to show how
unique people are. People get tattoos because they believe it will show a part of them
that they cannot show through words or actions. Millennials obtain tattoos to include
the desire to express their individuality and to differentiate them from what would be
considered mainstream (Foltz). This supports that being mainstream or similar to
everyone is not popular (Foltz). Millennials are unique because they do not want to
conform to mainstream society. Tattoos help them feel unique and original because it
is important to them to not to conform to society. The study concluded that acquiring
a tattoo to express myself was the highest scored reason for both men and women in
the sample (The study concluded that acquiring a tattoo to express myself was the

40. Explication Of Sonnet 130
Explication of William Shakespeare s Sonnet 130
This sonnet dramatizes the conflict between appearance and reality, specifically
drawing attention to the excessive use of romantic cliches in literature during the
elizabethan era. William Shakespeare uses similes and metaphor to compare the
speaker s mistress to that of unpleasant and insulting attributes. In doing this,
Shakespeare makes a joke out of the traditional conventions of love poetry at the time
and their unrealistic nature when describing women. The nature of these comparisons
give the reader a sense of discomfort and the volta within the concluding couplet
cause the reader to reevaluate the sincerity of the falsehoods riddled in typical poetry
regarding love.
The sonnet begins by ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In the lines, And in some perfumes is there more delight/ Than the breathe from
my mistress reeks. Shakespeare uses a sweet smelling perfume and claims the
mistresses breathe to reek in comparison. Using the metaphor the speaker
continues to paint a grotesque picture of the mistress in the minds of the reader. In
doing this all previous conceptions of typical love poetry or forced to be dismissed.
The sonnet begins to slightly shift when the speaker claims to love to listen to his
mistress s voice but still claims music hath a far more pleasing sound. In standard
love poem, women are often compared to goddess or other deities these allusions
provide imagery intended to link women to divinity, purity and immortalize them.
On the contrary, in this sonnet the speaker is specifically mentioned to treads on the
ground. In this line Shakespeare quickly severes all links the mistress could have to
a celestial beings, consequently forcing the reader to realistically picture the mistress
as a human or someone with the same level of grace as a
41. The Importance Of Love In The Great Gatsby
Love is a burning thing, and it makes a fiery ring. This crazy little thing called love
has the power to control us and most everything around us. A novel that expresses
the cruelty of life in the roaring 20 s from intermerital affairs to accidental murder is
more than it seems. It shows more than what is on the surface, that we as a society
can learn even now. All from a man named Jay Gatsby, who makes these mistakes
that teaches its readers important life lessons. This is why The Great Gatsbyby F.
Scott Fitzgeraldshould be saved rather than any other book. The Great Gatsby shows
distinct themes with various life lessons, such as love is more important than
materialistic possessions, not everything is what it seems, and it shows that pride
derives from hardwork and dedication.
Contrast to what Daisy Buchanan believes, materialistic items do not mean
anything in the real world. Love can drive people to do crazy things, just take a
look at Jay Gatsby s house, it is all for Daisy. Many people learn from the society
around them, and in this case many people caught the selfish disease in the 1920 s.
Her voice is full of money... That was it. I d never understood before. It was full of
money that was the inexhaustible charm that rose and fell in it, the jingle of it, the
cymbal s song of it... (Page 106). The book displays Daisy s feelings of love toward
materialistic items instead of real world people. Daisy intends to stay with the love
of her life in order to stay
42. County Fair Research Paper
I turn my head as the chicken flaps, splashing soapy water all over me. By this
point, the water is barely an annoyance, as my shirt has been soaked from the very
first chicken I washed that afternoon. Once the chicken is calmer, I readjust my
grasp on her, and dunk her into the rinse water, swishing her from side to side,
before standing up and wrapping her in a towel to groom her nails. This is the
scene the day before county fair. I spend the afternoon washing 15 chickens so that
they are well groomed, softer, and more attractive to potential buyers. County fair is
my own personal Black Friday. It is the week, after 31 weeks breaking even, that I
begin making money with my egg and chicken business. The origins of my egg

