Who Can Write My Essay. How to Write a Great Essay Effective Essay Writing
1. Who Can Write My Essay
Crafting an essay on the subject of "Who Can Write My Essay" presents a unique set of
challenges that delve into both personal and academic realms. At its core, this topic forces
introspection, demanding the writer to confront their own abilities, insecurities, and the
occasional bouts of self-doubt that accompany the writing process.
Firstly, the challenge lies in navigating the fine line between self-expression and objectivity. One
must artfully discuss their own struggles with essay writing without descending into a pit of self-
pity or, conversely, appearing overly confident. Striking the right balance between vulnerability
and strength requires a nuanced approach, requiring the writer to delve into their experiences
without veering into the realm of TMI (Too Much Information).
Moreover, the essay demands an exploration of the broader context surrounding the question.
Researching and understanding the factors that contribute to the difficulty of essay writing, such
as time constraints, lack of motivation, or the sheer volume of academic responsibilities, is
crucial. This entails not only reflecting on personal experiences but also delving into the
experiences of others and considering the various perspectives that exist on this topic.
Another layer of complexity arises from the need to maintain a sense of relatability. The essay
must resonate with a diverse audience, capturing the common struggles that many individuals
face while attempting to express their thoughts in writing. Balancing the personal and the
universal aspects of the topic can be akin to walking a tightrope, as too much focus on personal
experiences might alienate readers, while too much emphasis on universal struggles may dilute
the authenticity of the essay.
Furthermore, addressing the question of who can write one's essay involves a delicate dance
around the ethical considerations of seeking external assistance. This requires a careful
exploration of the reasons why individuals might be compelled to ask for help, acknowledging
the various motivations that underpin this decision while also navigating the potential stigma
associated with seeking assistance.
In conclusion, crafting an essay on the topic of "Who Can Write My Essay" necessitates a
skillful blend of introspection, research, and an adept handling of ethical considerations. The
process demands a delicate balance between personal narrative and broader contextual analysis.
Successfully navigating these challenges results in an essay that not only reflects the author's
experiences but also resonates with a wider audience grappling with similar dilemmas.

In New Zealand, Health Promotion is a discipline and a practice. Generic health
promotion encompassing all cultures focuses on empowering individuals and
communities to find a balanced life and a sense of wellbeing by taking control of
their own health and by taking action in the community to promote and improve
healthy lifestyles (Health Promotion Forum of New Zealand, 2014). MДЃori Health
Promotion shares the same defining characteristics as health promotion however the
underlying rationale of MДЃori health promotion is influenced specifically by
MДЃori values and perspectives (Ratima, 2001). MДЃori health promotion is an
important topic to discuss due to the inequalities in health between MДЃori and non
MДЃori. This essay will examine historical issues and legislation that relate to both
MДЃori health gain and decline, along with an in depth analysis of the role and
relevance of the Treaty of Waitangi, in relation to MДЃori Health Promotion, and
lastly a discussion about current MДЃori Health Promotion theory, and its importance
on MДЃori development.
Treaty of Waitangi
In New Zealand, both MДЃori and non MДЃori signed the Treaty of Waitangi on
February 6, 1840. The Treaty was an agreement between the British Crown and
MДЃori Rangatira Chiefs. It has often been referred to as the country s founding
document as it brought MДЃori and non MДЃori to an agreement about land, health,

How to Survive Organizational Changes in the Fast Changing World
As we have learned all quarter, managing the changing organizational environment is
one of the most salient challenges in today s business world. Managing organizational
change properly can minimize resistance from employees and cost of and maximize
the effectiveness of the changes. In other words, managing organizational change
addresses the human side of the changing management. Personally, I think
organizational changes are a great sign for a company. When organizational changes
occur, it means the company is faced with an opportunity to make a transition from
its current state to a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Competitions have also grown more fiercely in the society nowadays. To remain
competitive, companies are required to undergo changes.
Communicate, Communicate, Communicate
So how are some of the most important things an organizational leader can do to
effectively manage the company s culture in order to survive in the ever changing
business landscape? One of the most important thing a leader can do is to lead from
the front and communicate with management team and employees about how critical
cultural change will affect a company s ability to sustain. Take the time to
communicate with the employees to ensure they now what is it their company is
about and let them know the process of getting to excellence. Communicating
through any kind of medium is an opportunity to reinforce the consistent message
and vision to the employees and it s also a great way to reach agreement on a
common vision for a change.
Defining Your Unique Culture
Before communicating with the employees, however, a clear company culture must
be determined by the leader. Defining the company culture is not to put a few
buzzword such as innovation or active but to really understand the business and
determine how to manifest the company realistically. A great company culture might
be just as motivational to the employees as the name of the company or the salary.
That being said, the company culture plays a major role in retaining the employees

4. Statement of Purpose for Mechanical Engineering
Truthfully, I have always been immersed in Physics studies since the first time I learn
about it. I love the fact that by learning Physics, it can teach us how to think critically
and help in solving unexpected problems that we encounter in our daily life. I found
that mechanical engineering is the course that can help me continue my interest in
this subject since it involved most of the concept in Physics such as mechanics,
kinematics, and thermodynamics. Mechanical engineeringis also appealing to me
because I love to design new things as well as handling the machines and tools. I also
believe that by specializing in this course, I can have the opportunity to handle
various types of machine and therefore, the knowledge that is gained through this will
become such a great assistance to me in creating and manufacturing my own systems
in future.
I started to think that mechanical engineering is so exciting when I started to watch
the television program which is called Pimp My Ride . This program shows the
audience on how to restore and modify a poor condition car to become a great one
and even look like a brand new car. I was always amazed on how the professional
engineers in that show come out with a great idea and able to work together in
harmonious way even though sometimes they argue about a few small things while
upgrading the cars. Truthfully, they had inspired me to become a great engineer just
like them especially Mad Mike, one of the outrageous engineer in that
5. Courage in to Kill a Mockingbird
I wanted to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a
man with a gun. What kinds of heroism and courage are shown in To Kill a
Mockingbird? Discuss.
Courage is defined as the quality of mind or spirit enabling one to meet danger or
opposition with fearlessness. According to Atticus Finch, one of the main characters
in To Kill a Mockingbird, Courage is when you know you re licked before you
begin, but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what. (pg.121).
Harper Lee clearly portrays the theme of courage in her novel, To Kill a
Mockingbird. One likes to think of a hero, as strong, brave, and meeting all
challenges head on. All the characters in this book have a different view as to what

