My Choice For A Space
Tomkins Park, my choice for a space which encapsulates both the ideas of diversity
and how that urban form and constrains a certain group was challenging to decide
upon, both on the side how that space affects a particular group such as women,

I observed a homeless women go into the restroom during the early hours of the
day, only to have a patrol officer come and forcibly open the door to the restroom,
and then proceed to arrest her. This space may seem welcoming to anyone who
wishes to use it, however because of its location in such a busy area, routine police
patrols, to ensure that the space is still safe , meaning that those who do not fit the
description of a white, upper middle class individual will most likely be
repositioned to one of Calgary s already overburdened homeless shelters. Just a
couple block from the park is one of Calgary s most divided neighbourhoods,
Mission, which, has a great wealth divide of those who occupy it. Renters eagerly
meek by in order to live there, while, large turn of the century homes receive

The Eye of the Needle was always an iconic place along the Missouri until May
1997 when it collapsed under suspicious circumstances. On the expedition of
Lewis and Clark, the White Cliffs of Montana was a signature site described by
Lewis. One of the extraordinary landmarks was the Eye of the Needle, which
Meriwether Lewis first described its scenery by comparing its magnificent rock
formations to elegant ranges of lofting freestone buildings, having their parapets
well stocked with statuary (Burns, 1997). This was 1800 s talk, which doesn t make

Each location has a store manager, two assistant managers, and four department
managers who have staff that reports to them directly. Department managers make
the decision on what products and quantity that will be purchased for their
department. They are also responsible to ensure the freshness and quality of the
product that is sold in their location. If there is a complaint about the freshness of
the products it goes to the store manager to discuss with the department manager
who will investigate and discipline any employee that is in violation of Kudler Fine
Foods freshness policy. Span of control is the limit of subordinates that a manager
oversees. In each of the Kudler Fine Food store has approximately 32 employees.
Department Managers oversee about half of the store employees, the Store
Managers directly oversee about 18 employees directly and 15 employees

When the film first started I thought Marian would be the psychopath. Because she
is in love with a man that has to a lot of debts and an ex wife, she can t have the
perfect life. I thought she would go off and kill the ex wife just too free Sam of
stress and put an end of alimony. I was concerned on her mental stability because of
the music.
While Norman and Marion Sit in the office of the Bates Motel, the scene is
intricately set up to create a feeling of eeriness merged with awkwardness. The
room confined with the lamp table, coffee table, two rustic chairs and chest. The
lamp on the table is the only key lighting in the room for the scene. Marion unlike
Norman sat near the light showing her warmth and radiance like the light colored
clothing she wears. Norman is sittings more in the dark parts of the room making
him seen more sinister by the dark coloring of his clothing. He has a weird passion
of stuffing animals also shows his dark personality. The dead eyes of the feathered
creatures seem to gaze at Bates and Marian as they share a feast and discussion.
This may or might be a reference to voyeurism and it shows a realistic picture of

Different Cultures That We May Encounter As Therapists
Thus far in the course we have learned how important it is to have basic knowledge
on various cultures that we may encounter as therapists. According to Choudhuri,
Santiago Rivera, Garrett (2012), culture is defined as the personification of a
worldview through learned and transmitted beliefs, religious and spiritual traditions,
psychological processes, values, and practices. Moreover, it is a way of life that is
shaped by ecological, historical, economic, and political factors on a specific group
of people (Choudhur et al., 2012). I have learned culturegoes beyond just race and

In fact, there were only Spanish supermarkets, which are different than a Mexican
market, which I was interested to explore. From my understanding, in Philadelphia
people of Spanish culture are considered Dominican, Cuban, Puerto Rican, and other
countries of Spanish decent. There are Puerto Rican neighborhoods and Dominican
neighborhoods but they all consider themselves part of the same culture, which was
interesting to me because in Texas, Mexicans were part of the Mexican culture and
Dominicans were a part of the Dominican culture.

In terms of sources, I happened to find two interesting articles exploring cultural
components of a Spanish supermarket. The first article I looked at was one that was a
study of that what Spanish consumers think about organic food. I choose this article
because I was interested in exploring if Spanish food can be healthy or organic.
While I was in the market, I saw plenty of vegetables and produce, but I was unsure
if there were any organic products. The article explored the view of organic food on
the Spanish culture (VegaвЂђZamora, TorresвЂђRuiz, MurgadoвЂђArmenteros,
ParrasвЂђRosa, 2014). It was viewed as higher value and more expensive product.
Due to this view of organic food, consumption is greatly impacted in the Spanish