43. Positive Influences On George s Life
1.Some of the most positive influences in George s life were the dentist, Mr.
Jackson, and Miss Johnson. On page five, George wrote about how much the dentist
taught him, how excited he was, and how he started to think about becoming a
dentist someday. He continued writing about the dentist on page six, he wrote that
the dentist gave him a dream, which he never forgot about. On page nine, George
wrote that Mr. Jackson treated him like he was one of this own sons. He would let
George know that believed in him. On pages twelve through fourteen, George wrote
that the reason he loved schoolwas because of his third grade teacher; her name was
Miss Johnson. He wrote that Miss Johnson was always encouraging. She nurtured her
students like a motherwould. The negative influence that impacted George the most
was his environment. George wrote on page six about how the apartments had been
vandalized, elevators didn t work, and the playground had broken down, dangerous
equipment.

the way of accomplishing their goals. What stands out about George s experience
at home is that he had the most stable environment of the three doctors. He didn t
move around constantly, his family always had food, and his mother paid the
bills. He was blessed with people who told him positive things and he believed
them. What stands out about Sam s experience at home is that he had both of his
parents around and they were there for him. Even after his parents divorced, his
father stuck around and did what he agreed to do and more. Hs mother was a strong
woman who told him she d always make a way to get through tough times. What
stands out about Rameck s experience at home is he always had his grandmother to

44. Roles And Norms In The Brionna s Team
I surveyed my mother Laticea and my friend BriOnna. My mom used her church
choir as an example and BriOnna used her job. The church choir would be
considered a social group, because the rules and norms are less formal than
BriOnna s group home which would be considered a problem solving group. In the
church choir, member s are more relaxed when it comes to dress code. When
dressing for service, approriate church attire is required but there is no uniform.
BriOnna s job however, requires them to wear scrubs and closed toed shoes. Both
my mother s choir and BriOnna s group home are in the emergence phase. BriOnna
feels that everyone has a sense of understanding, regarding their roles and moving
forward. The choir has also made progress from where they originally started, but are
not completely at the reinforcement phase.... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It is important for everyone to understand and follow these norms. For instance,
when I was in a dance group, whenever someone had difficulty with a move, the
entire group would go over that part multiple times until everyone undertsood it.
During my survey, I learned that it is imperative for members to follow the
attendance policy. For BriOnna s job, everyone in the home is required to
communicate with the supervisor regarding their attendance. If someone is going to
be running late, they inform the supervisor so she can inform the other employees
that may need to stay later. This also affects the employee, because they receive an
occurrence for the tardiness. In the choir, attendance isn t as strict. The director
prefers that the everyone is there on time because it ensures they can get a great
rehearsal in, however, if someone is running late, the consequences aren t
45. Distracted Driving and Cell Phones
Today, one of the major sources of automobile accidents is distracted driving due to
cell phone use. Driver distraction can be defined as the diversion of attention
away from activities critical for the safe driving toward a competing activity
(Young 3). The dangers of driving while using a cell phone cannot be overstated,
but drivers still use their cell phones even though they are illegal. According to a
survey, About 2 out of 10 (18%) report that they have sent text messages or emails
while driving; about half (49%) of those 21 to 24 year olds report doing so
(NHTSA). This indicates that millions of people use their cell phones while
driving everyday, and with the increased availability and affordability of cell
phones, the risk can only increase. In this paper the topics that will be discussed in
regard to cell phone use while driving include the brief history of the cell phone,
talking while driving, texting while driving, the part of the community most affected
by using cell phones, alternatives to reduce incidents, the laws that have been
enacted, and the organizations that endorse no texting while driving. In a time when
rapid access to information is valuable, cell phones have bridged the gap between
the information and the user. The cell phone came into existence when Martin
Cooper, at Motorola, developed the first portable handheld radio for the Chicago
police department. The first cell phone, Motorola DynaTac, was over 2.5 pounds and
could be only used to