When Atticus took the case, he went up against Maycomb, a generally prejudiced
town, in order to defend Tom. He understood that taking the case would make him
an object of ridicule and that no one would forgive him for believing a black man s
word over a white man s. Even his own sister expresses disapproval at his decision,
practically telling him he was bringing disgrace to the family. Nevertheless, no matter
how much his reputation suffered, he did not change his mind. Standing up for his
morals and ethics was more important than what people thought about him. From the
very start Atticus knows he will not win the case however he does his job and
finishes what he set out to do.
Atticus s strong sense of morality and justice motivates him to defend Tom
Robinson with determination, giving it all he has. He shows this when he says,
Simply because we were licked a hundred years before we started is no reason for
us not to try and win. (pg.82). He says this to Scout after she comes home from
school angry at Cecil Jacobs for making fun of Atticus in the schoolyard. Atticus tells
her to fight with her head instead of her fists. He wants the people of Maycomb to
hear the truth about Tom, That boy may go to the chair, but he s not going till the
truth s told. (pg.159). Atticus is putting everything a man holds dear, dignity, respect,
honor and status, on the line to protect Tom. He later shows more bravery when he
goes to the jailhouse to

1.The upmost important reason for economic and social problems that troubled
Europe from 1560 to 1650 was an incredible inflation among other things. The
Spanish empire brought tons of gold back to Europe and caused the value of gold
to plummet. Since this was a situation that Europe had never experienced, they
didn t understand it. More gold was supposed to be good, right? Suddenly prices
started to rise for no reason. Also in Spain, unlike gold, there was very little silver
being produced at the time and therefore pirate attacks began to take place. Other
problems facing Europe during this time include, population decline, plague,
economic warfare, and famine. As a result of all these problems, social tension was

Thus, argued Roberts, the modern art of war made possible and necessary the
creation of the modern state. 4.Women were viewed as being spiritually weaker than
men, and more susceptible to demonic influence, and this meant that women tended
to be suspected of being witches much more often than men. However, this was not a
consistent pattern found throughout Europe. In some regions, there were more men
convicted of witchcraft than women, in the Lorraine region of France for example,
and in Iceland, where the overwhelming majority of convictions were of men.
Overall though, about 75% of those executed for witchcraft were women. So
ultimately what this suggests about women in the 16th and 17th centuries is that
women were not nearly as important as men in society during this time.
5.Absolutism pertains to an absolutist state, where all power, or sovereignty is made
in the ruler. These rulers claimed to have divine right, meaning they ruled by the
grace of God and were responsible only to God. However, these absolute monarchs

territories and created bureaucracies as well, in which the offices held public/state
positions, directing the economy to the benefit of the king. Absolute monarchs also

7. Theodore Roosevelt Research Paper
Theodore Roosevelt is said to have been one of the greatest presidents ever.
Theodore Roosevelt expanded the role of the presidency into foreign affairs by using
The Roosevelt Corollary to the Monroe Doctrine, this stated that the U.S. had the
right to oppose European intervention in the western hemisphere and also to intervene
itself in the domestic affairs of its neighbors. This was brought about when the
government of Venezuela stopped paying their debts to European bankers. As a result
European naval forces formed a blockade around the Venezuelan coast and began to
bombard their ports. Roosevelt saw this action as a potential threat to the U.S. and
threatened to use American naval power to pressure the European navy to withdraw

Imperialists liked his policy, but there were still critics that disliked the policy and
favored noninvolvement in global politics. The Square Deal came upon after
Roosevelt s first economic crisis. He demonstrated that he favored neither business
or labor but insisted on a square deal for both. The strike of the anthracite coal
miners was solved when he threatened to take control of the mines. The owners
decided to compromise with Roosevelt and granted a 10 percent wage increase and
a nine hour workday. Voters liked the square deal so much the election of 1904
was won decisively by Roosevelt. The Panama Canal was another good thing he
did while in office. Roosevelt had to get a treaty with Britain in order to begin to
dig the canal without British involvement. In 1901 the Hay Pauncefote Treaty
helped achieve just this. Roosevelt supported the revolt in Panama in 1903, because
of this the new government of Panama signed the Hay Bunau Varilla Treaty of
1903. This treaty granted the US long term control of a Canal Zone. The Roosevelt
Corollary to the Monroe Doctrine in 1904 was another application of the big stick
policy. Rather than let the Europeans intervene in Latin America which would be a
violation of the Monroe Doctrine he said that the US would intervene whenever
necessary. The US sent gunboats to Latin American countries that were delinquent in
paying its debts. US sailors and

Abstract
This assignment is submitted as partial requirement of Global Trade. This report
depicts the sequences of Berlin Wall. The Berlin Wall, erected November 13, 1961,
served to separate communist East Germany from Western influences. Intended to
protect East Germans, the wall actually was erected to prevent them from leaving the
country. The Wall finally came down August 13, 1989, reuniting families and
symbolizing the end of the cold war was near.

2. Body
The Berlin Wall was erected in the dead of night and for 28 years kept East Germans
from fleeing to the West. Its destruction, which was nearly as instantaneous as its
creation, was celebrated around the world.
2.1 A Divided Berlin
At the end of World War II, the Allied powers divided conquered Germany into four
zones, each occupied by either the United States, Great Britain, France, or the Soviet
Union (as agreed at the Potsdam Conference). The same was done with Germany s
capital city, Berlin.
As the relationship between the Soviet Union and the other three Allied powers
quickly disintegrated, the cooperative atmosphere of the occupation of Germany
turned competitive and aggressive. Although an eventual reunification of Germany
had been intended, the new relationship between the Allied powers turned Germany
into West versus East, democracy versus Communism.
In 1949, this new organization of Germany became official when the three zones
occupied by the United States, Great Britain, and France combined to form West
Germany (the Federal Republic of Germany). The zone occupied by the Soviet
Union quickly followed by forming East Germany (the German Democratic
Republic).
This same division into West and East occurred in Berlin. Since the city of Berlin had
been situated entirely within the Soviet zone of occupation, West Berlin became an
island of democracy within Communist East Germany.

Buy No Junk Food The article See No Junk Food, Buy No Junk Food, that was
published in The New York Times on March 20th 2015, by Thomas A. Farley and
Russell Sykes claims that the government has the power to enforce stores who
accept food stamps to provide healthier food in low income areas. Farley and Sykes
support this claim, by stating that five out of six low income zip codes do not have
a supermarket. They also state that a supermarket has an average of almost 140 feet
of shelf space for fresh fruit and vegetables, but small stores, such as convent stores,
only have three feet for fresh fruits and six for fresh vegetables. The Agriculture

stated In a study, my colleagues and I found..., (Farley and Sykes, A19) which
shows that Farley and Sykes conducted a study themselves. This proves that Farley
and Sykes would have to be well educated on the topic to be able to do their own
research. They also discuss a similar program named the Special Supplemental
Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, or for short WIC. This
solution proves that the claim Farley and Sykes use is extremely feasible, because
WIC is similar to the SNAP program but it is held to a healthier standard. Finally,
at the end of the article it states Thomas A. Farley, a former New York City health
commissioner, is president of the Public Good Project. Russell Sykes is a member of

Colonies By Kira H.
It is 1550, and there are a bunch of Spanish colonists in New Spain. Spanish wanted
workers so, they made American Indians slaves to help on their land. By 1607
colonists were heading to Virginia to go to Jamestown. Near a river they called,
James River, they built a settlement and they called it,Jamestown. There were many
people that took a big role back then. Like John Smith. John Smith was an explorer,
soldier, and writer too!
Slavery
In 1550, there were a bunch of Spanish colonists that came to New Spain. With the
discovery from gold, and silver, a bunch of colonists came to New Spain hoping to
get rich. Spanish wanted more workers to help them on their land. They made
American Indians slaves, to help grow crops, and mine. A lot of the slaves died from
overwork on slavery, and hunger. Some even died from diseases that settlers brought.
Colonists were concerned of the way the slaves were being treated. A colonist
named, Bartolome De Las Casas stood up for the American Indians from being
treated badly. More Indians died, so the Spanish wanted more and more workers.
The Spanish began to make Africans slaves in New Spain. The African slaves were
also treated badly.
Jamestown It is 1607, and there are a bunch of people sailing on ships to Virginia. A
man named, King James 1, started a place that they called, Jamestown. New settlers
that came to Virginia named a river, it was called James River. The settlers named the

formats: structured, numerical data, email, video, audio, and financial transactions

big data to it s fullest: variability and complexity. Big data has variability due to the
fact data flows are highly inconsistent. They are inconsistent because of trends,
seasonal, and event triggered peaks making data always coming in, in different
quantities. Collecting the data is complex and tricky because it comes from a variety
of sources, in many different formats, making it difficult to link, match, cleanse, and
transform data to make connections and correlations (What is Big Data?). The
amount of data, and how complex it is, is not what is important. It is what businesses
do with the data matters. When analysts look at the data they take into consideration
for key concepts: cost reductions, time reductions, new product development and
optimized offerings, and smart decisions making. By looking closely at these four
key points, businesses can accomplish: determining root causes of failures, generating
coupons at the point of a sale where they can

16. Middle School Are Essential For The Success Of Students
For me, middle school was probably the most excruciating years of my life. I
thought it was only me and everyone else had it easy and completely understood
everything that was happening to their bodies and minds. In fact, I still have dreams
about my middle school years like forgetting my locker combination or hiding in the
bathroom stall because the most popular girls were gossiping about a friend of
yours. The settings in these dreams are always my middle school; I find it amazing
that thirty years after I attended school that I can remember vivid details about the
layout, hallways, lockers, and teachers. The reason for this I believe is that for ALL
students the middle school years are the most influential to shaping and becoming
who a person is and who they wish to become. Middle schools are essential for the
success of students because of the unique developmental stages of these students. For
teachers, comprehension of young adolescent development is key to understanding
the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and moral needs and interests of these
students (Powell, 2015, p. 55) and also teachers need to develop a curriculum that is
focused on developing students competence in all subject matter and using their
knowledge and available resources to design, implement, and evaluate challenging,
responsive curriculums that result in meaningful learning outcomes (Powell, 2015, p.
145). All students should feel that they are accepted for who he or she is as an