Atlanta pharmacist Dr. John S. Pemberton, lead to actualize a quality of tasting a
bendable form of alcohol which could made at soda fountains. He created one of
kind flavoured syrup, took it to his based pharmacy, place was occupied with

48. Thyroid Storm Case Study
Thyroid storm is an acute exacerbation of hyperthyroidism and is a life threatening
situation that should be treated immediately. Although this is a relatively rare
condition, the mortality rate is 20% which is often caused by multi organ failure or
congestive heart failure.3 Common triggers of thyroid storm include pre existing
Grave s disease, radioactive iodine treatment, surgery, trauma, sepsis, excessive
thyroidhormone ingestion, and withdrawal from anti thyroid medications.3 Nick
hadn t experienced any of these, but he has a history of Celiac disease which is an
autoimmune disorder and may be linked to other autoimmune disorders, such as
undiagnosed Grave s disease (hyperthyroidism). Since thyroid storm is merely the
worsening of thyrotoxicosis, or hyperthyroidism, the pathophysiology is the same.
There are elevated levels of thyroid hormones due to increased activity of the thyroid
gland. Hyperthyroidism may be primary, indicated by elevated thyroid hormones
only, or it can be a secondary issue to the pituitary gland in which there is elevated
TSH and thyroid hormonelevels.1 In addition, hyperthyroidism may more specifically
be classified as Grave s disease if antibodies against the TSH receptor are involved.1

The main difference between thyroid storm and hyperthyroidism is the presence of a
fever above 103В°F.3 Other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, systolic
hypertension, sweating, dehydration, altered mental status, and tremors will be
similar. When Nick was first brought into the emergency department by his mother,
his vital signs showed a fever, tachycardia, tachypnea, moist skin, and an altered
mental status. The morning after, he had flushed skin, diaphoresis, and his fever
remained, which was a good indication that Nick was experiencing thyroid
49. Essay on The Scientific Revolution and The Enlightenment
The Scientific revolution in the 16th and 17th centuries changed the way that people
views the world. Scientific philosophers such as Galileo and Descartes threw out the
old teachings of the church and challenged them with new ways of thinking. These
men sought to prove that rational thought could prove the existence of God. They
also challenged that it was an understanding of a series of rational thoughts, not
faith, would bring understanding of how the world worked. Traditional ways of
thinking were ultimately challenged by logical and sensible rationale. Galileo Galilei
was an Italian philosopher born in 1564. As an adult, he didn t believe the universal
geocentric theory of the planets and heavens which was established by the... Show

Galileo stepped backed and worked on a book, which gave the arguments that for
and against the heliocentric theory. When he finally published the book, he was
persecuted for heresy by the Catholic Church and sentenced to house arrest in
1663. While under house arrest, he did studies on falling object and their
acceleration to the earth. The Catholic Church later apologized and acknowledged
that Galileo was treated unfairly in 1992.There is now a statue of Galileo inside
the Vatican as a monument and an attempt to make amends. Scientifically, Galileo
will be remembered for invention of the telescope, which allowed astronomers,
sailors and other view the heavens and seas, which fed their own theories. He used
his own invention to discover the four moons of Jupiter, the mountains and craters
of the moon, and sunspots. His work on falling objects led to gravitational studies
and mathematical theorems which are on a basic level, physics. Experimentation
was used as a means to prove the laws of science along with the mathematical
theories. Math, according to Galileo, was the only infallible form of logic. If a
mathematical law could be formed from an event, then it was a logical, rational
event. His breaking from the Catholic Church, voicing his findings and staying with
his convictions broke the traditional way of thinking that the Church was the end all
and be all of all things. In the end, he was proven right for most of his beliefs and
vindicated for his suppression.