TOF involves four anatomical abnormalities of the heart: a large VSD, a stenotic
pulmonary artery, an overriding aorta, and right ventricular hypertrophy. The
degree of cyanosis of TOF depends largely on the size of the right to left shunt.
Patients with left to right shunting may have little to no cyanosis and are referred
to as pink tetralogy. Patients with TOF may experience episodes of extreme
cyanosis called tet spells often during times of stress such as crying, dehydration,
and fever. If left untreated these hypercyanotic episodes can be fatal. Deletion of the
gene on Chromosome 22, (22q11) is often the cause of TOF among other congenital
heart defects. Another gene associated with this anomaly is the jagged1 gene, which
can be diagnosed through the images of an echocardiogram. On an anterior posterior
chest x ray, the heart is shaped boot like. 3
Treatment after birth includes administering prostaglandin E to maintain the ductal
patency and pulmonary perfusion. In some cases Blalock Taussig shunt (BT
shunt) can be performed to provide adequate pulmonary blood flow to the lung.
Surgeries are done over time from neonates to 4 6 months of age. Mortality
depends on the severity of TOF. It carries a 35% mortality rate if left untreated in
the first year of life and 50% mortality rate in the first three years of life. Genetic
testing to look for these mutations can be a viable option
18. Historical Background Of English Law System
Historical Background
Fragmentation of land has been an ongoing phenomenon for many centuries and is
backed by the notion of maximizing its potential utility, given its scarce nature. In
the feudal system, one s relationship to land is defined by their hierarchical
position. The king stood at the top of the pyramid and ruled over all the lands, and
would grant partial rights to the Lords. Through grants, the land would then be held
in fief by vassals, in exchange for personal loyalty to those below them. This gave
rise to fragmentation of land carried forth by hereditary systems. Since the fall of
feudalism, there has been increasing calls for absolute unification of property rights
especially during the modern European codification. This unitary theory of property
rights only allowed for several exceptions for property rights to be shared. But this
transition has not proven to be smooth.
Issue at Hand
English law system is now faced with the challenge to balance between the need to
diminish fragmentation in property through legislative instruments and doctrines; and
allowing landowners to freely exercise their contractual freedom to deal or convey
their property, as they deem apposite. I feel that the English law has been successful
in drawing this balance mainly through the numerus clausus principle.
Before discussing the effectiveness of these restrictive instruments, we must first
clarify the difference between contractual rights and property rights. The biggest

the album is not a memorable album. The album itself can be about two things the
first being a man who used to party extremely hard tried to be forgiven by God but
sadly ended up dying and then hopes he will be remembered after his death. The
other thing this album could be about is how a guy who used to party hard was
forgiven by God then married a woman who turned out to be abusive and then he
talks about after fighting what it was like before they fought and how he hopes he
is remembered by his ex. The album starts out with fast upbeat songs and by the
end of the album in the song Impossible Year the beat is slow as well as the singing
and it is a very saddening song. This is compared to the first song in the... Show more

Death of a Bachelor is different from almost all the other albums released by
Panic! At the Disco because unlike the other albums Death of a Bachelor has two
possible messages whereas the other albums only have one main message and that
usually has something to do with girls and dating. Victorious the first song in the
Death of a Bachelor album is saying how they will be victorious but not saying
what they will be victorious of leaving it opened ended to anyone who listens to it.
The final song in the album Impossible Year is an extremely gloomy compared to
the first song with a slower beat more melodic singing and gloomy lyrics. The
album can be compared to an actual relationship at the beginning of the album it is
all happy and fun like when you first start dating someone. When you keep listening
to the album it starts to get darker and darker until you reach the end of the album
which is sad and gloomy like right after a breakup between two

Abstract
Strategic planning is the overall planning that facilitates the good management of a
process by taking employees outside the everyday activities of their organization and
provides them actual representation of what they are doing and where they are going.
A Strategic planning process includes mission statement, goals for accomplishing
mission, approaches for implementing goals, action plans and monitoring and
updating of plan. Various models/techniques such as iconic, analog and quantitative
are used for different phases of decision making (Intelligence, design, choice,
implementation and ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Some questions such as where are we, what do we have to work with, where do we
want to be and how do we get there are considered in any strategic planning for
organization (Schilder 2006). According to Shapiro, strategic planning enables to
answer the following questions:
Who are we/what capacity do we have/what can we do?
What problems are we addressing and what difference do we want to make?
Which critical issues must we respond to?
Where should we allocate our resources and what should our priorities be? (Shapiro
n.d.)
After the above questions are answered, then the below questions are taken in account
for consideration in strategic planning:
What should our immediate objective be?
How should we organize ourselves to achieve this objective?
Who will do what when? (Shapiro n.d.)
According to McNamara (2003), sstrategic planning provides several benefits to
organizations. First, it clearly defines the purpose of the organization and establishes
realistic goals and objectives of the organization. It also brings together every
employees best and most reasoned efforts, and ensures the most effective use of the
organization s recourses. Strategic planning provides a base, from which progress
can be measured, establishes clearer focus of organization, more efficiency and
effectiveness and solves major problem of the organization. Some potential problems
and their solutions are given in appendix

History of Golf
Imagine the sun bursting through the trees for the first time of the new day, the
smell of freshly cut grass still potent to your nose as you tee the ball up for a round
of golf in the cool mist of a spring morning. That is what brings you back every time,
the smell of the air, the coolness of the whether and the beautiful surroundings that
make every shot enjoyable. (Suess, PI) This is the game of golf in its finest and most
exquisite time to many people and many people it has touched in its long history.

The Scots state the case of organ because they are the home of St. Andrews, which
was the first golf coarse with eighteen holes. There are also stories of men from
medieval times trading supplies that could be used for golf between the shores of
Holland and Scotland. This new game that people were beginning to play in
Scotland, seemed to take a hold of the people. At the time, the sport was open to all
people no fees to pay, no starting times just a short game of golf that would always

because this game was at such a simple stage in its history; it required skill and
finesse that almost all people could do. So, to meet the demand of the people,
many courses were built along high bluffs on the eastern coastline in Scotland. It
is here that nature developed dunes, ridges, gullies and hollows that would
challenge the best of golfers. Through the years there have been many forms of
golf clubs used to strike to object used as a ball. Because of the increase in

The very first types of clubs that were used were just regular sticks that a person

Marijuana usage when discussed brings about debate and division no matter the
forum. This is a topic that many individuals feel either one or the other about. Very
few feelings can be described as Middle of the Road . As students at Texas
Christian University we felt that in the time we were in attendance no one had tried
to measure how students felt and view Marijuana. This information could be used
by organizations such as NORML; it could help them decide whether or not
pursuing a NORML chapter on TCU s campus would be worthwhile. NORML is a
marijuana advocacy group that is working to move public opinion sufficiently to

Dealing with the Insurance Changes
Your prices for insurance coverage could be rising or falling, depending on your age,
health and other factors. Smokers pay about 50% more for insurance than
nonsmokers, so many families can realize savings by quitting the habit. The
Employer and Individual Mandates for coverage affect about 15% of Americans who

The Premium Tax Credit is refundable, so people with no tax liability can still claim
the credit and receive a tax refund.
Premium credits can also be used in advance to reduce the costs of obtaining a
qualified health insurance plan.
You can use the Health Insurance Market Calculator to estimate your eligibility for
insurance subsidies and Medicaid benefits.
Ordinarily, tax credits are applied at tax time, but most low income families don t
have enough cash to pay for their insurance and get reimbursed later. Therefore, the
government sends the subsidies directly to insurance companies to reduce any
premiums you pay during the year. If your income changes from what you estimated,
you must pay back any difference on your tax forms.
Calculating Your Insurance Subsidy
The Affordable Care Act provides subsidies for even some middle income families
that might not expect to qualify. Calculated on your family s income and its
relationship to the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), the Premium Tax Credit caps how
much your family needs to pay for the second cheapest silver plan that s available in
your region.
Subsidies are only available to people who don t receive insurance through their
employers.
Although granted in the form of a tax credit, the subsidy can be used in advance to
lower your premiums.
Based on a family of four, the FPL for 2015 is around $24,250.
Subsidies are available for families earning up to 400% of FPL or $130,280 for a
family of six people.

The text is an extract from chapter 8 in Jon Krakauer s adventurous nonfiction book,
Into Thin Air, based on the 1996 Mt. Everest disaster. In the text, the author utilizes
simile, alliteration, and symbolism to describe the hazardous climb in Mt. Everest to
the readers, which the danger further illustrate the theme of conflictof values.
First of all, similes are used to informs readers about the deadly climate on Mt.
Everest. When sunlight exposes, the author mentions the ice walls amplifying radiant
heat like a huge solar oven (line 4). The simile compares the radiant heat to a huge
solar oven, which emphasizes the heat of the climate as huge solar oven produces

Everest. Camps such as Camp One and Two all symbolize small goals of the hikers
because climbers set their sights on reaching the next camp rather than to reach
the summit. Camps represent small goals of a larger goal. In this scene, Krakauer
reaches Camp Two, only achieving one of the first few small goals, yet he already
encounters problems as he came upon a large object wrapped in blue plastic
sheeting... that was a human body (line 11 14) and becomes too miserable to eat
or even read (line 20 21) due to the altitude s malicious force. This is just the
situation in Camp Two, the early stage of the journey, and the situation is already
bad with things going to be worsening in the higher camps. The symbolism of the
camps, therefore, help picture how dangerous Mt. Everest is even in the lower
level of the summit climb. The danger further exerts pressures on hikers, making
them face a conflict of values. As hikers, they have values of being courageous.
However, since Mt. Everest is established to be extremely dangerous even at the
early stages, they face inner conflict to whether or not to continue believing in their
value, or to think about the value of safety and life first. They are forced to doubt in
their values since they only achieved a small goal, but are already confronted by the

Fish are attracted to bait because of the scent, sound, and movement. Sound waves

deep water spoons, they have the same alluring demeanor to attract the prey. These
lures are shaped like a real spoon wide ends that make a concave center. There are

27. America Vote Act ( Hava )
I was surprised to discover that voter identification began in 1950 when South
Carolina became the first state to request some form of identification from voters
at the polling precincts. Then Hawaii followed in 1970, Texas in 1971, Florida in
1977, and Alaska in 1980. Some of them asked for an ID with a photo, while others
asked for any type of document with or without a photo; all provided other means
for people to vote if they couldn t present identification. By 2000, fourteen states
were asking for voter identification documents ( Voter ID ). That year, we had a
highly disputed presidential election. Following its outcome, the United States
Congress passed the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) in 2002, which ushered in
comprehensive election reform. Under the law, states are required to follow
mandatory minimum standards that included implementing new programs and
procedures such as provisional voting; voting information and voter education;
upgraded, tested and certified voting technology; statewide voter registration list;
voter identification procedures; and an improved election administration system (
Help America Vote Act ). The Commission on Federal Election Reform advocated
similar propositions in their 2005 report (69 70). Consequently, voter ID laws were
enacted around the country. The laws require eligible voters to produce government
issued identification before casting a countable ballot at the polls. Voter

If I could rename this book, I would probably call it Close Calls because Gary
Paulsen, the main character, has survived countless dangerous situations that should
have ended with his death. The main setting, where most of those incidents have
occurred, is the woods of Minnesota and occasionally Alaska. To me, it feels that
Paulsen is just as amazed at his multiple survivals as his readers will be. There s
also a sort of pride that he seems to take in his knowledge of the potential threats of
the wilderness and also his creation of the character Brian in many ... Show more

30. Ecology And Landscape As Agents Of Creativity
For many, Fresh Kills conjures up images of the World s Largest Landfill
bulldozers pushing mountains of trash, flocks of seagulls fighting over table
scraps, and plastic bags fluttering in the wind. After the closure of the landfill,
many hope that this image will be replaced by Fresh Kills as a public park. The
international design competition, Fresh Kills: Landfill to Landscape was the first
step in transforming this image. Six finalists suggested six different visions of
how Fresh Kills could be re imagined. The winner of the competition, Lifescape by
the landscape architecture firm Field Operations, proposes a design that focuses on
nature not only as the antithesis of landfill, but as an agent of cultural change.
James Corner, founder and director of Field Operations, first asked how might
landscape architecture be a force that enriches and informs people s perception of
nature in his 1997 essay Ecology and Landscape as Agents of Creativity. Through
Lifescape, Corner proposes an answer to his own question, and the resulting design
responds to Fresh Kills landfill past, and it s post industrial future as a park.
Historic Background In order to understand the goals of the Landfill to Landscape
competition, it is necessary to explore how Fresh Kills became known worldwide as
the World s Largest Landfill in the first place. For millennia, Fresh Kills was as salt
marsh bordered by the Arthur Kill, the waterway separating Staten Island from New
Jersey. Though the

Promotion strategy for Neopets :
Neopets has traditionally depended on word of mouth and viral marketing which
is a subset of word of mouth to increase its spread. As per Hindle, Tim (2008, p205)
viral marketing involves choosing a small group of well connected individuals to
launch a product or service via the internet or their mobile phones. The idea is that
their approval will spread rapidly via their online network of connections, create a
buzz around the product being marketed and result in millions of sales. This form of
marketing has grown further with the popularity of social networks like Facebook.
While Neopets is very popular with kids who use the internet extensively, Neopets
needs to consider other mediums to attract kids who are not yet extensive users of the
internet. To do that Neopets has

Spielberg s Lincoln, in which Lewis studied for over a year and used his Lincoln
imitative voice beyond the confines of the set to play the titular role which won
him an Oscar. Lastly, Jake Gyllenhaal is known for undergoing physical
transformations that rival the severity of De Niro s when he adopts a role. This
included losing 30 pounds to portrary the neurotic amaetur videographer Louis

the character were blurred. Following Nightcrawler with the film Southpaw,
Gyllenhaal spent 8 months in an extremely rigorous exercise routine in order to

as though he did not sleep for three days was to physically put himself in that very
33. There Are All Kinds Of People
50 States of Gay There are all kinds of people in this world. People of different
races, nationalities, descent, cultures, even sexualities and genders. The people
who are not cisexual and/or heterosexual are part of the LGBTQIA community.
Since they are still people, one might assume that they have the same rights as
everyone else. But that is not the case. Even after all the community has been
through, some places around the globe still refuse to give them their rights. But
slowly the world is waking up and realizing that people, regardless of sexual
orientation and gender identity/expression deserve the same rights as anyone else.
The LGBTQIA acronym refers to any lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer
/questioning, intersex, and/or asexual person. I will be using the shortened version
throughout this paper, LGBT , but keep in mind that this also includes queer
/questioning, intersex, and asexual people. Stereotypes have always been a large
part of societal perspective, stereotypes pertaining to sexuality even more so. Sexual
stereotypes suggest that all somewhat masculine women are lesbian and that all
slightly feminine men are gay. The stereotypical mindset that being gay is just good
fashion taste consisting of pastels and the like, a high pitched voice, better manners,
more interest in the arts (and none in sports), etc. does not even begin to touch on
what being gay actually is. Usually the people who stereotype have no idea what it is

inspirational of them all would have to be Colonel James Bowie. It is well known
that he fell ill during the battle, but his earier actions spurred the Texans fight. As a

Computer science is an ever evolving field that is relevant to the daily activities of
almost all people living in the 21st century. Through the years, the field of computer
science has advanced thanks to the contributions of numerous scientists, engineers,
and mathematicians. From the programs powering medical devices in healthcare to
the operating systems on mobile devices, the work of computer scientists is
responsible for the technologies that power our lives. This paper describes the
contributions made by Ada Lovelace, Linus Torvalds, and Dennis Ritchie to the
field of computer science. 1: Ada Lovelace Ada Lovelace is most known for her
contributions to computer science during a time before computer science was a
recognized discipline. Her work involved a thorough series of notes on Charles
Babbage s analytical engine, including a table that explained how the engine could
potentially display Bernoulli numbers (Martin, 2015). The analytical engine was an
industrial era invention intended to carry out computations using punched cards
(Martin, 2015). She was tasked with translating Italian mathematician Luigi
Menabrea s notes on Babbage s analytical engine, which she published in 1843
(Martin, 2015). Ada s notes on the analytical engine were much greater than the
original translation, and she was able to realize the true potential of the analytical
engine. She was able to come up with an algorithm for the analytical engine that
could be used to calculate Bernoulli

Introduction While China, North Korea, Russia, Iran, and immigration have
dominated international news, clashes between the government and protesters have
resulted in 145 dead and thousands injured (Agence France Presse, 2018, para. 5)
during the bloodiest disturbance in Nicaragua since the 1980 s (Associated Press,
2018, para. 11). A missionary evacuated from the region in May succinctly expressed
the frustrations of many over the lack of impetus of other nations to condemn the
rampant violence and human rights violations that have become common place in
this conflict (R. Caiazzo, personal communication, June 5, 2018). Analysis
Addressing cultural conflicts begins by mastering the story behind the problem
(Patterson, Grenny, Maxfield, McMillan, Switzler, 2013). Hauk and Mueller (2015)
suggest three variables common to such stories; the cultural leaders, the cultural
perspectives, and the incentives that compel each group to engage or disengage in
negotiation. Understanding these components offers insights to open potential doors
to negotiate an acceptable resolution. Cultural Leaders The first step in moving
cultural conflicts toward productive negotiation is identifying leaders; influential

37. Examples Of Cultural Hegemony In Doris Lessing
Thesis Statement
Understanding the facts that are presented by Gramsci, Raymond and Althusser,
regarding the growth of the theory of cultural hegemony that is typically
originated from Marxist ideas and the post colonial theory, it is indispensable to
apply this to the novels of Doris Lessing. The novels of Lessing are written mostly
about women who lived in the colonial countries and have experienced the
problems of the colonizer and repercussion of colonization. The novels chosen for
this research are The Grass is Singing, The Golden Notebook and The Children of
Violence series. The projected thesis aims to study the hidden injuries of a class
which is hurt by the so called rulers. It is the aim of the scholar to bring out the
elements which reveal the dignity of the oppressed, and the economism and politics
of the author as externalized in the selected novels. The main aim is to study the
elements hegemony in these novels. There is great evidence that can be culled from
these novels about the fragmented societies where gender, race and class determine

39. Saint Brigid s Centre For The Arts
Saint Brigid s Centre for the Arts in Ottawa was formally called St. Brigid s Church
as a Roman Catholic Church which was designed and built by architect John. R.
Bowes and his son, James Bowes together. After 2007, the church was closed and
now uses for all kinds of artistic, cultural and social events such as concerts, plays or
art exhibitions. The architectural plan of the church was rectangular Roman basilica
with twelve compound piers with transverse aisle on either side crossing the
longitudinal nave in front of the sanctuary. The Romans most greatest techniques of
architectures were influenced by its of the Etruscans and has developed three
architectural features: arch, dome and vault in the 1st century BC. Romanesque
architecture has characteristically elements: Semi circular arch, Barrel vaulting of the
nave, thick buttress walls and Gothic architecturehas three elements which came
together in Gothic period: Pointed arch, Ribbed vault and Flying buttress.
Among Architecture terms, a vault is an arch shaped structure used to provide an
enclosed space with a ceiling or roof of a building and is a unique element to
analyze which architectural design was in history. There are four certain types of
vault to be classified: Barrel and Groin vault which were used in Romanesque
period, and Rib and Fan vaults which were used through the Gothic period of the
later Middle Ages.
A barrel vault is the simplest base design of the vaults, which was developed to more
40. Drinking Age Drinking
There has been an ongoing discussion in the United States on whether the drinking
age should be lowered to eighteen like most of the world or if it should stay at
twenty one. Underage drinking has been a major questionable issue for years, yet
why is it not under control? Teenagers are continuing to buy alcoholwith fake
identification cards, getting into bars and drinking illegally. As a recent teen, I
have proof that these things are going on not only in college but in high school as
well. There are a lot of factors that come together to why the drinking age should be
lowered to eighteen. The most obvious reason is too many people are drinking
before they are twenty one. Liquor stores, bars, and clubs all want to make money
and if they... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
However, these states were later essentially bribed by Congress which used fiscal
blackmail and threatened to retract funding for highway construction to pass the
National Minimum Drinking Age Act, which forced all states to change their legal
drinking age to 21. In the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment to the
Constitution, it is stated that no state shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or
property. If the Constitution clearly declares that the States cannot discriminate in
any way that will deny a person his civil rights, why is the government allowing
states to create another second class citizen in the millions of people aged 18 to 21
unable to drink like the rest of the adults in the country? After all, the government
is ready and willing to allow its citizens to die fighting for their country, but
suddenly, a beer puts these citizens too much at risk. Lowering the legal drinking
age to 18 would make alcohol less of a forbidden fruit, taking away the thrill that
many young people get from breaking the law, make alcohol less of a taboo for
adult s newly entering college and the workforce, and make alcohol consumption a
more normalized activity done in moderation. A drinking age of 21 only forces
alcohol consumption behind closed doors. Always unsupervised, done in secret and
too often excessive, this style of drinking among minors has no doubt been
responsible for the alarming rise in rates of dangerous binge drinking at colleges. In

Re: WHCL Issues Summary of Company/Issues To begin, Warmth Home Comfort
Limited is a Canadian manufacturer of furnaces and air conditioning units. The
company acquired 15 investors eight years ago, three of which are senior managers,
and Mr. Kovacs, who is president and CEO. Recently, they have been struggling with
an increase in competition overseas, and WHCL is considering going public.
Yesterday, I had visited WHCL and met with key personnel to discuss the forthcoming
audit engagement and obtained the following information from the previous
statements: $300,000 was loaned to WHCL with the restrictions of: maintaining a
current ratio of 1.2 or higher, and the debt to equity ... Show more content on

This would be included in 20X8, as stated by management and only effect that time,
which may be irrelevant for 20X7. In this case, WHCL would make this a transfer of
gain or loss to the lessee or purchasee, thus allowing WHCL to record revenues,
ultimately, lowering its ratios, thus, reducing the chances for a penalty to occur. But,
if the initial date and end date are long term, this lease, called a finance lease, would
not suffice unless payment was guaranteed. Lastly, management spoke about it
covering maintenance at no cost until the date of purchase, this is fine with WHCL
as they can accurately determine their needed expenses for this agreement, but should
not take this issue lightly, as it make cause this company to become an ongoing
concern.
Conclusion/Results of Investigation
In the end, WHCL needs to have better standards in place, they may not meet the
requirements set out for them in the loan, and may be penalized if such thing occurs.
In the case that they do violate the terms, the loan may be demanded back. WHCL
then may also not receive any funding from others, due to the fact that they may be an
issue for others, with regards to repayment and other requirement
42. Quality Improvement In Healthcare
Hello professor and classmates, Data is very important to determine the quality of
healthcare. It can deliver information about quality of patient outcomes through EBP
articles and research studies by utilizing data related to the specific problem. Data
can also provide precise numbers and percentages based on the patient outcomes for
specific area of study. National Database of Nursing Quality Indicator (NDNQI)
analyse healthcare systems and measure nursing quality to evaluate quality of patient
outcomes (Huges, 2008). An example of data that can reflect poor quality in care
would be increased death of patients from treatable diseases/infections such as
clostridium difficile. According to the studies conducted by Mitchell, Russo, Race

43. The Post World War II
After World War II ended in 1945, many significant changes to American society
began
to occur. Some of these major changes helped shape what the U.S. is today and
include the Baby
boom, mass suburbanization, and mass consumerism. The Post World War II era is
defined by
these changes in U.S history and culture. In this Post World War II era, social
conformity
became the most ideal way of life. Every citizen wanted the same thing, this is known
as the
American Dream. The American Dream consist of the working husband while the
stay at home
mother would take care of their cookie cutter suburban house with a son or daughter.
Also, part
of the American Dream was a car that was usually bought with credit. With mass

doll is actually alive and ends up killing the father in the end. This is a common
middle class
situation in the 1950 s, except for the living doll, and it s because everyone was
trying to be
normal and act like they belong in the same class with everyone else. Packard s The
Status
Seekers describes social conformity and how class and status are becoming more
rigid, unlike
most people who think the nation is becoming one class. Packard writes, In terms of

in the 1950 s, class became more rigid and act like barriers to citizens who want to

In the Living Doll episode of The Twilight Zone, the first thing you see is the classic
automobile car and their white suburban house. You can probably assume that the
house and car
are almost exactly the same as the rest of the housing track. This is because there was
such an
emphasis on social conformity and being normal during the 1950 s. A nice suburban
home and
an automobile is what people bought in the 1950 s to show your class and you were
just like
everybody else. The more elegant the house, the higher the class you are in. During
the 1950 s,
many families will move to a nicer house in a nicer area just to show that they have a
higher
status than others. In chapter six
45. Army Duty
In this scenario, where a platoon of enemy combatants has taken refuge inside a
school in a nearby village, any law enforcement assistant is needed to save as many
civilians as possible. As an officer, it is my duty to follow the laws and punish those
who break the law. I also must follow orders from a higher officer, but for this
scenario, my morals come first and I cannot just sit at the base and wait for people to
die. My decision is to go to the nearby villageand help the as many as I can villagers
from the enemies. The plan is to form a group with other soldiers who have the
same mindset as me. With the group, we can move swiftly and form a plan. This
would mean the soldiers are risking their lives with no available backup. Our families

The enemies are going to be alerted at this point that they are being attacked
because of the bombs that have been exploded. They will use villagers as human
shields to protect themselves against possible gunfire, which makes it difficult to
save the villagers unharmed. Our movements around the school need to be quiet
and unrecognizable. We know these enemies are not afraid to kill so, we approach
them with caution. A couple of soldiers from the group will be left outside to take
down any enemies who try to escape from the school. Negotiating with the main
leader is our first option, telling the leader that he will have a surplus amount of
money with a safe getaway for the safety of the villagers. If the leader refuses, they
could most likely try to kill us. However, warning the leader, they only have 10
mins to get out the building, if not, the whole building is blowing up with preset
bombs located in the middle of the building. This action is to show the leader we are
not afraid to die, which in actuality, there was no bomb. Gunfire is bound to happen,
lives are going to be brought to an end, and traumatic experiences will never be
forgotten. Being trained soldiers, we have enough potential to make it out of the
battle with more injured than dead. Some mothers sacrifice their lives to save their
children and some men gave their lives to recuse their families. Soldiers have lost
their lives; however, they will not be
46. Plato s The Allegory of the Cave as Means to Explain...
Michael Ehrecke
Plato s The Allegory of the Cave As Means to Explain The Apology Authors
sometimes use one work to explain or elaborate on the intricacies of another piece
of theirs. Plato is one such example as he uses The Allegory of the Cave as means to
better decipher The Apology of Socrates. Plato himself never appears in either
dialogue, but it is clear that he disagrees with how Socrates s trial ended and hopes to
prevent another unneeded execution in the future. In The Apology of Socrates,
Socrates is accused of not recognizing the gods of the state and of corrupting the
youth of Athens. Despite the many instances in which these allegations are
challenged and, quite frankly, disproved, Socrates is still put to death. ... Show more

He goes on to tell the story of why he began to challenge the intellectuals of society
in the first place. Socrates tells of a deceased friend by the name of Chaerephon
who ... went to Delphi and boldly asked the oracle to tell him whether... there was
anyone wiser than I [Socrates] was, and the Pythian prophetess answered that there
was no man wiser. This troubles Socrates, and he contemplates what this statement
really means. Unable to come to a sound conclusion, he devises a plan to get the
answer he seeks: I reflected that if I could only find a man wiser than myself, then I
might go to the god with a refutation in my hand. I should say to him, Here is a man
who is wiser than I am; but you said that I was the wisest. After meeting with a man
who had a reputation for being wise, however, Socrates departed without the man
wiser than he. He left the man, thinking to himself: Well, although I do not suppose
that either of us knows anything really beautiful and good, I am better off than he is
for he knows nothing, and thinks that he knows. After encounters with multiple men
who possess supposed wisdom, Socrates realizes the prophecy must be correct: ... but
the truth is, O men of Athens, that God only is wise; and in this oracle he means to
say that the wisdom of men is little or nothing... Socrates proceeds to question
Meletus in front of the councilmen. He questions Meletus about the charges he has
brought against him and his reasons
